Their website is as bad as their customer service, except their customer service is non-existent. Worse of all is their inflated prices, lack of useful items, who needs 500 81/2 x 11 white paper choices, why not some quality paper for writing, or legal sized 24lb or cotton paper for enduring documents.... and talk about junk office furniture, I bought a chair that completely peeled off within a year....you will not love this place....

Absolutely terrible customer service. I looked around for someone to help me because my product was not available for a customer to grab and had a couple of questions... couldn’t find anybody and then when I stood by the registers I was seen but not a single person asked if I needed help or someone would be right with me... I stood there for a good 15 minutes and was in the store for at least 30 minutes and not a single person helped or said someone will help in a minute not even acknowledged by anyone even though they looked directly at me... guess their business is booming so they don’t need to help customers but that was terrible.

When in to try to find us and get some help on a PC I wanted to buy, seems like everyone was busy but given looks like only 3 people work in the whole store but other than that its pretty chill place to relax after hard day at work not saying its a bad place. Cause sitting was super comfy

Great customer service! Very friendly employees! I needed birthday invitations designed and printed. I gave the information I would like on the invite and about a day and a half later they were ready and great quality!!! I will be back!!! Melissa was awesome!!!

Was in the store looking for some tech for my grandkids for Christmas and was treated like a criminal the tall grey balding lurch lookalike followed me everywhere I went made me very uncomfortable so I left dont go here ther are creepy

Day 1, I go and I needed blueprints printed, the employee said they couldn’t do it after 5 and so now the next day I call in the morning saying it’s gonna get printed. and at 2pm I called again asking and it still wasn’t done. So now after 5 I show up again wanting to pick them up and they still weren’t done, I’ve been here for 45 mins and still NOTHING! ALL I WANT IS 3 pieces of paper 24x36 and apparently you can’t get that here because THEY NEVER GET IT PRINTED!

I’ve used their printing services, bought: my last 3 computer-carries, WiFi signal extender & long phone charger cords there. Prefer to support local businesses & besides, I can see 👀 it before I buy it ↪ at Office Depot / Office Max. Decent prices. They stand behind their products, & honor any warranties. I recommend them!
