Christian and staff are amazing. They fixed a mess of an install that Best Buy did and had to tweak some wiring. They also built a new box for my one JL Audio 12. This is the best box I’ve ever had. The sound it produces sounds just like the amount of base my two 12’s produced years back with my first system. I’m so happy with the install, their professionalism, and the whole experience. Do not go to Park Meadows, go to Parker. Trust me you’re going to save time, money and frustration.

We had a dash cam installed at this location. Unfortunately the installer made some serious mistakes and is no longer with the company. However, the instillation manager Nathan and store manager worked hard to correct the issue. Although it was a pain in the backside to fix the issue and took multiple visits, the best judge of a company and its people is how they take care of you when things go wrong. Nathan knows his stuff and everything was resolved and I would give them my business again.Kale

I wish you could give 0 stars. Worst customer service ever. I needed a quote to have my system wired, I had all of the equipment. They quoted me without even looking at the equipment that i have to see if it would even work. In my past experiences at other locations is usually how a quote works. I guess this is the kind of customer service you get when you have unprofessional kids working. DO NOT GO HERE! All they want is money. I went to a different location and it was a night and day experience and cheaper.

Came in ordered a radio for my journey, android capable. Went to pick up and was told this wont work and the sales person billed me cheaper then he was suppose to. So now they want the extra 100$ to order the correct one. Instead of just saying yeah ill order you the right one and swap it out. They want to argue and say I will owe that 100$ still. Great customer service. Ill never go back to this location. There mistake turns into my mistake. Never again!!!!

Amazing service by Christian and Ryan. I got there all lost and they guided me on what I wanted. Great service and I am very satisfied with my boom boom in my car. I feel like I am in my own private nightclub. I also got a remote starter and I love it! I will definitely recommend Car Toys and I will return for future upgrades.

Robert was absolutely awesome. I have an older touchscreen Panasonic in my car and was unable to figure out the Bluetooth as I bought the car used. Although dated, and not something that he works with, he spent the time to help me. We not only figured it out very quickly, but he was great throughout the process. He gave me a few other recommendations for the car and ballparked some pricing options for me. Great experience and I will definitely be back.

I had a great experience recently at the Parker Car Toys, specifically working with Christian (store manager) and Nathan (shop manager). I purchased a radio and remote start for my vehicle. While my car is a bit on the aging side, Christian was able to find a radio that would fit and work in my vehicle. Both he and Nathan were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Their customer service was exemplary. Once the radio was installed, Christian offered a tutorial on the navigation, Bluetooth, etc. Would definitely recommend and shop there again. Thank you both !

I got birthday inside detailing gift at this car toys. I took it in and WOW, my car looked brand new inside. The guys were so helpful answering my questions and getting my car in and out in the same day. My car has never been that clean. Their service both cleaning and customer service was the best Ive experienced. Cant wait to take my car here again.

Great customer service!! They dont have any inventory right now, but no one does... I still managed to find something in store that will work for me, AND they agreed to let me come back within 1 year and upgrade the system, when inventory is restocked.I cant argue with that. A typical install, except the technician cut corners. They did not install the ground wire to the parking break for a Pioneer head unit, and therefore I cannot access certain menu items under Settings (gear icon). Specifically the Clear BT memory . This is annoying as I will need to spend a couple of hours to open up the dash/console and parking break area to do the work they should have done in the first place. Great product (Pioneer), good price, poor installation.

Shady and does not stand by their work. Bought a specific package from them and paid labor to install agreed upon light kits from another vendor. Picked up the car, was told nothing about modifications from agreed package. Got home only to find out alternate speakers were installed in the doors, tweeters were never installed in the dash, and only half the light kits were installed. Went back to find out why the changes were made, why I was charged labor for dash work and light kits no preformed, and why no one said a word at pick up. After lots of excuses and too much time wasted without real answers, I left with a refund of the excess labor I was charged hoping to just never deal with the place again. Flash forward less than 3 months later. The sub was playing distorted bass due to what their people said was overtightening of the screws at install damaging the box. Since it was my kid that went in to get it looked at (knowing nothing about warranties) they charged her another $45 for a new box when their work was at fault for the damage. When I went in to find out why she was charged for something that should have been covered, they said they dont look up accounts when someone comes in. If she wasnt VERY specific about needing warranty work done, they just charge people. Sounds more like taking advantage of a teen, especially when they didnt refund the 2nd box when I went in with the busted box explicitly asking about the charge under warranty. These people cost more than most around with a claim that its worth it for quality of work and a warranty of work which they provide neither. Buy at your own risk.

