I had used a few other places and their prices were overpriced, the quality of the tea was hut or miss and I hadnt found anywhere I was loyal to. Ive been coming the the Parker location for a year and half and dont plan on changing anytime soon. The staff has always been helpful, kind and they have larger quantity options than Ive seen in the past. Their prices cant be beat and its never effected the quality, either. They have even delivered to my house and I live a good thirty or so minutes away. They have raffles, giveaways and random little mini games to win prizes from soda, candy, free product, etc. Great little find.

I had a bad experience from the Aurora K. Supply shop after going for months b/c I got R Bali from them and 2 of them were a green color and one was red. I called them on it, and they said some BS on the phone about the distributor. I will never go back to that place! If Enchanted is an extra few minutes away, def. worth the trip! I was completely blown away when I went there today. The place was so clean, unlike some of these dirty Head Shops you might encounter. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I knew as soon as we walked in and were immediately greeted by an adorable white fur ball that this place was 5 stars. The guys inside were so cool and gave us a bunch of free samples, they clearly stand behind their product and really know their stuff. Kratoms got us feeling euphoric and sexy.

I found Enchanted Herbs & Kratom right about the time they opened up shop. Their kratom was FAR cheaper than some of their local competitors. I bought some and figured that the quality had to be significantly worse than the locations selling at 3x the price. After trying various strains I concluded that the kratom was in fact of a lesser quality. I spoke with the owners and they actually offered a full refund and let me keep the kratom. They recommended I take some time off and give it another shot. I WAS WRONG. After giving it another shot, sure enough it was as good, if not better, than the competition. Solid product and even better customer service is why this will be my new home for kratom!
