1st Choice was the second of 3rd quotes we received to tear out/install new windows. The sales rep Aaron (who is not working there anymore from what I was told) was awesome- did a great job of learning what we were looking for and then offered the corresponding product. Additionally, he was very honest and told us they are not the cheapest company, nor the most expensive. He set a good expectation from the start and was the biggest reason we went with 1st Choice. We knew it was going to take some time due to supply chain issues (roughly 3 months for the windows), but the new windows were just replaced on Friday. The installers, believe his name was Ryan and I forget the other’s name, did a GREAT job! The windows looks great, our house is much better insulated and secure, and we can finally open windows that were previously broken. I highly recommend this company, and we will be using them to finish the 3 remaining windows and the sliding glass door next year!

Great company! I had them replace 6 windows and they did an amazing job. The windows are great quality and was very impressed with the knowledge, the price, and the service. The salesman Aaron got me the perfect windows, Ryan and his father did a great job on the install, and Helen is very caring and helpful on the phone. I found 1st Choice Windows and Siding on Google and gave them a call due to all their high reviews. We had Chris out the next day to do a measurement for replacing our back door. We choose the Pro Via door, with glass. They are custom made with color options (inside and out), as well as window options. It takes sometime to get the new door as they are made back east. I am glad I waited as the door is great quality.Kelly did the door install and was professional and did a great job. You can tell the quality from how it opens and closes, feels like a nice solid seal. The window is great, keeps out the summer heat but lets in the light.

I had called for three bids and they came in with not the lowest bid, but with a higher quality product to choose from. Better warranty a professional presentation and was on point with facts, not trying to make a sales pitch but just telling me facts, with exact numbers. The contractor is second to none in my opinion, very friendly they went above and beyond my expectations and even showed me things that were wrong with the house and fixed them with no extra charge, after all was done and the walk around, Tom had seen some corrections that I would never have seen and got them fixed and with the little things that I seen. Due to COVID; it took some time to get the windows delivered, but it was WELL worth the wait! The technicians were knowledgeable and respectful and did a fantastic job with the installation of our windows and sliding glass door. I just recently had 2 windows installed, from the first appointment to the finished product the team was friendly and professional. One of the windows we ordered was a large window going in in a 2 story living room. The plan was to have this window installed on a Friday but due to safety concerns we had to reschedule. The install team came back on Labor Day to do the install which worked great with our schedule. I appreciate the concern for safety and the wiliness to put in the extra time to do the job right. This is a local business and they are good people, would highly recommend.

We will be using their business for what we need. We have had quotes from a number of places and found that they had a balance of value and quality. We could not find that anywhere else at the point we were looking for. Also they are a local business and know there products inside and out. They also seem to not want to up sale but let us know what we needed. We found Chris an Aaron to be very professional and did not bad talk any other company. Just had my windows replaced by 1st Choice and I am very pleased with the results. The windows look great and I immediately noticed a difference in temperature from my old windows.The cost was about 1/3 of the other estimates I received, plus I had a shining review from my immediate neighbor. The guys replaced 3 massive windows (7 x 7) and a sliding door in about 6 hours -- something I was sure would take two days. I was pleasantly surprised that they were done early! Overall happy with our experience with 1st Choice. They sat down in our home and really took some time to find out what we wanted and helped us develop a very nice custom window for our living room. After the measurements were taken they called us back to recommend a solution to a minor design challenge which we really appreciated versus them just making a choice for us. Overall, love the finished product and the installation which has given this room the update and added light that it lacked with the old windows.

I selected 1st Choice after doing my due diligence, researching and requesting quotes. I have a ‘Class A’ all metal home with steel siding and 1st Choice was the only company I talked to who truly understood what that meant. It wasnt a major project, only a one-day siding replacement job to replace a section of 25-year-old siding damage during Denver’s historic derecho, yet they treated it just like they would have if it was a major project – very refreshing. The replacement siding, facia and soffits are so close a match to the original that you can barely tell the difference. The installation and cleanup where also very professional. All in all, a first rate experience.

