Avoid this store at all costs, go to Southlands. I brought my son in there a couple of weeks ago because he has a swelling battery. We dealt with David, who at first told us it was very dangerous and to keep the phone turned off. If I could give a negative star, I would. Avoid this store at all costs, go to Southlands. Three reasons.1. The information they gave us was not just wrong, it was dangerous.2. They were rude and delivered appalling customer service.3. Their actions, or lack of actions, were totally against corporate policy.I brought my son there a couple of weeks ago because the battery in his phone was swelling. We dealt with David, who at first told us it was dangerous and to keep the phone turned off. He gave us two options, buy a new phone, or ship the old phone back and get a replacement in up to eight weeks with an insurance claim. When I questioned mailing a dangerous phone and that this was a Google issue and not damage by my son, he said that was our only option. I told him we had been informed by another Verizon store that the correct policy was for them to immediately take the phone from us (for safety) and send us a new phone. When he insisted that was wrong, and that if he suggested that to corporate, they’d tell him no, I asked to speak to the manager. When I explained the issue to the manager, he looked at the phone (in which the batter had swelled so much the phone was coming apart), and said, “Oh, I’ve seen way worse.” And walked away. By the way, David would not address me, the adult who pays the bill (even when I called him out on it), he would only address my son who looks 18. We left the store and called customer service who were shocked by what the Parker Verizon store had told us. They sent us straight to Southlands who took the phone from us immediately stating it was dangerous and overnighted a new phone to my son. This is not just a case of terrible customer service by David and the Manager, it is a disregard for their corporate policy and above all, dangerous.

I went in with the hope of getting my Samsung Note20 to work with a new SIM card. Because the account I was with was a corporate account Tyler informed me there wasnt much they could do. Heres the beauty of Tyler, he didnt stop there. He continued to search for solutions and was insistent on finding a solution for me. To which I have to say he succeeded. Well done Verizon! You need more Tylers in your organization. Customer service is quickly becoming a lost art in many businesses but your company can learn a thing or two from Tyler at this store. Continued success and thanks for a job well done!!
Although the customer service was excellent at this location to Verizon corporate lost customer today. They dont care if you have business with them or prepaid plan. Bye bye Verizon. I just left the Verizon store, I had some concerns with My previous purchase along with billing issues. Details are irrelevant simply because the Manager Eric immediately helped Me, treated Me like a VIP Verizon customer. I sincerely THANK YOU Sir. She is Extremely determined to fulfill Your needs as a Verizon customer, She is Fierce at being on Your side, She listened to My 50 mile per second Chicago accent as She multi tasks between 4 separate devices. We have been Verizon customers for over 20 years. Have always had good customer service. But we have never had such GREAT customer service has we had with Shekita this past weekend. She was kind, funny, hard working, knew her business, and we left feeling completely satisfied. She needs to be the face of Verizon, front and center. Do NOT ever lose her as an employee. Matt and Luke are amazing! We had a horrible experience at the Park Meadows location and gave this store a chance to make it right. They have done a great job and are very friendly and knowledgeable. Came in to ask some questions and upgrade my phone. I had misunderstood what the app was telling me about trading in my old phone and the employee at the store, Shekita, was very condescending and kept glancing at another employee when I was trying to understand, Ive worked service before and I know how employees can talk about customers but it felt like they were mocking me right in front of my face. I didnt ask all of my questions because I felt as though I was just being talked down to the whole time nor did I upgrade my phone after Shekita rudely asked me so what do you want me to do?. I couldnt get out of that situation fast enough.
Other than being sold an item that didnt fit my needs as they said it would, the man that was there to help me with my return was EXTREMELY rude. I will try to not require this locations help any longer. If I need a corporate store again I will drive further away.
Typical Verizon store. Reps try to over sell you on expensive accessories and do a very poor job of explaining insurance coverage for new phones. You can get better deals online and activation fees are usually cheaper online as well.

I didnt have to wait very long without an appointment. My phone issue was resolved in 2 minutes. Im a former employee of Sprint and I know phones. The store manager and his employees were very friendly, professional. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK!!!!!