Product that we got works well when you figure out how to use it properly. Customer service is not that great, there are usually a lot of people there and they arent great at managing the excess inflow of customers. Workers are not very timely about jobs, saying that a job is done but upon coming in we realized the job was not done and had to wait longer. Price of the items are good and sales are good but lots of hidden fees with installation and time spent going back for repairs and fixes.

Paid $700 plus for amp and install, employees seemed nice but that was just to get my money. They schedule a day for me to come in for installation, i come in on the day and tell them my car and phone number and they tell me the employee that made the schedule didnt put it into the computer even though on my receipt it has the date on it, that were so quick to get my money and rush me out the door. So I get told I can leave my car so they can do it another time, no offered discount for their f up, noboby trying to fit me in that day, i dont live nowhere near so no way of getting home or to work the next day, thats why the supposed scheduled day worked! So I just got my refund and i will NEVER the same with my family and friends ever so business with car toys again!! How about for installations you charge on the day of the install.

Wanted to surprise our daughter for her birthday and Christmas to replace/upgrade some blown out speakers and detail her car. Worked with a total of 3 people Robert (Management Trainee), Dakota (Installer), Steven (Detailer). All 3 looked over the car and made there recommendations.Dakota recommended only replacing the blown out speakers since all the other speakers were fine, installing an amp and small sub in order to add some bass. Once work was completed received a walk through and man the system sounded much better than expected. Installation was very well done with no wire clippings left in the car or wires showing.Steven walked me through the detailing process. Was initially interested in Ceramic but due to the prep work required for that ended up getting the Ultimate Exterior package with interior detailing from a special. Car is black and when received the car looked better than new. Some spots that I mentally noted were clay bar, buffed and polished out. Usually detail our family cars but do not have the skill to match Steven.Lastly Robert was the one who put everything together. While selecting audio equipment and detailing package he was very keen to our budget always trying to get us the best value for our money. He was also able to schedule the installation and detail job when Dakota and Steven were both working.Long review but well done Car Toys and thank you very much. Far exceeded our expectations and my daughter is very happy.

Great group of people to work with. I had speakers, subwoofer, and a rear light bar installed. There was a problem with the light bar not fitting my 2014 F-150. They changed it out for one that fits. All good now.

So I just bought a new jeep and the dealer put in a new stereo, but they had no clue what they were doing. It wouldnt turn up all the way and the sound quality was terrible. I cant stand not having a good system so I brought it in so they could diagnose what was wrong. Talked to Robert and let him check it out, and immediately he had a good idea of what the problem might be. He suggested that I have Jacob look at it to see exactly what the problem was, so I did. After about 1 hour Jacob had installed a better radio and rewired my amp and speakers. It sounded Like a whole new system after he was finished. Jacob even took the time to show me how the new stereo worked! I WOULD GIVE 6 STARS IF I COULD!! Excellent customer service! Robert helped me with every question I had and was extremely knowledgeable. The whole staff is Awesome!

Started off alright and the sales guys were good but promised more than they could deliver. Showed up on the day I made an appointment and was told my Jeep Wrangler would be done later that afternoon. Got a call around 4:00 saying my battery was dead and I needed to pick it up because they wouldn’t work on it being dead. Isn’t that what the pre-checklist they did when I dropped it off and signed for was for??? My 2nd question was why was it not in the shop being worked on until now? I made the appointment 2 weeks in advance!! Anyway, I went down there and by now they finally figured out their guy had probably left the lights on or something from the pre-check and they would be able to continue. I agreed and they said it would be ready Sunday morning, it wasn’t ready until almost 4:00pm that afternoon. They said it would be tuned for country music since that is what I told them I like to listen to but when I got it their was rap playing.This is my third vehicle and I was annoyed so I just paid and took it home. This past weekend I finally decided I wanted to take out my Jeep and check out the new stereo, amp & speakers that were installed. No problems with my battery and it had plenty of juice so I know that was on them. Now what I found. The date wasn’t set, no tuning, programming whatsoever, missing screws that hold on my dash and small scrap pieces of wire all over the front seat and floor, old deck and speakers just thrown in the back, no owner’s manual no empty boxes just trash.For $1,182 I expected much more professionalism and would not recommend anyone ever going here for anything!! I wish I would have just done it myself, this is a 2005 Jeep, it couldn’t have been very hard.One positive, they called and told me the speakers I already had in the back were better than they sold me so they left them. I still feel like I got ripped off👎👎👎

Went to this location and price said 199 installed. Salesman then told me that it would require an additional 200 dollar install fee due to my model... gonna rip apart my dash blah blah blah unless i bought the 400 dollar model. It all seemed sleazy so I went to park meadows and they installed it for 199 and the associate at Park Meadows did not know what that guy was trying to charge me. Go to Park Meadows their customer service and honesty is 5 stars