The installation crew seemed to really care that the new windows were installed correctly. They made sure to show us on how the original windows had not been installed to code and how many steps the new installation included to maintain weather protection and insulation. What a great experience! The property I needed windows for needed whole house replacement as they were from 1972 - 13 windows total. I got quotes from Home Depot, Champion and one other big name company - and they were all 5-7k MORE than 1st Choice! All of the competitors had mediocre customer service and tried to up sell me at every point, which was super annoying! But with 1st Choice, I had excellent customer service, follow up, communication, installation and calls after to see if I was happy. Their installers were fantastic in my house as well, making sure to keep everything clean as there was new carpet. They were BY FAR the best remodel experience Ive had of late and Ive been remodeling this entire house. I highly recommend this locally owned and operated family business, they were fantastic start to finish! 1st Choice should really be your 1st and only choice!

When calling this company I was not sure about siding or what I was even looking for. Helen set us up with Chris who worked with our schedule and helped us understand what the differences in sidings are.10/5/19 Wanted to add an update to my last review. The team at 1st Choice came out and did the side work and it looks good. They even waited to do part of the siding because we were expected new electrical boxes to be installed and did not want the look to be off. My house also has a decorative piece on the eve that they recreated. We are very happy with the work that was done and they even came out and found some things they wanted to come back and do even better. It was all caulking related but their own inspection found the need, which tells me they truly care about quality work. I would defiantly recommend them.

My wife and I decided it is time to get the house completely resided after just over 30 years and after asking for suggestions from people in our area on NextDoor (and getting several companies estimates), we met with Chris. It was mostly painless working through what we wanted to do (siding material, color choices, oh what fun!) in order to keep the existing character of the house 99-100% the same. Chris and Tom were both a pleasure to work with through the decisions and I’ll keep updating as the project progresses.

We moved into our house the summer of 2013 and quickly realized the window that was in the front of the house wasnt keeping the room warm so we decided to get it replaced with a triple pane window and we noticed an instant increase in the room temperature.The install was done quick and seamless, there was no issues and they were timely with everything. I felt like I received great customer service from the beginning to the end of the process. I recommend them for any window and siding job!

1st Choice just installed a 3 panel sliding glass patio door for us, and we couldnt be happier. We found them at the Denver Home show, met with Tom, one of the owners, who was very professional in his presentation and helped us decided on the perfect product for our home. He was sensitive to our budget, and the timing from order to installation was faster than we expected. The finished product is wonderful, and the installation team was incredible. They were great with the removal of the old door, and we really appreciated their attention to detail during the installation. On 8/16/2020 1st choice windows installed windows in my home. After installation of windows it was determined that 7 of 11 double hung windows are defective along with 7 of 11 screens that are the wrong size! There are also 2 picture windows that are defective.Today is November 22 2020. It has been 98 days and 1st choice windows has done nothing to fix these defective windows or screens! Chris Noblitt has been no help at all. Avoid any post installation headaches with this company and make 1st choice windows your last choice!

Took from April ordered till end of July to install. August 16 to get windows working. Paid balance today 8/24/2017. Promised on the sale to remove vines growing in windows and siding and the vine is still there...returned today to adjust windows. Windows look real nice!Thanks

I have to say this company really comes through for people. I called this morning asking if someone could come give me an estimate for replacing all my windows.The lady I spoke with was excellent! She was very swee and was excitd to share with me what makes her company stand out from the rest. She was able to send someone out today as well, and he was one of the owners.Chris arrived exactly when I was told he would be here and he was very professional, removed his shoes, and walked me through choices and his recommendations. He took measurements and demonstrated different glass qualities. He spent nearly two hours with me and we were able to arrive at a good price for nice windows.I am inexperienced when working with companies like this, and Chris was able to explain everything I needed. I peppered him with lots of questions and I was satisfied with his answers. We agreed on a price and I made a down payment. He gave me an itemized receipt that explains everything.I am very pleased with my experience and am super excited to have my new windows installed!

