Great sales people. They are more interested in what you need and want than they are in making the sale.

We have bought our last 2 tractors from them. Cory in sales has always been helpful and Scott in service has given us great service. We are not 1 of their big accounts but have always been treated like we are. I have seen how all of the dealerships in Bowie county have treated their customers and thats why we go nearly 100 miles to Paris Farm and Ranch.

UPDATE: They did, eventually, make the repair. He asked for the bill. No bill. He came back and asked for a bill many times. No bill ready. After many months, a bill was finally issued. And paid. Maybe this is just one of those kinds of businesses where everything moves very slowly. Very. Slowly.My father has purchased a tractor and mower from this place in the past. Now, he has brought the seven year old Kubota mower in for repair, and 25 days later they have not even began the repair. After talking with the manager they agreed to have a look at it this next week. POOR SERVICE FOR A LOYAL CUSTOMER.

Jumbo showlot for Case IH, Kubota, Bush Hog, Aerway, Krone, & Land Pride. My Family’s owned Case tractors for years - feeding round bales, shredding pastures, & pulling folks out of the mud until recently. Now have a zero-turn Kubota for yard mowing. It’s fast, dependable & quite maneuverable. Uses diesel rather than gas. Runs quietly. Sits comfortably.Had to visit the parts desk twice today for a flat. 1st time there, “the Help” seemed arrogant & rude, but turned out to be helpful upon my return to purchase a new tire. Guess it all comes out in the wash.Only drawback is on inclines near any watercourse, like a bar-ditch or sinkhole, back wheels can slide in easily & poof! You’re stuck!
