After agreeing to the trade in terms they first offered, the finance office worked with the bank to get me a much better deal with lower payments than first offered. How many dealerships do that? My sales woman was awesome. Lindsey A. Did great and continued to do great even day after. But communication about the sale, the process was not so good. They don’t do good with communicating paperwork make things more complicated than it needs to be. Finance department is great makes things easy process. But the truck I bought has transmission problems and the are wanting to take care of issues. So we shall see if they honor their word.
