From calling to set up my appointment, calling again to add a service, dropping it off and picking it back up, my experience was nothing short of a breeze. It was a very non-stressful process and when I went to pay my bill, my total was less than I expected or would have paid for services at my previous dealership. The rep that I spoke with was very kind and easy. Will definitely bring my Murano back for further servicing and will recommend others as well.

It was a awesome experience. Even though I did something’s online because of the pandemic. When we went to officially sign paper work and pick the vehicle up we were greeted by a friendly lady who was ready and willing to get us setup with the right paperwork. We were met by so many and congratulated by most all the employees. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a dealership.

I went in and wanted an car that told me yes ma’am we going to get you in your car today & lol they sure did 😊
I told them before dropping my Rogue off that I didnt have a lot of money and needed to be made aware of any charges before they were incurred. I was told the most the diagnostic fee would be was $109. When I called that afternoon I was told the bill was already to $250. To have my car fixed would be a grand total of $705. I was a mechanic for ten years and know you dont run up a $250 bill without making the customer aware. On top of that, a $750 bill for a broken wire is unreal. 2012 Nissan Rogue dropped off on 4/24/21, picked up 4/26/21 under my name. Maybe thatll help the owner find the records.

This was my first time at Nissan of Paris having a vehicle serviced. I arrived early for my appointment. The attendant was kind. The technician took my car in for servicing as soon as I was checked in. I believe it took about 30 minutes for an oil change and to check all the components. Ill definitely be going back.
I took my altama to them because the battery was draining over night they had it for a week I picked it up the next day it was doing the same so I took it back they had it for 2 months and still didnt fix it when I got it back I couldnt even drive it had to get a roll back to take it back and now its back there and Im afoot still.my name pam woods I have to say Im very upset now they say my transmission is bad but it ran and shifted perfect till they kept my car for 2 months they did something to iti paid them 640 dollars and now its worse than now I have no money and no car
It was great. The people seemed to truly care about my overall experience while I was there at the dealership. You guys will see my car again when it is time for service.

I traded a 2017 Rogue for a 2020 Murano. The salesman was very nice and helpful. The cars controls and accessories were all explained. I was informed of all rebates on the vehicle, but was not pressured in any way. I believe I was given a fair deal on trade in and my purchase. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

NEVER GO HER FOR ANYTHING EVER!!! I needed cover gaskets replaced as an oil leak killed my alternator, was told the only way to replace them was to buy valve covers. They ended up charging me nearly $2000 & wouldnt release my car till I paid in full on the spot. It gets worse.. they unplugged my AC compressor, nowhere near my valve covers, tried to get me to set up an appointment to screw me over again.. different mechanic confirmed my freon was full, zero leaks in the AC system & nissan tried to tell me I was low on freon due to a leak. Crooks! Scam artists! STAY AWAY!

I loved that when I called to inquire about an application to purchase that I was not pressured AT ALL to come and buy a vehicle or harassed by a salesmen. Even when I showed up the next day it was the same way. Sam was very nice and did not put any pressure on me at all, along with everyone else that I spoke with while I was there. I LOVED that. Being from Memphis and have had awful experiences with salesmen, Nissan of Paris and Sam made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. We also had our pup with us and they were very nice and let me bring him in. This being said I will DEFINITELY purchase from them again. Went in for an oil change and was called by the Service Dept. that I my front axle was cracked. Very thankful that the Service Dept. caught that because I travel back and forth to Nashville quite often. I always feel better after they have serviced my car. Thank you for all your hard work.

Oil Change and rotation of tires on Nissan Titan. Dropped off car night before, checked the next morning and truck was ready. Had a coupon for an oil change normally for 5 quarts. Truck takes 7, but dealership did not charge me for the extra two quarts. Impressed.

My scheduled sevice appointment was scheduled for 8 a.m. this morning. I was here ten minutes early. The wait before they put the vehicle on the lift was one hour. This rating is for service department only. Stop over booking your time slots please.

To be honest, our first impression was that of the stereotypical car salesman from the movies. We knew exactly what we wanted and what information we needed from them to get things rolling with our bank. The guy who met us at the door was so focused on making the sell that he didnt take time to stop and listen to us. We left more confused than when we got there. I called my dad and asked him who he always dealt with and thats how we met Sam Watson. Let me tell you something! The minute I called and Sam got on the phone, I KNEW we were in good hands. Within 3 hours of that phone call I was driving my new car off their lot with a HUGE smile on my face!

The initial car buying process was great, but once they make that sale the service dept never wants to help. Anyone we have talked to over the past few months has acted like they are doing us a favor for being at work that day. I called today and asked for the service department. I was 15 minutes away from the dealership when I called, after waiting for 10 minutes for service to pick up a phone, I hung up and just drove in. When I entered the service writers area, I was given the feeling like my car could wait or that they didnt care! All I needed was an oil change and I thought I would give my money to the Paris TN Nissan. Well Im going elsewhere to have my rogue serviced!!!!
