Purchased a used very low mileage Road Glide from Harley Parker. Was told the bike had some engine work done, specifically a stage 2, which was false. Took over three weeks to get the barrel keys so was unable to lock the bike. Fortunately someone didn’t just role the bike away since I lacked the ability to lock the forks. You wouldn’t think a key would be a big deal until your out riding with friends and you get to carry all your personal belongings into establishments while everyone else uses the locking feature of their bags that come with the high dollar cost you pay for these bikes.Would of liked to share my concerns directly to Harley Parker but was never reached out to, not even in regards to the status of why I didn’t have keys in my hand Prior to purchasing this bike I had visited other Dealers including Avalanche Harley as well as Thunder Mountain— both of which reached out to me even after knowing I was no longer in the market for a bike to ask about my experience at their stores.Just like I’ve told my buddies I would not recommend purchasing a bike from Parker as you may not get all the items needed to properly ride your Harley, as well as you might not know the history of the bike because not even Harley Parker knows. Knowing what I know now I would gone with a deal I had lined up at an other dealership rather than pay a higher premium for a bike with work that wasn’t actually done.

I did not buy my Harley from this store; however, I did by a bike the night before my husband did at a different Harley. When this store learned that I was not celebrated the same way my husband was being celebrated, they let me join in and participate in the fun. My husbands sales girl Emily has been nothing but wonderful, even treating me as if I bought my bike from her. Also, I cannot say enough nice things about Amos, the gentlemen that delivered my husbands bike. When we couldnt get my bike started, Amos offered to help and when it still wouldnt start, he helped me connect with the right people. We love this store!!

I was in the market to purchase a used Sportster. I looked at several different dealerships inventory. I found the one I wanted at Mile High. I did most of the paperwork online. Got a call the next day from Alana, who was the sweetest gal ever. We got things all figured out. I went in several days later and picked up my bike. It was so easy. Got the grand tour of that beautiful dealership, chatted with each department. I felt like I joined up to a new family! Wouldnt buy a bike anywhere else.

Let me preface this review, by stating that I didnt purchase anything from here, but still felt they deserved a review.My husband wanted a Harley. He wanted to spend far more than I was willing, so we started looking at used. We looked online and I went to: Avalanche Harley, Sun Enterprises, Mile High Harley Aurora and Parker Harley.BY FAR - Alana had the best customer service! She listened to what I was looking for and didnt try to talk down to me for being female or knowing relatively nothing about motorcycles. She never tried to up-sell me. She even followed up when she got some more used models in; even sending me pictures! All of the other dealerships tried to get me to purchase only new. (Avalanche was the worst - telling me they had used ones and then sending me specs on only new. They also gave attitude on why I wouldnt spend the extra money.)I ended up buying from a private seller and let Alana know. She was still gracious and professional.Id take my business there if needed.

Absolutely superlative buying experience. I had been on an 84 FXR for nearly 25 years. It was time to buy something more comfortable and newer. I went to Mile High Harley because I saw a dyna Switchback in CycleTrader. By the time I got there the Switchback had sold. Alana showed me a Heritage Softail in my price range and I was in love. They took my ancient motorcycle in trade and delivered my new motorcycle the next day. Would do business with them again in a heartbeat

On 7/18/20 I traded in my Sportster and bought a 2010 Fatboy Lo. Joey really worked hard to get me a great deal on an awesome upgrade, to the point where I just couldnt say no!! 😃On the way home I noticed a vibration from the front brakes. Turns out the rotor was warped, and since I was going super easy on the test ride, I hadnt noticed. But in Denver traffic I sure did! The shop was closing by the time I got back, but Joey promised in would be taken care of. And sure enough, the next weekend I cruised back to the dealership and they put a new rotor on. Good to go now!Dont get buried. Go to Mile High Harley 😃