Horrible. Customer service couldnt explain why I as being charged a wierd bill then told me Id have to pay 107 a month for a plan they advertise for 80. I wanted to get good service from Verizon again but this store just made me spin my feet and leave the store. Staff need better training. Probably better off ordering online than using this store.

I have called the store at least 6 times in the last 3 days, asking to speak to a salesperson. I have been put on hold with music every single time for a minimum of 5 minutes to, just to test, 20 minutes. I am a loyal Verizon customer for years and years. I may be forced to switch because of the lousy service. By the way just for kicks, I called you Denver store which was open per the announcement and was told the store was closed and cut off.

I stopped by to get help putting on a new screen protector and to check into a phone case warranty and was greeted by long-haired fellow with dialated pupils. He seemed delighted to tell me he couldn’t help with my screen protector and when I asked about the phone case I had recently purchased for $40 he didn’t even look up my purchase and stated again that he could not help with that either. I told him how much I loved hearing so abruptly how he couldn’t help and I asked if he understood that I bought the phone case at this very store. Again he said he could not help. He never even attempted to look up my purchase. He blamed covid for the screen protector but I’m still confused as to what his excuse was for the phone case. I don’t get how some companies have customer service figured out and others are oblivious.
State and the county that this store is in say masks are optional yet they would not serve me because I didn’t have a mask and said I would not wear one because it as not required and that I had a medical condition. I was told that they didn’t care and that it was the business choice. I will also be filing a complaint with corporate Verizon on this. I will most likely be taking my 15 year service with them elsewhere.
Americas most reliable network comes at a cost and the service should justify that... Not so much with Verizon. After 10 years of loyalty to this company you would expect to be treated with respect and compassion for the money I have spent. I recently upgraded to the new iPhone XS Max that I was persuaded to buy WITH Verizons protection plan.. I was told it would cover anything that happened to this phone therefore I opted to purchase it. However when the day comes that you do drop your phone or it gets damaged like me today you should feel confident its protected. WRONG! Apparently Verizon will not replace the glass backing of my iPhone because it does not fall within the protection plan... WTH? I rather need to pay $250 deductible for a new phone? Thanks for leaving that small part out when I was persuaded to get this awful service. I will now be switching carriers as I have had a handful of problems with Verizon.
The gentleman who first helped us at the door was great. Kind caring patient, but the gentleman who was sent to help us was very pushy, I felt like he did not want to answer my questions directly, and when I asked him to see the different plans, he responded with, you already have the unlimited plan thats the best one. Well sir, there are many unlimited plans and we had to find that out by going to another store and talking with another gentleman. I was not impressed with him... I will not be going back to this store, I will be going to the Verizon store at Park Meadows Mall from now on.

Had the worse service twice last week. Once with a gal that sold us 2 phones. Zero personality and not enthused about being there. The worst service was from Marissa who clearly has no desire to help customers. At our 3rd trip back to the store we asked the GM Matt to help us. He was great and very helpful. Our family will be buying our cell phones at Best Buy from now on.

Got a new phone for my sister and had to wait 30 minutes for them to help us with the accessory package for the new phone( phone already fully paid for) just to leave because they completely forgotten about us they started helping 4 other customers before finishing up with us. This is totally BS and I dont think I would ever come back here.
Very rude representative are working there, i have visited this location few times and if ur there for some than dont make them a profit out of it they try to be as rude as possible so you will leave.
One word, AMANDA. We came in to see if changing our wireless provider would make sense. Amanda walked us thru the choice and then after we said yes she took our phones and changed us over to Verizon in a very short time. Frustrating. Bought a screen protector for my phone from this store a little over a year ago. I went in to get it replaced and they told me I have to go to the mall. Why didn’t they tell me this when I bought the screen protector? It was either pay $44 for a new one or go to the mall for $10.Not cool but worth sharing so other people don’t waste their time with poor corporate policies. Huge miss Parker Verizon store!
Great service and great management! I came in there with the complicated issue related to a very outdated phone and rather than push a new model on me they helped me considerably. It has been nearly a year since I went in there and havent needed their help since. I would recommend this company and service to anyone base simply on the staff they have.
Nice location. We were greeted right away today but then left for over 15 minutes without help & 3/4 of the phones don’t have pricing on them so that was a bit frustrating. The greeter ended up helping us again and explained features very well, unfortunately did not get her name but she was wonderful. We picked out a new phone and got directed to Marissa. She made the process very quick and easy but did not smile once and had hardly any personality when it came to chatting. Regardless, people can have bad days so not worried about it. All in all, quickest service switching to a new phone we have ever gotten (in/out within 30ish minutes).
The Parker Verizon store is someplace you can always count on to provide the best service, advice and products. Their people are friendly and knowledgeable. The manager, Bree, really runs a good business!
Ive had Verizon off an on for over 10 years. The Parker store never lets me down in terms of customer service and problem solving. While I know their commission is based on accessory sales, Ive never felt pressured to buy something I didnt want. Everything is explained simply and feel well taken care of when I leave.
I went into Verizon yesterday evening, I dealt with James who was filling in from the Park Meadows location. James went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of during my upgrade. Unfortunately my phone that I was upgrading from had a problem and it took quite some time to resolve. Peter, Josh, and James stayed at Verizon with me until 10:15pm. I have never received such amazing customer service before. The situation was very stressful and I felt terrible for keeping them there that late but they provided me with outstanding service. I was thoroughly impressed with how well they treated me and dealt with the situation. I highly recommend these men!Thank you for showing me why I have Verizon as a carrier and that great customer service really does exist.

