I only review businesses if 1.) their product is amazing or 2.) customer service is bad enough... unfortunately this is the latter: today was my wedding. I woke up at 1 am with hives from my chest to my knees and trouble breathing. ER doctor administered steroids IV, and gave me a written prescription to fill after my wedding at 1pm. So, on my way to the pharmacy I decide to be courteous and call ahead to let the pharmacist know that I was going to be there no later than five minutes before closing, and asked if she wanted me to give her a description of the PREMANUFACTURED medication (meaning no mixing, no measuring— just plain Jane steroid pack). Her response, “I won’t have time to fill that, and we’re closed tomorrow. We’ve been open all day.”Furious, I passed the pharmacy I have used for 12 YEARS, and went to CVS— also scheduled to close at 6pm. She said, I can grab it for your real quick— what’s your name... after realizing I wasn’t a current member- she took down my information and said she’d create me a file at opening time the following day... and she’d have my medication ready at opening. So, here’s to my next 12 years with a new pharmacy that actually puts their clients first 🥂
Avoid this pharmacy! Never have I been so disrespected at any retailer. Both the pharmacy tech and the pharmacist went out of their way to be not only rude but also question the legitimacy of my doctors diagnosis and talked to me like a petulant child. Before I even said hello they were already visibly and audibly annoyed to have a customer at the window. Since they are bothered by having customers in the first place, I recommend literally any other pharmacy.
Went in found what I was looking for got it and check out
Very few people every time Ive gone inside and if there is a line at the pharmacy, patrons do follow social distancing guidelines. There are also stickers on the floor for you. The line moves quickly, so pharmacy staff is competent, helpful, and courteous.
I switch to Walgreens last month and it was amazing but then on the 4th of July I had akk my meds stolen I git the police I did. everything I was supposed to and staff was so rude. Anyway I have to work out of town a lot so I have to time it each month to get it filled before I leave and they would. My fill it one day early I thought the law states that medicine can be filled up to three days early! Can anyone help me out with some advice please because I have to leave for work tomorrow and I have a medication due Monday morning and I’ll be in texas
Went in the store and ask for help, and got absolutely none, I wont go back
The pharmacy staff here is very helpful. I had difficulty with my insurance and was delayed but the store staff went the extra mile to get my prescription filled.I will return to this store. Better than Wally World any day.
If you go inside the girls are awesome! they really go above and beyond..There is one girl who works there that is very rude. She is, for lack of a better term and lack of knowing her name, the ugly one..doesnt wear makeup and doesnt fix her hair to look presentable for work..Completely and utterly hateful and all the other girls took it upon themselves to apologize for her rude behavior.. The sweet redheaded girl really goes out of her way to be sweet and accommodating.I had to give them five stars because one bad apple should never spoil a hardworking bunch
Great people and compassionate. They are very patient with me and I am hard to communicate with or understand sometimes.
Im a Registered Nurse, working in hospitals for 30 years. I went to Walgreens in Paris, TN on 9/18/2018 at about 4pm to buy a package of pseudoephedrine for my runny nose. Ive taken it for my entire adult life whenever I get a cold and it works well. The pharmacist asked me what my symptoms were and I said I had a runny nose from a cold she said wrong answer and told me I couldnt buy pseudoephedrine, that she could only sell me an antihistamine. She made me feel like a criminal and treated me like Im stupid. I went to another pharmacy and bought a package (at a much better price than Walgreens). I went home, took it as directed on the package and experienced relief from the symptoms. No thanks to the Walgreens in Paris, TN.
Has nice employees. Good prices. Lots of products to choose from,
This pharmacy has horrible communication and comprehension problems. They fill medication even when you tell them not to. Some dont know how to read computer and find scripts on file. Some of the staff need serious education on customer service.I plan on moving to another pharmacy in town.
Great deals
I went to get pictures develop last night and accidently left my phone on the counter there and the cashier had the nerve to try to steal my phone.. If it wasnt for my boyfriend, I would have went back and got him fired for stealing.. Other than thieves, its an ok place.
The pharmacy staff are very rude, inconsiderate and completely unprofessional. The only pharmacy staff member who truly has compassion is Lori. Everyone else is lazy with bad attitudes. I switched back to this pharmacy when I moved back on this side of town but now I know why I stopped dealing with these people in the first place. It is a nightmare everytime you go there to get your prescription, there is always some issue that is preventing you from getting your meds in a timely and efficient manner. Then, as if thats not bad enough, you have to deal with snotty, non-chalant attitudes from pharmacy techs who are supposed to be there to work but instead would rather gossip, play with their hair and makeup in the mirror and eat snacks the whole time. These people are a disgrace to the Walgreens brand and the whole healthcare community. We depend on our pharmacy techs in the same way we depend on our doctors. These techs that they have up there now cant even be bothered to take the time out long enough to explain any of the medications let alone handle any other issues that may arise. I am so done with Walgreens and I hope someone from corporate actually reads through these comments and actually does something about it because at this point, it is beyond ridiculous. I only rated 1 star because I HAD to rate something in order to comment, otherwise they definitely would not be getting one at all.
Expensive except when you do sales with coupons. A few of the employees are not so friendly.
Had some pictures made from my phone...wasnt sure how to complete it and the employee was very helpful and very nice.her name is heather.
It is convenient!
The pharmacy staff are rude this has to be the slowest place in paris they should be shut down they are not helpful at all have a attitude if u ask anything and are all together stupid proof it dont take much to hand out medicine
The worst pharmacy the staff all are very rude impolite resist they are not at all friendly and it bothers them you go with a child to the store definitely impossible to go shopping in this store a couple of times I tried to buy something and stop asking them for free at the end I have q go out with nothing because it is impossible to buy something in this store rated a star just to be able to comment otherwise it is very bad especially the staff without exception they are all the same
