Im from out of town and needed a couple of trailer tires on short notice. Shane had me taken care of quickly. Great customer service!

We were on our last leg of a long trip when a tire on our RV blew out. We were able to put on the spare and then went to Discount tire. They were very helpful. We bought a new tire, they put it on our trailer and put the spare back. Very quick and helpful.

Just moved back to this area. Always came here before. Came in for 2 new tires. Was not given a price just put on truck then proceeded to charge me an exorbitant price. When I said something he said oh well they are high. Will never go back guess they feel women are dumb.

Very Disappointed they are closed on Saturdays from 8:00 to noon cuz when you have a job and work Monday through Friday thats your only opportunity how are you supposed to get your tires rotated? Other than that theyve always treated me very well.

An elderly couple I care about greatly were having issues with a tire. When I heard they were on the way to Discount TireI told them to speak with Cole Smallwood and that I had no doubt he’d help them. The next day I got a call thanking me. Being an emergency drop in, couldnt have asked for better treatment. They were less then an hour from closing, all stalls full as well as a nearly full parking lot when we pulled in with two front tires ready to pop. In that last hour the place emptied quickly and we were on our way, with two new tires that didnt kill the bank.

Busy but not chaotic. All workers highly skilled and cordial. I thank them for taking care of my Mom, Ari, prior to my arrival here in town.

Loved the one in Sulphur springs and now the one in paris. They had to fix another shops alignment job and they did amazing!

I will never take another vehicle to this location! I brought a brand new set of rims to them to have installed on my truck. They told me that they would mount and balance the tires. I left and the whole truck started shaking at 65mph and up. Took it back and they told me I needed a centric hub washers. I called the manufacturer and they told me my rims are lug centric that I dont need the washer. So I called Discount back and ask them if they could double check the balancing. He told me the tires had balanced out just fine. So I took it to a different tire shop for a second opinion and was told that all four of my tires where out of balance and that it looked like they just put weights on them and called them good. I was lied to about the balancing of my tires. I feel this was very unprofessional on their part, and could have put me and my family in a dangerous situation.

This place is the absolute worst place to go . Poor customer service, they obviously know nothing about timing. They said it would be an hour to have my car aligned and ready, 2 hours later and my car hadnt moved while others were coming in after me and getting done before me because they were friends of the workers. While most of us had been there for hours with kids they decide to stop and eat lunch in front of the customers. I left and Will never return ... This place doesnt deserve even a star...

RWe were told they were expensive but we were able to get 2 tires for under $80. That fell within our budget. It was a blessing, a flat tire was chaos this time, had to have truck towed here overnight and the staff took care of us first thing in the morning. We will be back to get more work done as soon as finances are better. Thanks guys.

Almost always takes at least an hour longer than they say it will. Did not do a good job on my alignment.

I went in to get my front tires balanced. Two hours later I had to search the parking lot to find it. No one let me know that it was finished. The staff seemed more concerned with visiting with their good ole boys than paying attention to the other customers.

Great experience! Great customer service, answered all my questions had me in and out on my alignment for my smart var. Good prices compared to other places. Wont take my vehicles anywhere else again but to Discount Wheel & Tire.

Professional, courteous, and very quick. This place is the creme de la creme of tire shops. I didnt have the special socket tool with me for my lug nuts, they already had one. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Usually have great service. However came in for a low tire possibly have debris in tire. 2 people in waiting room. Waited an hour before taken back after they took 3 other walk in AFTER I came in. They are great for selling, lousy follow up customer service.

Went to get my tires rotated and aligned, they didnt call me to tell me it was done I waited 3 hours and called them, and they didnt call me to let me know they couldnt do an alignment. Went to pick it up they didnt even rotate the tires! It was obvious. I understand that sometimes the tires get mixed up but the guy tried arguing with me telling me that his computer said they rotated them. Didnt apologize, didnt want to fix it, didnt want to give a refund, then didnt even check to make sure it got done. Poor management. We got scammed so I hope you beware.

I moved to Paris around a year and a half ago and I have not needed tires for any of my vehicles until today, 1-24-18, so it was my first time visiting Discount, Wheel & Tire.I was the first one there so I was there before anyone that worked there was, but about 7:45 am a guy came and opened up the doors and asked me what I needed done. That was 15 minutes BEFORE they were officially opened, its RARE to see that!I needed new tires all of the way around, so I figured 30 minutes or so. About 20 minutes into it I asked if they knew of a place in town that I could get my front-end aligned, they said, Here!... That surprised me, Im from Irving and I couldnt find one place in the entire town that did alignments anymore, at least from what I knew.So, I added that to my list of things.I also asked if they could check my spare, they may have, I cant tell, but they did the rest I asked, the spare was no big deal.Anyway, I was in and out of then in an hour, that is pretty good time, at least to where I am from, I was really happy about my experience.Not just that they did a really good job on my vehicle, they were extremely nice AND helpful. What I read here in the Reviews was 100% true, I guess, these guys take it to a whole new level, they do what we ALL expect, but rarely get with service.I drove into the place with my front-end out of line and wobbly wheels with almost bald tires (They werent really bald, but the front tires would not pass inspection) and drove away with perfect steering and it felt brand new again!I do have to say that this is a 2001 Xterra and it was my wifes vehicle, we bought her a new car over a year ago so the Xterra was not driven for over a year, at all. We didnt sink any money into it due to we didnt really need it.I LOVE driving this again, I am going to use it rather than driving my pick-up, I always loved this little SUV, and they made my experience even better.They treated me as a customer should be treated, I felt the pricing was normal, so I didnt feel taken advantage of in the least. I have two more vehicles that I will definitely take there for them to take care of.Being so new to this area I expected to have a hard time finding honest businesses with honest and hard workers, but I found it here.Thanks, guys, Ill definitely be back!Randy

Fix your flat while you wait. Replace your tires affordably. Take care of you every time. If you have trouble with a flat they previously fixed, or a tire you bought there, they make it right. Comfortable waiting area. They were honest with me, and helpful. Good Wi-Fi while you wait.

Alright... But Hicks on Bonham Street is better changed my rating from 2 star to 1 if there was 0 stars I would do that they do terrible front end work had my truck alighned several times never could get it right went to roadrunner tire and they finally got it done how it was suppose to be wore out 2 sets of tires sooner than I should have because of these guys

Even though this place was extremely busy on a Saturday, they methodically worked their way through one emergency after another. We had a bolt in a tire on our trailer and they fixed it for no charge. Another party had a shredded tire on a trailer carrying livestock and they were in the bay next to us. I hope they were soon on their way as we were.

My wheel about came off after I left they took two and a half hours just for two tires now Im missing a lug nut head to stop on a busy hwy to tighten up the remaining lugs and Im pretty sure my tires werent balanced correctly because it vibrates like a son of a b****

Cost me 20 dollars for discount wheel and tire to try and repair the tube in this tire. Drove 30 minutes to town to wait 1.5 hours to then drive back home to a tire that had already gone flat again.

The prices are about the same as a Everywhere else

First of all I walked up to the desk to get a flat fixed and the younger man never acknowledged me since he was busy in his cell phone and the older man in the back on his computer had to ask if I needed something. It took over a hour just to get a flat fixed. Ridiculous and I won’t be back. And the one star is one to many!!!!
