30 years as a customer I have never had a unsatisfactory issue. Good service excellent results.

I cleaned their building thru my work shampoo carpet and strip and wax floors.

Got an estimate of $500.16 to fix my truck bed. Dropped it off on a Monday for repairs to be done. Got a call on Wednesday that they were just now getting ready to start on it and it was actually going to be $1600 to fix. When I asked why I was told “there is a piece of the bed crossmember broken and missing”. Told them that’s exactly how it was when I brought it down for the estimate. Was told “we thought it was just cracked not actually broken and missing. You can see the piece is missing just kneeling by the rear tire and looking so obviously no one even looked at it for the estimate. Somehow they just “thought” it was cracked. I can understand estimates being just that but normally they are very close when someone actually takes the time to look at the vehicle. You should never be three times more for the fix than what the estimate is!! I would never recommend this body shop to anyone

Maybe my experience is unusual, I don’t know, but they have a serious lack of communication. I dropped it off on a Monday and was told it would be worked on the next week and ready on Friday. The day I’m supposed to pick it up, I call only to be told that parts are on backorder for 6 weeks. I know that’s not their fault but when were they going to notify me. I finally get the car back 2 months later and the steering wheel was misaligned, which took them a couple of hours to fix. Also the active grill shutters were misinstalled per the Ford garage. 5 weeks later (partly my fault on timing) I have it in today to be told it would be right in and they’d have the bumper off in no one. I get a call 7 hours later that they didn’t even have a stall to work on it and the bumper was still on it. Apparently it was never on their schedule even though I rescheduled it before my original appointment 3 weeks ago. To top it all off, when I initially called about the issues 15 minu Es after pulling out, I never got a call back. The manager said he called me multiple times, yet I had no missed calls on my phone records nor any voicemails.

I will never bring my car back to them they said itd be about 2 weeks before I got my car back due to the holiday and its been almost 3. Every time I call someone always has a different story about. No one is on the same page. its always missing a part. its always getting worked on but never fixed and the done date is always getting pushed back. its ridiculous I dont think they even actually work down there.

Couldn’t do the job correctly the first time. Secondly when you call them out on it they do not like it and get rude with you. Secondly when they have your car for over a week they don’t want to talk to you on the phone to let you know what’s going on with your car. Again not very professional with their attitude with customers. Customer service is lacking and work is mediocre. Will definitely not be using again.