1st Choice should be your first choice!They replaced all of the windows in my house. Their prices are very fair. The installers were great! They took their time and made sure each window was put in perfect. My neighborhood got hit hard by the hail and several projects have been done on my house and others. Not one crew cleaned up after themselves as well as 1st Choice. My house was cleaner than it was before they came, inside and out.

Chris came to visit us yesterday and we are super excited to move forward with 1st choice on our project! We are getting all new gutters and siding at a great deal. We found 1st Choice at the Home and Garden show and were so impressed with their company we invited them out for a free consultation on replacing siding. Chris came out Sunday afternoon, was on time and informative about his company and products. We came to an agreement about siding on our home. Within 4 days Tom and Chris were out measuring and estimating product and supplies. We had very good conversation about materials, color and installation. Financing happened within a couple of days. I have lived in my house now for four years and have noticed that my windows are separating from the pains and the glass moves when you when you move the window as well as the sliding glass door so I did some research and checked out several other companies and came across 1st Choice Windows & Siding in figure I would give them a shot felt more comfortable with Chris and his staff and was overwhelms on the quality of the products and since Ive had my windows installed by them my houses become a home now and its more cozy I dont have drafts coming through my windows I dont have to have my heater cranked up just to keep my house warm Im definitely glad with my choice to go with First Choice Windows & Siding! 1st Choice Windows and Siding gave us good prices, a good product, and excellent service. We ordered several windows and a sliding glass door and they came in quicker than anticipated. The installation was done very well and we are very happy with the results. Chris Noblitt went above and beyond and installed a dog door for us as well. We would gladly use them again.

We needed to replace the siding on our house and several windows to sell it. I went with first choice because of all the people I talked to, Chris seemed like the most knowledgeable and easiest to work with. I was very nervous because it was such a big job and huge expense. I could not believe how fast they got the job done and how well done it was! They obviously were very careful about every detail. The house looks fantastic and everyone I talked to at the company was great to work with. The guy who did the inspection for the people who bought our house even asked us who did the siding because they did such a great job!

Chris came out to meet with my husband and me today and to give us a quote on a replacement sliding door for our basement. He listened carefully to our priorities, talked to us about different options and the pros and cons of each, measured our door, and quoted us a price on exactly the type of door we were looking for. He is extremely professional and let us know exactly what to expect throughout the process (how long it will take to measure/order/install, what is covered in the quote and what is not, warranty details, etc.). It was an extremely pleasant process, and while he is, to a certain extent, a salesman, he is very good at the sales process. I felt informed and listened to throughout and, in the end, was willing to pay more than other quotes because I feel confident that he will take care of us throughout the process and make sure that we are satisfied with the final product.Im adding to this review as we have now had our doors installed. The process was so EASY! The installer called my husband on Monday and was able to come out on Tuesday to install the doors. Kirk (our installer) was absolutely wonderful. He was polite and kind and trustworthy. He worked so cleanly and carefully. He had to adjust the width of the opening after taking out the old sliding door, and it turned out to take a bit longer than he anticipated because the walls were reinforced with metal behind the drywall, but he was careful and exact. We could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. We live in a townhouse, so we dont do exterior painting and Kirk was so careful with the exterior surfaces that theres not need for touch up paint. Inside, well do a tiny bit of touch up painting, but Kirk was so neat and clean its not really that necessary. And we LOVE the new doors that Chris helped us pick out! They have integrated blinds, they keep the room (and therefore our whole home) significantly warmer than the doors that we replaced, and the installation feels so secure. You can tell they are high quality doors by how they move along the track and the snug fit when you shut them. We are so pleased with First Choice and wed highly recommend them to anyone who wants a safe, careful, high-quality job done. It is absolutely worth the cost.
