I was walking with my son to the store when I got to the parking lot I turned in watching where we were going the driver turned into the parking lot fast almost hit uswhen I told him he needed to watch where he was going he proceeded to yell at me saying I need to stop when crossing a street smh I didnt cross a street I was in a parking lot walking twards a row of parked cars pedestrians have the right of the way especially in a parking lot! Drivers think because they are behind a wheel that they are in the right is not legal need to reread the driver license manual Ive had the same problem at cross walks that say walk and about get runned over
