This shop had 7 weeks with my vehicle to fix the original issue. (Alternator and electrical) It turned into several other issues and went WAY over the discussed budget. The owner swears I approved the estimate that I literally NEVER saw and definitely could not afford. He had me panicked and in tears. The male friend I brought with me was able to negotiate the bill down for me to get my car back. (I KNEW that I would need a male with me) No less than 2 blocks later, after paying in full, the original issue proved to NOT be resolved at all. $3000 worth of work, only to drive away with the exact same problem. VEHEMENTLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I would be aware of this company . The owner Paul has been my moms go to for years. she recently had him do some major repairs on her car, to which he promised one thing then turned to other once the work was questioned. saying he didnt offer that, that wasnt part of the repair. i called to get clarification on a back ordered part, which i found in stock and he hung up on me. when i called back he acknowledged that he did hang up on me on purpose. I would not trust him with any vehicle. nor would i trust any thing he says to you that is not in writing. ALWAYS REQUEST QUOTES AND DOCUMENTS OF WORK TO BE COMPLETED. poor customer service by the owner Paul says alot about this company. Paul lied on many occasions to many different people of the same vehicle. he cant seem to keep things straight.

Angel Touch Automotive is my go-to shop! This place is fantastic. Paul always has answers to all of my questions and explains the services we need clearly and honestly, prices are more than fair, and I always get my cars and our van back when promised!I have had a lot of bad experiences at other shops and after multiple fantastic experiences at Angel Touch they have earned my entire familys business. I will not take our vehicles anywhere else! Usually the cheapest quote in or around Parker for anything you need done, and they give you the straight talk with no BS. Heres what you need and why. Thats it. No inflating or exaggerating what you need done or the severity of it, just straight up good service. Michelle and Paul are consummate professionals that love what they do, and care about their customers. They started their business relatively recently, and are now booming, which I honestly foresaw the day I met them. I work on my own car and know enough to identify easy vs harder repairs, the cost of parts and expert time, and can tell you without a doubt that their emphasis is on delivering quality results with the utmost integrity. Paul went to lengths most mechanics would never go through to get an involved suspension problem resolved. I knew it wasnt a straightforward fix when I brought the car in, and I could assure you most mechanics wouldve not nailed it, but Paul did, and used his expertise to save me money in the process. That last point is key, because many mechanics overcharge due to lack of expertise or experience leading to poor decisions. Not Paul.

My starter failed when I was encountering to an important appointment. With less that 3 hours left before appointment time I contacted Angel Touch Auto. I informed them of my need for fast service. They ordered the part and put my car on the lift. Repair was complete and I made my appointment with time to spare. The service was fast, friendly and professional. I was given the number to Angel Touch Automotive by a friend when I was having car troubles. While driving home one night I overheated and took the car to a shop local near my home in Monument. After receiving their diagnosis, bad head gasket, I felt that I needed a second opinion and spoke to Paul at Angel Touch. Paul scheduled some time to pick up the car and looked over the car the following Monday. The diagnosis.....not what I was told previously at the other shop. Just a hose failure which caused the car to overheat. Even though Angel Touch is 50 minutes away they will be my go to shop for any need that may arise. Genuine service and truly great guys. This review is for my sister with whom does not have a gmail account, if I can Advise you not to bring your car to this shop, for many reasons1. They under quote then don’t call to inform you your bill is $150-200 more then they quoted you they surprise you when you go to check out.2. A month after they had my car my engine blew up due to an oil problem(wrong viscosity came out like water), angel touch was the last to change the oil just 800 miles ago, Paul claims the engine was knocking when he got it which was a lie because I called Big O which had the car 2 days before he got it and said it Definetly was not knocking otherwise they would have told me because that’s THEIR job! He also had 2 different stories of the timeline of when the engine started knocking. The shop where I had my car towed said the oil filter and oil put in are Definetly in question as to the cause of the engine catastrophically failing. The car has 40k miles on thats it and has been maintained strictly!!!Paul is not willing to acknowledge anything that he may of had a part in with the engine issues and hung up on Me at the end of the conversation!Save yourself time and money and take your money to someone who knows what they are doing and does it right! First red flag should have been “oh I’ve never worked on a jeep can I keep for a few extra days id like to figure this out!!” famous last words!

So I had my 2005 Honda Pilot in for timing belt and water pump they did an excellent job putting it in at a reasonable price and it runs great just like it was brand new has 300,000 miles on it
