Good size place! Great selection with good prices. Has vinyl records too!Looks like they have tables and supplies for table top game nights as well in the back.Was able to get a game been looking for, and an official PSOne controller and TV cables for it.

The Game X Change in Paris sports a wide selection of games and movies along with Manga and other collectibles. I loved the layout of the store and like they have a place for those that want to play D&D or card tournaments. Really enjoyed their poster collection. Everyone was super helpful and nice. A little hard to see off the road but otherwise easily accessible.

Good store. We were from out of town so I was used to different selection of things in ours. We did pick up a few nuggets from this store. The staff was friendly.

Staff is always attentive and helpful and also knows when the hell to leave you alone. Great shopping environment for the nerds

As a game collector, I tend to be extremely picky when it comes to buying games, Ive visited countless stores across the state and of every store Ive been too, Game-X-Change in Paris is my honest to God favorite, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the selection is freaking amazing, the prices are excellent and I almost always find something I need for my collection when I go in. The only minor nitpick I have is that theres no signs in the store specifically stating that the retro games are not part of the buy 2 get 1 free $9.99 or less deal, which becomes especially confusing when other Game-X-Change stores (such as McKinney and Sherman) do include them, but its a very small complaint and they are run by completely different management so its not really an issue. Overall, I love the store and if youre looking for a place to buy video games in NE Texas, this is the best one Ive found. The stores in Tyler and Marshall are also excellent, but I feel the Paris store beats them in the end.

The store is clean and well lit. We were greeted upon entry. The clerks were helpful. Unfortunately, the Xbox steering wheel we wanted, they no longer carry. Their selection seemed a little low.

A lot of movies just nothing I was in the mood for

Ive been to many game exchanges and this one is far beyond the worst one Ive been to... its not worth the trip. The lady was rude as hell. .. Ive never had such a bad experance. When she scanned the cards some wasnt even in the pile that my husband had gotten. For me it doesnt matter how nice a store looks, I cant stand rudness. And when my husband was leaving she told my husbamd that maybe next time that we come to scan the cards ourselves, so it wouldnt waste there time!!!!

Reliably helpful staff, plenty of choice, and offers more than just video games! Plenty of movies, tabletop type games, a selection of comics and manga, and even collectibles.

Worst store ever they try to sell broken game consoles for 300 dollars then when you bring it back they lie and say you broke it and keep your money

I quite like it and the employees are pretty nice and one has even complimented me about one of my piercings but i do wish they had more figures and a better anime selection.

Very cool! Me and my friends go there a lot just to hang out. Good video game, manga, figures, snacks, etc collection and the staff are awesome and really friendly! I at least try to go once a week.

Unfortunately, i have not had good experiences with this store. My son loves to go in their, and the store itself is great. The staff on the other hand... not so great. Every time i have come into the store, and staff has been either rude, in their own world, or just straight ignores us. Its gotten to the point where my son doesnt even like to come in anymore. He loves looking at the older games, picking out a new movie, and buying a new model kit to build.i am willing to give the store another try, and even change my review, but as of now im disappointed with the staff.

Pretty epic little gaming store! Tshirts, plushies, figures, games, videos and much more. They even have tabletop/card game tables setup. Definitely check them out if youre in Paris!!

Poorly ran staff! I went there, found 2 nes games and 1 SNES game. In the store it says buy 2 games 9.99 or less you get one free... so the guy there said the buy 2 get one free doesnt apply. No where in the store it says that. Thank you for losing a customer. Ill ever be there again.

Worst game policy just bought a used game nine days ago $46 plus tax. Wasnt able to get back to the store sooner and offered $15 trade. Never will game exchange get my business again.

VERY unprofessional establishment. I shop here every once in awhile to just browse, and grab some older and cheap Blu rays and video games. The staff are usually unprofessional, and do not seem to care. I usually brush most of this off until a recent experience.My friend and her sister walked in to buy a DS game. My friend overheard the two workers talking to each other, and betting whether the two “girls” would actually buy anything or not. When my friend did not see what they were looking for, they decided to leave. As they were leaving, one employee said to the other “give me my money I told you they weren’t actually here to buy anything”Like I said, I could brush off the other instances of unprofessionalism I have seen, but this was really the deciding factor.I would it recommend this place anymore.

They have no problem selling movies that dont work and refusing to exchange them, even with the receipt.Bought a game from them, took it home and it didnt even work.Do not shop here unless you feel like gambling with your money.

Decently good for a store with Anime figures wish they had more in terms of varity. Didnt have much time to actually look at games which is sad also didnt see any switches something Im currently in the market for a used model.

Theres always a huge selection of pretty much everything in here.

Its always been a great place to buy and sell games but they are upping their game by expanding into records, comics, trading card games and table top games.

It is definitely the place to go for movies game consoles games but unfortunately they dont give you much for yours so youre better off selling it yourself when you buy something be sure and check it out and make sure it has everything or make sure the movie or the game is in the case but one thing I do love about game exchange is the stuff comes with a 90-day warranty and they do standby it and make it right

I adore this place. They are currently expanding products and more. They have Magna, anime, movie shows, blue ray, movies, several games and game consoles. The employees are very helpful. I am happy that they are now buying and selling Funko Pops. This is the places if you want to buy movies, TV shows, Games and more.

This company is horrible!They fired an employee that has been there from the opening of the store I will make sure everyone knows they are not a place to spend your hard earned money !They do not care about their employees the woman in charge is very rude and unprofessional! Want a job at Game X Change? Dont even bother! I just got fired, and their reasoning was because I used to be an assistant manager of the old store. Really? I put that on my application when I got hired! When I told them that wasnt a good enough reason they said they have a 90 day probation period so they didnt have to give me one. That store isnt like it used to be. Corporate ruin Game X Change! Will never walk in that store again. Digital is the future of video games anyways. Cant wait to see this store close down soon.

There was a blonde woman in there that told us we had a 90 DAY exchange thing and we vame back then next day to return the game because we already had the copy and the brunette woman that was in there said we had 24 hours to take it back and we coudntco return it since the 24 hours was up! Then she said have a nice day when we walked out I dont think Id come here again. The service was really bad for me.

It is a great gaming store full of friendly people, they keep their prices low, and they will always make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases.

While the pricing at Game X Change (GX) is pretty reasonable the main reason to go to GX is for the service.The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. For example; I bought a second hand game console from swap shop that wasnt working properly. I brought it into GX and they checked it out and determined the problem was simply a bad cable. So, they gave me the cable at no cost and wished me happy gaming.This is the recommended store as your first stop before visiting their competition across the street.
