Every time I have visited Cash America in Paris TN, I have always been treated very well. Anytime I need to either pawn or sell, the folks have been very helpful. I will continue to do business here. I highly recommend this place.

Dont have time to check you out when someone comes in to see jewelry. They straight run to who might be spending the most money and not who comes first. Dont waste your time with this bunch

We love the Ladies that work here. We have done business with them for the three years we have lived in the area. We have purchased items and in time of need pawned items with no problems.

The staff at this pawn location are knowledgeable, polite, helpful and kind. I can always count on great service every time I need some quick cash, and being a dependable customer that honors your pawn agreement b and redeems the merchandise you took out a loan against doesnt go unnoticed by these fine young ladies. The short and skinny of it dont be a deadbeat and pick up your carp and maybe theymight work with you if you need a little extra cash Kyle!!

Very, very rude people work here. They are not knowledgeable at all about what they buy or sell. You can see them going on eBay to see what price to offer you, and then they cut it 1/3rd. The employees act as if you have done something criminal, stolen things etc, EVEN if you are buying! Stay away. Ebay is better in this day and age.

I used to love that place until Nicki took over. That place has been slammed and she does not help. She’s unfriendly and makes up new customer rules on a whim. I remember for years going in there and the employees seemed happy the manager would greet you. Not anymore. Shea and the other ladies seem like they know more about what’s going on and how to do things than Nicki does. I miss Sandy and Denise. They were real managers.

I placed a guitar on lay away for 74 down on a $199 note. I had the receipt and took it in to the store today, asked for my lay away money back. The lady at the counter took it to the back. She came back up and told me they cant give my money back it would go in store credit. I told her the receipt says you get 10% restock fee and I get the my cash deposit back. She made fun of me in front of the other workers and pointed with her pen to the paper quoted with a direct smartish tone: sir show me anywhere on there it says that? I re-read the receipt to her in front of the other co-workers standing there.I was completely humiliated. After reading the receipt where it does say I get my money back, she let in a big breath and said quoted : well sir it doesnt matter what that receipt says your only supposed to get store credit. She said this one time Ill see what I can do. So she had me sign anorher receipt to get my money back and she went to the back to get the money and had someone else give it too me. They handed me the money and nothing was said. Like they were all mad at me. In all my 15 plus years of dealing with that pawnshop. I will never go back and Ive let everyone I know how I was treated today- Monday April 22nd 2019. I would not recommend this to anyone wanting to be treated with respect. They just lost my business forever. The humiliation I felt when she showed out in front of her co-workers was the worst ever.

Visited more than 10 times, Tried doing business with no effort from employees to make a deal. Not knowledgable on products, pricing is often ABOVE retail and almost always above ebay history prices on USED items. Will not haggle or cut deals, a used glock 43 priced at 499! Thats $40 above retail at a gun retailer down the street.a used Milwaukee saw $10 below retail of $269. Ive tried again and again to do business. Im from Chattanooga, where pawn shops want your business, are eager to make deals and create customer relationships and sticker pricing is fair for used items. Im an avid pawn shopper that is not over reacting, this is just simply a poorly managed shop. Wish I could leave a better review since I now live in an area where there are only 3 Aspen shops in a 30 mile radius. 😔

Horrible experience WILL NEVER GO BACK. I urge you to try Pot of Gold or another towns pawn shop before ever stepping in this store! My wife purchased a TV and a PS3 slim console from them for Christmas for my 5 year old. On Christmas day my daughter wakes up to a PS3 that turns on but wont read any game/CD/movie. Also the cheap controller they gave us had a few buttons that didnt even work! We waited until the next day when they were open to try to return WITH RECEIPT only to find that they would not exchange or return for a refund!A little insight into how these stores work, they ALWAYS check electronics before a pawn/buy so I know they bought a broken one from someone they knew to help them out knowing it would burn someone later. My daughter is autistic and she absolutely could not fathom why Santa would bring her a broken toy, this just about turned Christmas upside down for us. Please heed my warning, they are shady even for a pawn shop and I wouldnt EVER deal with them again.

Bought two generators and a weed eater( JUNK) want a warranty you must pay 10% to get your money back in 40 days, all three items fell apart after about two months of use. I personally will not recommend this place because of bad merchandise and paying for a warranty on purchasing products. Rated as a scam market.
