Extremely rude pharmacy worker - would not even try to be helpful

I went there at 8:03 and they were not open so I went across the street to Walgreens and gave them my business

Had prescriptions called in for my wife, pharmacy called and they stated they would be ready tomorrow by 10am. Went to pick them up they said they had nothing. Had to call physician back. Horrible customer service. Pharmacist said voice mail must have gotten lost.

I went in and they had 4 people just casually shopping without a mask. Employees saying nothing. Its a pharmacy for Gods sake. Sick people?

This CVS is terrible. I stopped using them a long time ago. Then I recently moved and it was very close to where I live so I thought I would give it another chance. It is worse than before! Took a prescription in to be filled. Said it would be ready by 10.30am the next day. I waited until 11.30am to give them more time. It wasnt ready! I sat down to wait. Then I noticed the pharmacist was staying on the phone so I got up and ask the tech what the hold up was. She said Im just waiting on her to count them. Pharmacist heard our conversation. Long story short we got into a screaming match in front of customers and her excuse was that she was dealing with a sick child at home. Absolutely will not be back. I predict this particular CVS will be closed down within the year!

You under staff your store and force customers into waiting in long lines to be checked out. This isnt fair to the employees or the customers. I will go back to Walmart and use self checkout with better prices. Poor, poor manager at this store. Good employee customer service but not good management. Saturdays and the holidays are/were always understaffed.

Horrible customer service, rude and very inconsiderate when your trying to talk to the pharmacy over the phone... unfortunately the company I work for insurance (that I pay for!!) will only allow that I have continued long term medications be filled through cvs 😠.

Went here the last two days to take advantage of some wine they had on clearance and both cashiers that I was so lucky to meet were nothing but rude and unhappy when it came to checking me out. Nothing special, just a standard checkout and they seemed to hate the fact I was making them do their job and felt no real problem showing it. Good price on the wines though.

This CVS is orderly, organized and clean. Today stopped for Cough & Congestion Relief in an OTC - CVS brand. Clerks were attentive, helpful & friendly. 1 broke from her restocking tasks quickly to guide me to what I needed.💊Wasnt priced as well as Walmart or Kroger, but still affordable.💿 Used to frequent this CVS for the RedBox video kiosk out front.

The employees are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable about almost everything. I go every couple weeks from Clarksville about 26 miles and they go out of their way for us.

I use the pharmacy only staff is great they always give me discounts even when I dont ask?

They have no idea what they are talking about...my husband just had dental surgery and is in severe pain and they wouldn’t give me or him his prescription. Our doctor ended up calling it in right across the street at Walgreens. Cvs is terrible.

It’s unbelievable that CVS would employ such rude and condescending pharmacy aides. Even their text are rude. Fix this!

I had an email saying 40% off any item but it didnt show loaded on my CVS card. I showed it to the cashier but she wouldnt give me the 40% so I left. This cvs always saddens me.

This CVS is terrible. One person at checkout. The line was so long. They need more personnel. I will go across the street to Walgreens next time.

It is very pricy. The rates are more than double the Walmart pharmacy prices.

Cannot trust them to fill your prescriptions without a lot of problems

Never have the medications when a prescription is turned in and usually have to wait 2 to 3 days to get them.

Dropped off my prescription 2 days ago, its nothing that is hard to get or exotic its for goodness sake. 2 days later and 3 trips still not available. So I see now they open the pharmacy an hour later...maybe they should use that hour to get caught up. The pharmacy assistant said they had not finished last weeks orders yet....how can that be!!! Im done with CVS awful awful awful.