We took our 2018 Dodge Durango in to get the speakers updated as well as an amp and speaker box put in to make it sounds better and more clarity. We worked with Dakota and Robert in the initial process to get everything in order and installed and they had Jacob make the box (amazing team). Not realizing once they installed everything and hooked it up they were going to run in to the issues with the vehicle like they did. Robert and Dakota stayed late Friday night to complete the install and make sure all worked so when we picked up the vehicle nothing worked :( Christian and Andy stepped in the make sure the process was seamless after everything. The staff was very helpful and made sure that when we left we were 100% satisfied. This process was painful for everyone but in the end Robert and Dakota making sure what they started was satisfactory was what we appreciated the most. Thank you to all the staff involved in the 2018 Durango headache lol, very appreciative

This review is specifically for one of the associates. I believe his name is Danny. I wish i could remember, however, we got a new radio and back up camera installed in my car and have been having issues with it since then. I have gone back and forth with multiple associates whom were very rude and have no customer service skills but when I called tonight to try and get our issues resolved he was very polite and willing to help. He sounded very genuine and concerned about the issues with my car and gave me instructions on what to do so we can resolve it. Honestly, from the experience Ive had at this location, I would just personally ask for Danny from now on.

Had my parents car detailed as a thank you and Josh was very helpful explaining the options when I called in and made the appointment. (I ended up going with interior and exterior) He was able to finish the work and I was able to pick up the car within the same day. I had them install a complete system in my jeep wrangler. A week later the speakers stop working. I stop in to see if they can take a quick and I am abruptly told it doesn’t work that way. Priced very high, especially on cables. Was very disappointed on staff. I called the store and was important told Id be on a brief hold only to be on hold for over an hour and 20 minutes. I went to the Broadway location as I was conveniently in the area and spent over $1,000 on one speaker. JL W7. A few days later when I went to install, I discovered that I was sold a defective speaker. I was very frustrated to say the least. My home store, car toys Parker rd. is where I usually go. I have spent thousands of dollars with this store. I took the speaker back and asked for refund. The store manager Christian wasnt available and I usually deal with him personally. I opened the box and showed them the atrocity that was sold to me by the other location. They were beside themselves and we came to the conclusion that this was a pre-installed unit that was very old. They had a W6 in store and they ended up refunding the difference between the two and I was on my way.The following day, I was charged again for the W7. Let me repeat, no refund, charged twice. $2,150 was charged by the Broadway store which put my account in the negative!! This was also my business account. Im a residential contractor. A client had given me money for materials for a job I was supposed to start the following day. I had to tell that client that I couldnt do the work and I did not have the money to pay him back after he fired me. I had to tell my client that the car audio store has his money and that it was a mistake. He made it clear that the only mistake was hiring me and he would tell everyone he know. This was a very important client of mine. In the end I was refunded all my money and promised by an associate, who was very helpful, that they would not only refund my money but they would make up for the money I lost, the time I spent going back and forth and for all the stress I had to endure as I was in the negative and flat broke for 3 days awaiting refund.They never made the extra effort and I am disappointed. I feel that they put me in a bad place and caused me to lose money. With the amount of money I put in to that place I think a full detail would have been a gesture which would make me not so perturbed about the mistakes they made which caused me 3 days of anguish and frustration. They did make sure I was refunded and even called to make sure it all went through. Didnt even offer a discount on anything. I have spent over $4,000 at this location just in the past year.

They don’t respect appointments. I had an appointment with them but they refused to honor it. Tried working something out with the manager and he was super unprofessional and aggressive. Even if you are saving a few bucks with them, I still would not recommend it. The hassle and disrespect you will have to deal with is not worth any savings.

I will never do business with Car Toys again. I purchased a radio for my son and was told it came with free installation. When I went to have it installed the assistant manager told me it was not included. I will not recommend this company to my friends and family and will never spend another dollar with them. I have paid over $1000 this year...never again! My advise is to stay away, go to Best Buy, at least they are honest!

Very misleading sale prices over the phone. Quoted a sale price on a radio in stock. However the real deal was discovered when in store. “ Sorry sir I hate to do this to you, but the price I quoted you on the phone was because we’re giving you the free install not the actual price I quoted you was the price of the radio.” So please be more upfront with your customers. This is exceptionally frustrating to make the trip to your store to be mislead.

I went in for a Groupon interior car detailing and left with a half finished cleaning. Waste of my time as I could have done a better job myself. It appears that when the company receives a Groupon, they care less about their work and go as far as attempt to tack on additional cleaning fees to “make it better” since the Groupon doesn’t really provide anything. Just clean your car yourself and save the drive to this worthless Car Toys.