Probably the worst location I have been to. Im not even sure why they exist. You cant buy normal accessories, you cant ask questions, you cant do anything but buy a phone. For anything else they hand you the number to customer care. As a former employee, it seems like they are just extremely lazy and dont want to waste time helping you if they arent getting a phone sale out of it.
Verizon is the worst phone company I have EVER dealt with. They rip you off, $3,500 worth, wont reimburse you, impossible to get ahold of ANYONE, lie to you, etc...I highly recommend going through someone else. ANYONE else. I hope I saved you from going through any of the bs that weve had to deal with. Its not worth it.
Stopped by the store because my ringer, speaker was not working. Went through the settings and determined the speaker was broken. Suggested I buy a new phone or go to you break I fix. Great suggestion. You break I fix said to back up and reset. Worked perfectly. Dont understand why Verizon did not mention this....oh they are not customer service just sell phones. I have been to this store a few times with the same results when it comes to fixing problems. Will not be back.
This is by far the worst verizon location I have ever been to. The workers and most important the manager have no idea what they are doing. Trying to fir me and my partner to buy 4 phones instead of 2 because they said it takes 4 phones to get the bogo deal. Just as I though turns out its called buy 1 get 1 for a reason. Going to forsure talk to corporate about this the employees attitude was horrible as well . He was super mad when we wanted to go somewhere else . He was more focused on his commission.
I used to have TMobile and I didnt like there service so I switched to Verizon I am now very happy with them there service works great and in alot of places around Parker and there team always make you feel like they are willing to go the extra mile and do what is best FOR YOU not just what is going to make them the most money

