This was our first time here. Super friendly staff and the donuts looked great. Lots of varieties and flavors to choose from. I would have given 5 stars but when we cut into a strawberry filled donuts, it was pretty sad on the amount of filling for the size of the donut.

Love the flavor selection but disagree with pricing that makes it more expensive for me to choose the flavors in the box. Donuts are good, but very close to being too sweet. The fritters are dinner plate size... huge! Of all the crazy flavor combos, the blueberry streusel was my favorite.

Love the look of the place. Great selection. Was very busy. I didnt mind waiting...unlike a couple of people. Donuts were decent. I bought an apple fritter. It was ok. No real apple flavor.

The flavor was very sugar-forward, which we didnt love. They were very expensive for what we got. $15 or so (after tax and tip) for 6 regular, round donuts.If a really pretty donut for Instagram is the goal, this is a solid spot. Well drive further for less frills, more flavor, and more value for the money.

Stopped in a couple weeks ago and enjoyed the flavors so much, i now treat it like desert, a pice of cake after dinner so to speak, the few times Ive visited staff friendly, store clean, and donuts TASTY

An average review for what should be a 5 star donut shop. The raised glazed donuts are the best around IF you get fresh ones. Sadly, weve been sold old donuts and it really sucks considering the price. Id rather have less selection than get old variety. And the place isnt clean in the front of the house. The day I went they couldnt do lattes and the coffee was cold. Such a cute place, it should get 5 stars if they fix a few things.

This was my first time at Hurts. I was amazed at the selection of doughnuts. I was also shocked that at 5:30 on a Saturday evening they had plenty to choose from. I also feel the price was fair for what you got. Also the 2 ladies behind the counter were very friendly and helpful.

Okay, I usually love Hurts. But I just bit into the chocolate long john I purchased there less than 30 minutes ago, and it is AT LEAST day old if not more. Stale and dry. I may rethink how often I visit there considering the cost if they are selling old product at full price. Wish I could take back my tip!If it’s any consolation, the kolach was delicious.

Hurts Donut is incredible in Parker, CO. I just dont want to know the calorie count. The Homer (Simpson) is the quintessential americana donut in all its pink frosted glory.

First thing, I went in this morning and NO ONE, not the employees, nor customers were wearing masks. I was the only one in a mask. In Douglas County, I can almost guarantee most of those people are not vaccinated.Next: I got a dozen donuts + 3 additional. It was $25. WOW. Expensive sugar dough.lastly, when I say sugar dough, I mean SUGAR DOUGH. The donuts are way OVER sweet. Ridiculous sweet. There is no differentiation of flavors. So, no flavors break through. They are sweet glazed grease dough bombs. Thats it.

First time here and it was a great experience. Walking in I was surprised that there was a small line but then thought they must be good if people are lining up...especially in the midst of the pandemic. And that though was right. Not only were the donuts delicious but the service was excellent. The young woman had great energy and was very patient especially with my little one helping to order. Worth the price...and as my kid says crazy good and dangerously delish.

Staff is really friendly and the donuts are delicious. They just opened however it seems like there was a lack of training and there were tons of staff but only one person taking order at the counter. Also no one out of the 10-12 people we counted knew how to work the expensive espresso machine. A little staff training g I land this place will do well.

These people are AMAZING!! We went in for donuts and coffee and I asked them if they had a specific kind of donut that I didnt see out front. They didnt have it, but they made me 1 on the spot and offered to make more if I wanted it!!! What spectacular customer service!! Ok the donuts are good if you like super sweet. The 3 star is service. Staff needs patience when kids are choosing. We paid alot to support the company dont rush me out the door. Also, you should be able to add filling to donuts if you choose. The donuts are expensive. Need to offer the entire experience.

The selection was great. Incredible sounding flavors. But they tasted to me like they don’t change their oil often enough. All of our donuts had that tell tale taste of over used grease. Maybe I hit the one time someone decided not to change out the oil as usual. I will try again to see because I could taste the potential. They had a nice texture and the toppings were very good. I am just hoping I hit the anomaly with the oil, because it ruined the entire flavor.

The first visit the dozen box were great. But the last 4 visits, the selection was minimal and half of the dozen in my box were always dry!They should be marking their ”Day Old” donuts and sell them for less or dont sell them at all!I do not appreciate being lied to about the alleged ”freshly” made that day. Especially for the large amount of money I paid just to select my own dozen.Word to the wise, dont waste your money here, only to guess if your donut is going to be fresh or from the day before!

First of all the place always looks dark and empty when I go by in the mornings. Everytime Ive ever gone here, the gal behind the counter always acts annoyed that I even walked in. Very rudely informed me they dont even make glazed donuts until 6:30........ so pretty useless when a guy has to be at work by then. The owner needs to tell the employees to turn the lights on, have donuts ready, and for Christ sakes smile!