Was just in today to do some window shopping and pricing. Christian was working by himself on the sales floor but was quick to acknowledge that I was there and let me know he would be right with me. He helped me design a system that I needed. At no time did he try to over sell me anything. His approach was wonderful and I appreciate the consideration that he has for a customers needs. I have not had any work day me here yet so I cant speak on that but on the sales side you cannot go wrong with Christian. Its a small shop people. If you go at a busy time you will probably wait to get help so plan around that. Once help is available it is great. Be patient and you will be taken care of.

Wanted to upgrade car stereo in 2010 Volkswagen Eos. CarToys recommended some items and I followed upped by checking online about their recommendations and it was a very good deal. I replaced the head unit, component speakers front and rear, added a amp and backup camera. They installed everything and I got a 4 year warranty on everything. System sounds great and looks great. Have to say this store is probably the best cars toys in the state of Colorado.. two years ago I took my truck to bowles to have breathalyzer intoxalock with subs & amp installed as well and after I got it back my truck was running blogged out wasnt delivering fuel, so I brought it back to bowls location three different times and they said they could not find anything wrong with it told me I should just take the subs out, 2 years later I take it to this Parker location to get my breathalyzer uninstalled and Amp fixed because it kept shorting out. After everything was removed the guy noticed that the grounds were in the wrong area for how the bowls location set it up.. Parker location may be back up an take time to get in at this moment but I will tell you its well worth the wait for the better skilled person

I took my car in to get a new radio put in. They said it would be done by Tuesday. I take time out of my day to go pick it up and they said it wasn’t ready. They said it would be done Wednesday and I took time out of my day to pick it up. They then said that they did something and ruined the back up camera and they didn’t have another one and now it won’t be ready for another week. I don’t understand why so many times I have gone to cartoys and they have pushed out the times. I do not recommend going here unless your extremely flexible. I have never been so disappointed in a company. I honestly don’t think it will even be ready next week.

I wanted to get a new radio for my truck with an in-dash display. Figured I’d give these guys a try. I was shown several models, and picked an average radio with screen and backup camera (which I already had, so just needed to be connected). Selected a radio that was $189, figured another $200 installation. Not terrible. However after they upcharge you for every little “component” and shop fees galore, and random untitled charges, my bill came out to be over $1100!? I decided to bite the bullet and pay the exorbitant price because I needed the update. I have had to come back twice for warranty issues, and each time they want you to leave your vehicle all day- whether you have an appointment or not. I showed up 40 minutes before they opened so I would be first to have my issue addressed, but they way they have their business structured, it doesn’t matter when you get there, or if your a returning customer who is having warranty issues on an $1100 radio! Everyone is thrown into the system at once and essentially they can pick and choose which job they want to do. Don’t expect then to do you any favors, especially if you’ve already paid. I can’t keep dropping my truck off ALL DAY so they can get to it when it’s convenient. I’m done with these guys, I’ll just YouTube it. In the end, if you buy from these guys, you should buy another car first, your going to need it to get to work while they store your car in the parking lot.

Jacob is the Master Installer! I have vintage vehicles and Jacob is the most diligent, dedicated installer Ive ever had work on my vehicles. Theyre delicate, with brittle parts that cant be easily replaced, if at all. Jacob is extremely conscientious and honest. He takes the time and effort to do what he does the right way the first time. Two stars because of Matt otherwise would be one star. They installed sound system for my boat however, did not like the job they did. Some simple grommets were not put in and wiring were just dangling around where on boats everything should be sealed because of exposure to the elements. Tower speaker over powering other ones. All and all not satisfied.

I got a great deal for cell phones (2 lines activated) and a car stereo. Special thanks to Matt and Jason. Only 4/5 stars because sometimes long wait.I am convinced that Car Toys is the best place to get a cell phone because they sell for all 3 major carriers, and can offer the plans based on which one has the best promotion at that time.I will definitely shop at this store again. I was in your store a couple of days ago. I had a problem with the Parrot hands free phone unit in my car. The gentleman fixed the unit and got it to work again. He then ecured it properly to the dash in my car. He did this for no charge.He could have tried to sell me a new unit but he fixed what I had and I certainly appreciated his help. I would go to that store agina and recommend it to anyone.

Highly recommend this place. Came in with a shot system from another companies work. Dropped the car off at 9, had it back by 1:30 the same day. They replaced all wiring, amp, and back speakers for me. I added a detail which added about 2 hours. Another plus is they had payment plans available, credit or no credit. Id really like to make a shout out to Christian, he did a great job at helping me out and making sure everything was done correctly and worked before I left. Keep it up! This location is best for CarToys.

Went in to look at some ideas for the family vehicle. The manager in front and in the shop did a great job taking care of us as he went over multiple options and let us decide which open we wanted to go with. Very happy with how we were taken care of.