Had the WORST customer service experience at this store yesterday. The female employee that was assigned to me (I didnt catch her name, and I dont know if she is the only female employee or if she is the only African-American employee at the store) but she was so rude that after some exchange of questions/answers about buying a phone, she grew impatient and decided she would just leave me standing by the counter in the middle of my talking to her) and when I mentioned to her that what she was doing wasnt very good customer service, she kept walking away telling me Bye! I told her she was being rude and she would repeat Bye! I took it as she was telling me Get out of my store! so I asked her not to say that, at which point she yelled at me in front of all the customers and workers in the store: I WILL TELL YOU BYE! I left the store and contacted the Verizon corporate offices. They first offered me money to compensate for the experience, but I told them no amount of money would take away the disrespect and humiliation I was exposed to. I told them the only way to make it right would be for the store manager to have this employee apologize to me; and that if I didnt get a call from them within the next 36 hours, I would terminate my four lines and my twelve-year-long loyalty to Verizon. Corporate made it sound like they were going to address the problem with management, but since I did not get the phone call from the store manager, I decided to take my business to AT&T in 9871 S Parker Rd #101, Parker, CO 80134; they have four and five star reviews in customer service. Good-bye Verizon.
Terrible. Absolutely terrible customer service. My wife went in there tonight to upgrade her phone. Simple and easy task. When she walks in she is greeted with utter disappointment. As if she is the biggest nuisance to ever walk through the doors. Granted it was about 20 mins before they close. But still. We pay good money for the phones and service. I expect a little curtiosy when trying to make another purchase through your store. And some professionalism. I know its tough when its close to closing, but thats what employees get paid for right? Hell, I work overtime all the time. Do I want to. No. But do I? Yes. And I do it with a smile.....thats what I get paid for. One lady gave her such attitude about using a card or cash so she could close out the door...or some excuse. The salesman she talked to rushed her with great impatience. She felt very pressured, Im not sure she even paid for what she wanted. She feels as if she does not even want this brand new phone because of the enormous guilt trip your staff has laid upon her. Usually your staff is more than happy to help out on a simple screen protector as well. Nope. Not here. Basically told her to get out and find another store to do it tomorrow. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will be calling yall tomorrow. And calling your corporate office as well. Shame on of all you.
Josh was absolutely fantastic. I have never had a better customer service experience with any Verizon store or agent. He serious went above and beyond to help my husband and I get new phones. He was also so great and gracious to spend so much time transfering all of our data from one phone to the next. I can honestly say Ill never find a better customer service agent than Josh. We will be back to this store specifically for his assistance. Thank you for everything you did for us!!!!
Shekita is the best, my girlfriend and I went in after switching our plans and getting new phones online. Our online order didn’t work as we hoped and Shekita went out of her way to help us and fix the issue. I definitely recommend the branch in Parker.
I was looking into switching my service to Verizon for various reasons. I tried online but had troubles so I sent to the store. The representative, Shekita Bickham, was absolutely fabulous throughout the very difficult ordeal. I dont know where the problems were but she spent the better part of four hours working with me to get this process complete. Shekita is the very definition of excellence in customer service! Stop in and ask for her and tell her I sent you!
Its not the same anymore
Verizon has very poor coverage in my area of Parker. Called customer service who admitted problems with coverage in this area since 2003. However stated that I am in a 4G area. Then I was transferred to tech support who says yes you are in a 4G area but said if you hone in on your location I am not. So anyone thinking about testing the coverage map online, please know that it is a complete scam. At least for the past 3 or maybe 4 years I have had almost no service at my house, which is close to town. I have opened tickets with tech support many times over many years with no call back or update. I have been a customer since 2003 and considered Verizon to be the best provider by far but sadly it just isnt the case anymore. Time to jump ship.
Went in to switch from ATT. Josh was fantastic. He was super helpful and extremely patient when ATT made the process difficult. We’ll be back.
Said my phone was fine, it was just the charging port that wasnt working. Talked me into buying a wireless charger, that would work with any new phone turns out I actually needed a new phone, went to get one and only like 2 out of the 15 I was looking at were able to charge wirelessly. I was misled and wasted $60 because of their bad information.

Despite all their claims, FaceTime with another Verizon customer is all but impossible. Every eve for 3 weeks weve tried. All we get is moving lips, no voice. Frozen images, blank screen. For the price we pay its a HUGE ripoff. Dont waste your time or money. Get ANY carrier other than suckrizon
Wow decided to switch from my current provider to Verizon went online purchased three phones started an account spent $800 and was told to pick up at Parker location..I got an email thanking me for my order welcome me to Verizon confirming my payment which came out of my account and said I will be emailed again when store is ready for pickup never got an email place this order yesterday called customer service said they couldnt find it anywhere, could see I made the payment but no account or no phones they dont know what I paid for..crediting me back my money 5 to 10 business days sorry have a nice day that was it guess Im not switching now.

I recently had one of the worst customer experiences in my life at the Parker CO Verizon store working with Ellen. It took about two hours to complete a transaction and got home and the phone did not work at my house for no reception. I went back to the store and had to wait again and we thought it could be the phone so I got a different brand. They were going to charge me a restocking fee and I had to threaten a law suit and they finally waive the charge but let me know they were doing me a big favor. After waiting again for an hour being told it will just take a few more minutes I left and went to Starbucks and had a coffee, came back an hour later only to be told “it should just be a few more minutes almost done.” I got my phone back with 6000 contacts when I had less than a 1000 and was to I could go in and delete the extras. Then they said they could make the multi numbers not show but if I had a contact that did not have a number I would lose them. Ellen laughed and said “better to have too many contacts than too little.” I said really you are going to leave it like this and she said yes. If Ellen is a representation of all of Verizon I suggest you sell your stock if you own any for this is how a company starts to slip!Very unhappy new customer.
I was in yesterday to figure something out on my daughter’s itouch. I was the 2nd customer in the door for the day. I think the gal that helped me (no she really didn’t), her name was Marissa (I think). She was rude, cold and completely uninterested in helping me! I gave a two star rating simply bc her boss tried to help me and was kind.