Dwight in parts took the time to show me the plans for the New showroom and facility they are building right there where they are on E. Pipe Lane. I bought a 2016 ultra glide one of the main selling points was an air ride suspension. I take the bike I bought it I drove it for three days in the clutch went out while I was going 80 had to pull over and try to figure out what was going wrong called them they said to bring it in they did something to it and now it’s better. But a week later I was writing and all of a sudden the pressure gauge for my suspension was going down eventually went to zero I called Parker Harley Davidson. They told me to bring it in I did. It was in the shop for two days and they told me that the compressor went out but not to worry because it was under warranty. They called me back and said OK it will be $300 plus labor to put in a new compressor that the compressor was not under warranty any longer. They then refused to replace the compressor and gave me “coil overs that we have laying around the shop “ I haven’t been very happy about it as I don’t feel I should’ve paid $300 it they should’ve replaced it they told me they did work on the air suspension before I bought it and that it was in good shape and I have nothing to worry about. I was under the 30 days. Then I get a call asking me how I like the bike a month and a half later I tell them that I’m not happy with the bike that I wanted the air suspension and they said OK will figure it out and call you back I still have yet to get a callback. I would highly highly recommend you go somewhere else.

Excellent store service

Its a long drive for us to get there, but the way theyve always treated us makes it worth it. This is the 2nd bike weve bought there, and any bikes we buy in the future will always be there. These guys are above and beyond what any dealer Ive ever been to has been. Customer care and honesty should be part of their slogan. David O, and Sean are amazing, and simply just make everything comfortable. We feel like their friends when were there, even in the past with our kids. Couldnt find better, even if you wanted... but, why would you want to? Just go here!

Chelsey was so helpful and one of the ladies overheard me talking about something we needed and she volunteered how we could get taken care of. This made me feel that the people there are really tuned in to customers.One of the other workers was so willing to help any one of us set up for the event it was amazing. Just purchased my second bike from these guys in a year . Dave ONiones took great care of us both times. Saturday when I was riding it my wife noticed a slit in the side of the armrest on the king tour pack. We rode the bike back and they bolted on a whole new backrest pad in less than 10 minutes. Sales was very nice. They are relaxed and didnt seem pushy. The sales person was able to answer my questions. (Hint: dont waste anybodys time. Just be honest with what you want and they will give you the respect back by doing what they can to meet your needs).Clothing/apparel department was welcoming. They will work with you to help you find what youre looking for.Service was beyond awesome. I brought my bike in for a service and spaced to see if they could have it done by the end of the day. I called 2 hours before they close for an update on progress. Long story short, they were able to get the bike done before closing and get me back on the bike.

DISLOYALTY PROGRAMA few years ago, I went into Genghis Grill near Park Meadows to redeem one of the two free bowls I had earned through their loyalty program. I was told that they had changed their program and that those free meals were no longer available to me. I have never returned there.This weekend, I went into Mile High Harley of Parker to spend the $200 I had saved up as part of their loyalty program. I had been given a call by one of their employees one year ago letting me know that those dollars were there for me to spend but found out that they had changed their system since and those dollars were no longer available to me.This is the ugly side of loyalty programs. They can inspire disloyalty quicker than they inspire loyalty if not managed properly.

This is my dealership of choice. Staff has always been very helpful and accommodating. I was stuck out of town and they sent a tech to my house to pick my bike up for my service so my planned road trip could keep on track. Hard to find customer service like that anymore.

Bought a non-Harley out of town and brought it back in my truck. MHHD let me use their lift (in the service department) to unload it. Super friendly - super helpful. Thanks, dudes. The new Parker facility is getting close. Its going to be awesome.

Im from Omaha, Nebraska and I had to go to Denver for work. Rode my bike there. The day I was supposed to leave and go back home my bike started having issues. I made some calls to the dealers closest to where I was. Explaining that I was stranded 600 miles from home and that I needed my bike fixed asafp the other dealers told me that there was no possible way for them to even look at my bike within a week.Mile high sent a guy to pick up my bike within a couple hours and had the problem diagnosed within an hour of being there. Parts to fix are coming in the morning. The guys I have dealt with have been great, especially Casey. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I was traveling through Colorado from Texas, heard a weird noise from the engine. The Service Manager Luke Walker got me squared away quickly and back on the road. Great job guys!!!

Visiting Colorado for Thanksgiving with family. Had to check out the local HD dealer. The staff was extremely pleasantl. They have a very nice location. If visiting the area like us, its a must visit location for the Harley folks.

This is a great dealership to visit if youre passing through. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Last summer while I was shopping for a new bike, I stopped by. Although I didnt purchase my bike here, the staff was very patient while I asked what seemed like a million questions. Weve been here for a few events as well, which we enjoyed. Overall, a good smaller HD dealer to visit.
