He keep me well informed for 6 weeks that this 22 Camaro was coming and had me #1 on the list.As for as rest of the employees, they are great to deal with also.

The staff is very friendly and do everything possible to make you comfortable. They go out of their way. My daughter and I were experiencing low blood sugar. They had ice cream in the freezer and had us choose whatever we wanted. Kim didnt have to do that. It was much appreciated.

Hunter our salesman was wonderful, he didnt preassure us at all but was there to answer all our questions. We couldnt have asked for a better experience.

I DO NOT recommend Paris Chevrolet Service Dept.The mechanics are not knowledgeable. The communication is non existent. I have absolutely zero faith that they could change a tire properly.Zero Stars!!!

They had my truck four and half hours. I had a vibration in my steering. they said two techs drove it and felt nothing. Asked me to come drive it with a tech. Told them I would be there in 15 minutes. When I finally got to talk to service advisor. Both techs that could ride with me had gone to lunch. It would be another hour wait. I asked if they could balance my tires. They said NO. I would have to schedule it. Went to discount tire all four tires where out of balance. I wont be back, all my experiences with Paris Chevrolet have sucked.

My salesperson, Andy Watson was wonderful and helpful. He gave me several vehicle options to try and when I decided on the vehicle, 2021 Chevy Traverse LS; I asked for some added features and he got right on getting the prices for me and getting the parts ordered and the service scheduled. Hunter went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted and needed even in this crazy marked when not as many vehicles are available as there usually are. Paris Chevrolet will definitely be my first place I go to next time Im looking to buy a vehicle and Hunter will be the guy I go talk too.

So I live in McKinney, TX and shopped local dealerships in McKinney as well as all the way out to Fort Worth for the truck I wanted. I don’t think I’m a tough person to please but I have had a bad experience at every dealership I contacted. Found the truck I wanted in Paris through GM website. Aaron answered the phone and from the the word go these guys were top notch. I made the hour and a half drive and it was worth it. You know the dreaded, slick talking, holier than thou, “I’m doing you a favor”, pushy finance guy at most dealerships.... Yeah, that guy doesn’t work at Paris Chevrolet! Instead, we sat down with their finance guy (JT I believe) and he was awesome. Not pushy, educational rather than sell sell sell. I can’t say enough good things. They have ALL my future business.

Pairs Chevrolet sales staff are on top friendly and helpful..However the service representative sit up appointment and it said appointment on my email will let you sit well past appointment time and run others in front of you and said I dont have an appointment its a check in time please explain that.The service technicians or mechanic get a bad reputation because the service representative laying the blame on them thanks Chris makes me want a Ford for my wifes next vehicle.All over a seat belt recall .

Spend the extra 2 hours and go to Dallas for decent service and better pricing. Higher prices, awful customer service, and takes advantage of not having local competition are reasons enough to drive to anywhere else. J.T. Thompson and Chris Pickerill should be fired for their incompetence and basic understanding of customer service.Truck broke down with 6k miles on it yet I’d still consider the truck a better performer than those two wastes of payroll.Heck, I’d consider getting a Ford before getting taken advantage of here.

Mark was friendly from the very beginning and he answered all of my questions and made sure I didn’t have anything else I wanted to know. He helped me get my app set up and explained the points and how I can use them. Before we finished he showed me around so I’d know where to go when I visit for oil changes, maintenance, etc. I was very pleased with the entire experience and am loving my new car!

From there, the process was smooth and easy. All my concerns were addressed in a relatively timely manner but living an hour away from any dealership I find, when I am almost home a piece of my truck laying between the windshield and window that was not placed back under my hood where it was suppose to go. The piece was a bar that was approx 2 feet long and looked to be some sort of bracket to hold other things in place....infuriating!!

Truly not much to tell but recently visited there web site as Im in need of a dependable used vehicle that I might be find to finance in my current budget possibly a new later 2020 mid engine Chevy Corevett 750 hp limited edition later on sometime this year😖

Sent my truck in to get the brakes fixed. Turned out far more was wrong then simply my pads and rotor. Was called about everything that needed to be fixed and was given a great price on the labor fee. The total prices was far cheaper then expected and they did a great job.
