My coffee was warm, not hot.

The quality of coffee has went down hill. Last couple times I had to return because it tastes like water. No thanks go to Paris Coffee instead, much better!

Starbucks in Paris Texas is the Best Starbucks I have been to!! Always friendly! Always on point with my order!! If they happen to be out of my regular drink they know exactly what to recommend that’s similar and if I don’t like it they always are happy to remake it!!

One of the best and most professional teams ever seen at a Starbucks. The employees say hello, good morning, and get to know their customers. Manager Paul and the entire morning team of this location deserve recognition for operating a clean, friendly, and happy store.

I absolutely loved my drink today. Every time Ive gone there for years, I have been beyond satisfied. Today, I was astonished by the way the lady, Caira, at the drive through window talked to us. She was so sweet and sounded like she truly wanted to be there. I loved her attitude. she deserves a raise

Staff is impolite and almost every time I resort to coming here, I overpay for a price of burnt coffee. Would rather support local for a good cup of coffee and better customer service.

I love the Paris Starbucks. I went there twice today and the baristas were so kind. I can tell they dont have very nice customers since both were surprised when i asked how theyre day was. I love it so much definitely a 5 star establishment. To all the employees there keep up the good work, you got yourself a loyal customer. (Dont let all the Karens and Kevins get to ya!) Service was great. The iced black tea was perfect. My kids loved their sandwiches. We appreciate the consistency of the drinks and good fyy try on one location to another.

I recently went inside starbucks, and the inside was not very clean at all, there were several people working. Hmm maybe one of them could have grabbed a broom and cleanning supplies.. Just saying.

Ive been to Starbucks all around the United States. This one in Paris Texas is on the same level as all the others. Quality coffee and beverages, nice clean interior and friendly staff. Service is as fast as the coffee /beverage can be possibly be made.Small Town Starbucks in Texas are the best most unique places to visit. I was immediately welcomed with a Howdy yall welcome to Starbucks how may I help you?This place deserves 5 stars, but it is in a weird location, tucked in between a pharmacy and a restaurant in a kind of strip mall attached to neither one. I found two ways to get in the parking lot. One is on a entrance ramp entering onto the loop 286 off of Lamar Ave., And the other is turning into the strip mall parking lot. Which I drove past not realizing I could turn there to reach my destination. Its easy enough to get yourself turned around in The Walmart parking lot though.I suggest everyone to stop by and visit especially if youre from out of state visiting or just passing through. Its well worth the stop.

Those baristas kill it every time! Being timed and busy 24/7, its amazing how they are able to keep their friendly attitudes and still service us, even those who are impatient and rude. I love this Starbucks team! Keep it up guys, and remember its just coffee. 😊

I have been to this Starbucks many times. They are getting very slow. I have had several wait times lately exceeding 15 minutes on a non-complicated drink. Even though the drive-thru cannot accommodate the amount of traffic, never go inside without ordering ahead. You will wait forever.I just think wait times over 10-15 minutes on a coffee drink is not acceptable.

Sign says face covering required. Worker said mask required. I had a face covering per the store requirement but the worker was completely rude and asked me to wait outside because it wasn’t a medical mask. This is over the top and completely rude!!

If I could give no stars I would. They were so slow and we spent 45 minutes in the drive through, they said they were in understaffed but they were on their phones.

If I could go 4.9, I would. The TP was a little hard to get out... but, overall... clean, efficient, staff was good. I’d recommend peeing here.

This group of individuals always go out of their way to be helpful and kind. Traveling as much as I do, I visit quite a few locations often. Hands down this location is leaps and bounds above the rest. Paul is a great manager and really seems to care about his staff and clientele.

It appeared to be that they had the newer person working the cash register and making the coffee while several employees stood there waiting for someone to come to the window. I had a mobile order and it took approximately 30 min to make the two coffees. No one would step in to help the young man. There were only 2 coffees ahead of mine too. When mine was finally made it was wrong. Then the employees had a debate over if the machine could be used or not. During this time customers are lining up waiting, the guy, who appeared to be the manager, only came out to say that, yes, they could use the machine. He then went into the back. We were just passing through. We know never to use this place again.

Fast service and clean. Seems the turn over on help keeps the servers from getting to know you but doesnt affect the quality of the drinks and food

I love Starbucks and am so happy one opened in Paris again, but the service is so slow. The staff needs better training, they seem unsure of everything they do. I could understand this more if they were pretty busy, but they usually arent. It consistently takes 15-20 minutes to get a drink every time I go there. Please train your staff better so I can enjoy the Starbucks I love!

I ordered a pour over of Veranda. The staff was more than accommodating. They we kind and conversational. The dining area was clean and welcoming. I will not hesitate to come again!

Enjoy going there for a quiet viewing of my favorite Netflix. Also great coffee drinks. Decent service. Good music playing in the background. The service is sometimes slow. Regardless of the # of wait staff, I have to wait minutes to get their attention. After I finally get my drink, its really good.

This is the only Starbucks in Paris, Texas. Clean, today, and when we visited it wasnt busy either. The team made an amazing mistake (we ordered a cup of water with no ice and the barista gave us a cup of ice), easily fixed. The coffee was very pleasant and served quickly too.

The barista was very nice and helpful! The coffee on the other hand me nor my wife were satisfied with it, it had a distasteful after taste that we shouldnt have experienced from coffee or wish to again.

She once went to another city to get me my limited edition Tiger 🐯 coffee cup that someone accidentally dropped and broke one day there in the store, LOLI was upset about it and She did everything to get it back for me and every time I show up we laugh about it and She is just so sweet!! This location was out of several different items. But the staff was nice and friendly.

Love the iced matcha green tea latte with almond milk. Yum!! The wraps and sandwiches are fresh and delicious if you can get one before they sell out.

Always get my drink right.I only had one issue here..a couple weeks ago I told the drive through person I had over 300 stars..I paused..then told them I would like to use some for a free drink..long pause..no answer.I proceeded to ask if I could do this. They answered back everything I just said. “ yes, you have rewards you would like to use today towards a beverage”.Whew, he understood. I order my drink..pull around,And the brown headed 14 year old boy (I don’t know his name) took my card, CHARGED me for the drink instead of using my stars, all while sort of ignoring me at the window. 🙄Like I said. This is the only time I have had an issue since the place has been open.Everyone else has been great.😃

Staff need a lot more training. They are indifferent to customers and slow. I was the only customer today and it took forever to even get acknowledged. The female manager (I assume she is that) set a poor example for the 2 staff working with her. She was loud and on the phone as they just seemed to stare blankly through me. This was my 2nd trip to this location and my last. Poor service.

The location is great, but the staff is rude. The prices are higher than at other locations, the cups dont get filled, and and so far my order hasnt been made quite right. Unfortunately, Im from out of town, so just going back in to get it corrected isnt an option. I just discovered that the Cefco gas station across the street has a great coffee bar so I might just try to save $ and make my own next time.

As always, consistently good coffee. Im always a little confused why a Starbucks would close at 8:00 p.m. on a weekend but this is Paris TX. The drive-through is open a little longer depending on the day.

They were pretty slow considering how many customers they had and preparing drinks, but very nice to us.
