Service is fairly fast but the attitudes of the guys running the service desk is very unprofessional. It’s their attitude for the most part. They just really don’t make an effort to put the customer first. I’ll continue to come back because the simple fact that all my maintenance is documented. Twice now I have had issues with the truck going into limp mode with the check engine light on. They can not even explain the problem and if I didn’t ask they would give me even less information. The paint is pealing off my skid plate. I’ve never had this truck off road. Just very bad paint application and when I brought it up to the service guy he tried to blame me for off road abuse. It’s obvious that it’s just pealing off. I’m almost 60 years old. This isn’t my first rodeo. You’ve got a nice service area / shop it’s just too bad that the attitudes are the way they are.

I came in to have my transmission serviced. It was last minute, without an appointment however it got done fairly quickly and didnt feel like a hassle to deal with. I was very satisfied with my time there. Everyone was very kind and right to the point To get the job done and get me back on the road.

Our 2018 Rogue needed service (the notification appeared on the screen), and the service department was able to schedule us within a couple of days. They took care of the regular maintenance and a recall as well, and it only took about an hour.

This is a great dealership with great customer service in both sales and service. Technicians are very qualified and do work correctly the first time.

In my experience here there has been some pretty bad service. They never have the parts i need and i end up having to wait for them to get something in to fix my vehicle. Im somewhat disappointed and hope others have had a better experience that i have.

It is unfortunate that he is running an establishment where, I would assume, he would like repeat business and happy customers. Purchased our Murano 2 years ago from Larry Simmons, man do I wish I would of bought it here...2 local big dealers in town couldn’t find my front end rattle issue but enjoyed charging me fees for looking. Took it to Wharton and dealt with service rep Logan from start to finish. Put me in a rental for 3 days while my vehicle was being worked on and corrected the issues plus more! Kuddos to Logan and the technicians for getting our vehicle straightened out. Highly recommend and will return!

I want to start from the beginning. About 3 months ago I bought a used not certified Nissan Armada from here. My service from my sales guy Rich to my finance guy putting up with me doing my own financing at my credit union in Fairmont WV was EXCELLANT! I would also like to add that I couldn’t pick up my car until about hour after they closed and everyone from Rich to finance and the owner stayed open until I could get there an hour and half away.About 3 days in to having my car the change oil light came on and we noticed it was slightly out of alignment. One phone call to Rich and he had us an appointment. They changed my oil, rotated my tires and did an alignment. The service department was extremely personable and pleasant. Had a car ready for us in 5 minutes to run around Parkersburg. Told us it would be a couple hours and they were done 15 minutes early. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Spoke with a salesperson about a Nissan Frontier. The salesperson didn’t acknowledge me, and only spoke to my husband. In fact, I asked a question and he totally ignored me. I might not be the one driving it full time but I am helping pay for it. So rude.
