Livingston hearing has ALWAYS put my best interest utmost and foremost above anything else in their office. Ive been to the Longview office and theyre all GREAT people, Ive been to the Mt Pleasant office and they are very sweet, knowledgeable and warm family there..I just love them(tho I dont like that th office is only open a couple of days a week), forcing me to travel from Mt Vernon to th Paris office because I needed an immediate fix on my hearing aid....BUT Im so glad I did get to go there and meet their team... cuz they too are so wonderful and very helpful to me...I just love ALL 3 offices Ive visited equally th same....ya JUST CANNOT go wrong with taking your business to Livingston Hearing Centers. Trust me ...Its all good ❤💯

Excellent so far! I have been to other clinics and have never been treated so well. They are the best. I recommend them to anyone who has a hearing problem. This is perfect! Paris location has the nicest and beautiful women there!

Took my money (full price) provided good services, expecting full refund(per THEIR paperwork) office clerk DID NOT inform me that they were not in network for my medicare supplement insurance plan. So will wait and see if I do in fact get full refund... Probably wont go back to them

When I opened the door the area was super clean, the reception lady was very professional, the lady, the hearing specialist, was super knowledgeable. Everyone was compassionate, and caring to the utmost. I am visually impaired as well and they even helped me with my insurance to get me a new white cane. They have been extremely patient anytime I call trying to figure out various aspects of Medicaid and were willing to learn techniques to sighted guide as well. note though some of the staff speaks rather quietly and you have to strain at times to hear them. Would definitely never go to another place for hearing aids though! The first question we were asked when we came in was if we needed something to drink and in the Texas heat... Thats sort of hospitality is amazing!

I went in the first time not knowing anything about what would come of it and found the people there from the receptionist to the tester very professional and kind, full of positive attitudes and there to help your mood get better as well just being around them. Any time I feel a bit down I can go in this office and just seeing and talking a bit to the receptionist helps my mood. They work with you to make it the best possible experience for each one. Great place and have recommended them to several friends and family.