They refused to accept returns on day 14 then even after termination of service was still billed 4 months consecutive to the whopping tune of over $1400.00 then upon contact various customer service decoys was hung up on lied to told to pay in full plus charged $600 per device that they refused still to accept back. $2600 bill after 3+ yrs of loyal service paying on time etc.... VERIZON YOU SUCK AND YOULL FIND KARMA IN WAYS I HOPE YOUR ABLE TO FEEL DEEPLY. GREEDY SHADY DEMONS!!!!
Walked into the store ready to purchase new service since my current provider has spotty service in my new state. Walked out disappointed in below par customer service.
Long wait times and after getting put on the wait list multiple people skipped over me in line to ask quick questions which turned into much longer questions. Employees dont know what they are doing and have ask a manager for almost everything, completely bad service.
Awful customer service. We had to try and work with Josh who was extremely arrogant and spoke down to me and my mother the entire time. It is worth your time and energy to drive out of your way to a different Verizon store than to have to try and work with the demeaning mangers at this location.

My wife and I spent at least 15 minutes in the store. The entire time we were not asked by ANY associates if they could help us. The associates seem to be trying to ignore us. It was around 7pm an hour before closing but all we needed were two cases. The entire store was different and both of us were trying to figure out how to check in with no luck. I have been a customer for years and it is disappointing to see how their associates treat customers.

Totally avoid that short fellow in the store (dont know his name anymore). He put mine and my friends account on security hold. He acts like he owns the verizon and tries to make/explain his own rules.I and my friend both went in the store, on separate occassions, to utilize very enticing promo ($300 trade in credit for smartphones), and this guy put our accounts on security hold. WHAT !! I am writing this review after my friend told his experience, which matched exactly to mine. He took our IDs to a room inside and came back after half an hour (almost) saying that he cant do anything as account is on hold.Avoid this guy, ask for someone else or go to other store. This store needs to fire this dumass.
Horrible. The coverage, website, and plans Verizon have are not bad...but when I bought my 3 phones here over two years ago, their sales person pushed this homelink device on me. Said the device was free with a plan, could be used to replace your home phone for only $20 per month. Turns out I could not use it due to only having DSL at my location. A week later they refused to take it back or let me cancel the plan (which is really $25 per month). I grudgingly pay the extra money for TWO YEARS...and now they are making it impossible to cancel! It cant be cancelled on the website or by phone - they say I must go to a physical Verizon store. Today I tried for the second time, and was told it was over a 45 minute wait just to get someone to talk to me. This is outrageous...and will be reported to the BBB and anyone else I can get to listen. So far I am out $700 FOR NOTHING (it was never activated) and have to spend hours I dont have trying to get to a human to get it to stop.
Takes forever to get help. You can be told youre put in their system to get help and people that come in after you get helped before you. Doesnt matter though.... customer service is a thing of the past with any company. What am I going to do? Leave for tmobile?
They have a lot of phone accessories in here. I just love that they have several things in here besides phones, they really know how to broaden things up.

Very poor customer service lady was rude I pay a lot of money to Verizon charger not working but yet she wants to charge me 40.00 dollars to get a new one when old one doesnt work

Worst customer service EVER! The woman or shall I say girl was rude, condescending, impatient and acted as if we were bothering her while we were trying to get updates on our phones. When I asked for a manager she lied and said their wasn’t one! Makes me want to switch to another carrier altogether!

Every time I go into this store no one is helpful and theyre all complete a**holes. Never shop here if youre actually looking for help because you will receive the extreme opposite. The service is terrible and all the workers are rude and pissed off to see you walk in the door. 1/10 would not go back ever again.
