I highly recommend The Hat club. They did twoCommercial Hat Jobs for me. Over 200 hats total and they all were perfect. The staff is so nice and easy to get along with. I then bought 100 polos and they embroidered them as well. They all were perfect. I will NEVER use anyone else for embroidery. I was not going to write a review until I seen that a negative review was posted. These guys do a great job and deserve credit for the hard work they do. When you sign the purchase order. You have in writing exactly what you want size and color. They will go exactly by what you request and sign for, before they start the job. I HIGHLY recommend The Hat Club. Give them a chance and you will be glad you did.

I first stopped by the store to get a quote on how much it would cost to get a baby outfit embroidered. I returned with the outfit and they charged me $5 more than what originally was quoted. This wasnt a huge deal. I then left the outfit. Once it was ready i went to pick it up. The lettering was extremely small and not what I was wanting. It looked terrible especially since I paid $15 dollars for 4 letters. I was told they could try on another outfit. Unfortunately the outfit was my babys going home outfit and was purchased for $35 dollars by a family member. I was then told to buy a patch and they would cover and try again. I purchased the patch and looked online to find some pictures of outfits that I liked and returned to the store. I was told they would call or text the next day to give me an update. No one ever called so a week later I called to check on my outfit. They said that the lady that sewed for them was out of town and that they would have it by the end of the week. I picked the outfit up today. While it is better the text is not straight and not in the middle of the outfit. I am now out $35 for the outfit plus $15 for the embroidery plus $7 for the patch and i am still not happy. Dont waste you time. Go somewhere else!

I would just like to say i love The hat club and the owners.You guys went above and beyond my expectations.The price was excellent and so was the service.When i got my hoodie i was super excited and happy because it came out better than i ever imagined it would.i will definitely recommend you to everyone i know.fantastic job guys...you will see me again:)