I’ve been to this place 2 times and I want to support local Parker business but both times they didn’t have glazed donuts. What? And neither time was I offered any consolation. So 2 strikes against Hurts...not consistent and sub par customer service. Oh yea kind of pricey too. So make that 3 strikes. I’m done with Hurts. JB

Great donuts without the large corporate feel. Donuts are a bit heavier than krispy in kreme but lighter than Dunkin. Wide selection and large portion sizes. Very reasonable pricing. Perfect for construction workers and police officers of all shapes and sizes.

What a cute donut place! It reminds me a lot of Voodoo donuts. The staff are always super friendly and have a very good energy to them. Always happy to help which is great because there selection is huge for a donut place. They have so much to offer and its all so delicious. Its better to buy bigger so like a dozen or half dozen to get the most value. But these donuts are big and filling treats. Very good place to go for something new and fun.

First time going into the establishment. Unfortunately do to resent events it looks like they had to scale there atmosphere back some. The selection was nice. I didnt much even look at what they had for refreshments the section was not well lit and didnt really grab my attention. The understanding on the purchase a T-shirt get free donuts wasnt very clear and think even staff was a bit unsure of the regulations on it. The music playing was a bit way to loud and the songs could be offensive to some. The Female staff member who waited on use was very, very polite, patient and professional and made our first visita a good one.. P.S. need to light up in some way the donut ambulance to catch peoples attention at night.

Im not exaggerating when I say I live half an hour away from Hurts Donut Company. They are so worth the drive!!! Ive been looking for a Voodoo alternative for ethical reasons and someone recommend Hurts. Best donuts Ive ever had. We made an hour long trip to bring these to my parents and the four of us were literally huddled around a cutting board in the kitchen eating quarters of donuts like ravenous dogs.All of that is to say, GO GET SOME HURTS DONUTS!

Great donuts! However, no one likes coconut so why even put that in an assorted box. I cant tip when 2 out of 3 employees are sitting in the back talking while one is doing all the work.

We ordered 1 dozen glazed and 1 dozen assorted and had it delivered by DoorDash (which By the way was easy and a great service). The assorted tasted fresh and exactly what was expected however the glazed seemed day old. The donuts had moisture on them much like a donut left for the next day and the texture of them was not like a fresh donut. If there was an option for people to purchase day old donuts At a discounted price then that would be fine but we paid $18.50 for what should have been fresh donuts.

The gentleman working today did not have a proper fitting mask and was touching his face, mask, hat, and rubbing his nose through the mask, all while helping customers. His nose and mouth were hanging out of his mask because it kept falling down. Thankfully he wasnt the person who helped us with our order. This is not sanitary even when we arent in the middle of a pandemic..

The donut show is well kept and welcoming. I donuts themselves are well made and attractive. Although, the taste needs improvement. The donuts are overly sweet and rich and thick. Also there is a strange smell and after taste.

Friendly staff. However, when you walk into a donut shop at 6pm on a Sunday, you shouldnt see endless trays of donuts because they wont be selling all of them that evening. Almost all the donuts we got were dry. Saturdays donuts? My guess is: absolutely.

Best donuts around. We have tried Lamar’s (hit and miss by location), Laura’s, Habit Donut Dispensary, Mr. Donut, The Donut House, City Donut, Voodoo, almost every shop you can think of and this one takes the cake [donut]. The donuts won’t leave that nasty waxy feeling in your mouth, they are fluffy and perfect. Some are a little sweet in my opinion, but still good. It’s usually busy with a line around the shop, the line moves very quickly (don’t be discouraged) and you won’t see empty spaces in the display giving you every option your little heart desires.

Great tasting donuts. And gluten free options for my wife who is a celiac.

I’ve been disappointed in Hurts. I was excited because they do gluten free Friday-Sunday. About 50% of the time I go they are stale. I went last Friday, when I ordered a GF donut they said they didn’t have any. I was confused and inquired why not. The employee said they don’t start serving GF until 10 am. Lame, but whatever. The worst part was the guy just totally blew me off, no apology for the I convenience. Fast forward to today, Saturday, I went and my donut was stale.. I’ve decided I’m done with this place.

Theyve got classics, as well as imaginative donuts. And theyre all fantastic. 10/10

I went to hurts donuts and the blond lady with the long ponytail who was not wearing a hairnet and Was preparing food in the back was also not wearing a mask I feel uncomfortable shopping here as this is twice now that Ive seen her breaking State violations this is not a sanitary place to buy donuts I will no longer shop hereI have no issue dropping 20 bucks for dozen of good ones. But the last two times Ive gone the raspberry jelly have been dry with such a small if jelly that Im not sure its worth going any more. Its like a teaspoon it used to be filled. I feel disappointed
