The staff at Sally’s are incredibly kind and helpful. It’s nice to see someone like Stephanie who truly cares about people and is very genuine. It’s always so great to be helped kindhearted individuals!

I now remember why I drive all the way to the highlands ranch location. I really don’t appreciate being talked over for an “account phone number” when I state I had questions. As someone who wanted to have something fun to do, and get some temp color for kids... I really do not appreciate the manager of this location being as rude, unhelpful, and rushy as she was. I have NEVER been treated like that from a Sally employee EVER. Maybe if someone can’t handle customer service as a job... they shouldn’t be in the job in the first place. Absolutely unprofessional.

I called the store 8 times it says online they were open &’ doing curbside pickup, nobody picked up I drove there where two girls where inside listening to the phone ring but wouldn’t pick up, very rude rolled their eyes the entire time I was talking to her asking what I needed to order online. I got free shipping (which is 2-5 business days) due to high demand 5-7 days today is the 10th day I sat on hold for 45 minutes with the Coorperate office because my package was lost so instead of they sending it to me over night I now have to wait another 5-7 business days. Horrible!

Really helpful staff

I started going to this Sally’s when I moved to the area in February 2017 and I’ve always had a good experience when I come in, but yesterday I spoke with one of the sweetest gals that work there. She was so kind and we had such a neat conversation! I kept meaning to ask for her name, but she had blue in her hair and a couple of tattoos of a cat and a wand! Seriously such a sweet lady and I will absolutely continue to shop there because of her and her help! Thank you!!

Usually the store is great and the staff always helps me make sure my clients are happy. Today I came in and said I needed to exchange a color that didnt work on my client and the associate argued with me saying I cant exchange a used hair color. The guarantee says love it or your money back and she said no I need to do a strand test. So if thats the case then put that in fine print on the poster, and tell everyone else because everyone has helped me for the past couple years. Not a good experience

Very poor customer service. No assistance offered ever. No prices so I am expected to chase down your employee to help me? Really? No one even said goodbye when I left and she was standing 3 feet from the door. No thank you! Ill keep my hard earned dollars. Ill take my business where I am welcome.

This location had great service. Ladies remembered to ask me about renewing my membership and I got a free item for renewing which was awesome. They were very helpful and friendly.

I had an amazing time here. I always love coming in this store. I have been in for a couple of days in a row and Airon and Kirsten were so amazing! Airon was shopping around with me and it really felt like she was getting to know me to really help out with some products to get. She is such a positive person It felt like I had a shopping buddy with the knowledge of the products which was so much fun! Kirsten really helped me out when I needed to find nail polish that was reduced and she pulled out the ones she had in the back for me so I could find the right one for me! These ladies are fantastic and I will definitely be back to visit them!

So freaking nice on the phone and even nicer in store. Really appreciate their staff.

I have to give Sallys props. Every time I go here, the staff are always helpful and help me find the best products Im looking for. Sure it can be alittle overpriced, but they do allow you to return any products you arent happy with within 30 days (just make sure to keep your receipt).

They give false information and know very little about hair products for extetions, when u bring things up to them do not not help not even give a discount for next time, 100% would not recommend for anyone to get hair extensions from them and definitely dont ask for there help because they clearly dont know what they are talking about, I spent $40+ in this store doing what the assistant manager said she gave me false information

Bought some universal oster clipper guards, they didnt fit my oster so I looked up to make sure I could return them, it said you didnt need a receipt. So I went in they said oh no you need a receipt. I knew I had thrown it away out of habit so I asked if they could look up my purchase history from my card, Im a professional. She asked her manager and she said no and we cant return clipper guards anyways its final sale. I look behind her to where all the clippers and everything else is, no where does it say final sale, or on the packages. Ive been going here for years for small stuff but wont anymore. I dont like appreciate no signage on final sale items, its misleading.

They are not very helpful at this location. I never get assistance when needed and the employees seem to be more interest in chit chatting at the register. Go to the one in highlands ranch - much better customer service and better inventory!!
