Went to find yarn for baby afghan. Found most of the colors I was looking for, and it was on sale.

Everything is just disappointing any more in the store. Everything has gotten so expensive. I bought 2 yards of fabric and wanted it cut into yard pieces. She told me she couldnt do that. I have been having it done that way for years for certain projects. How upsetting that was.

I had a gift card and thought I was getting five yards of material for fifty dollars (great buy because it is really wide) and it was only $37.00. i am going back to spend the rest on netting. They are friendly, helpful amd have lots of material.

I just left the store. . . .empty handed. They had signs that said 25% off of entire stock of yarn and would not honor those prices. The signs were effective as of 5/17, which was yesterday. They also had signs that said buy 2, get 1 free on sewing notions. I picked up three, and the cashier would not honor that deal either. I even walked to the back of the store to double check the signage. The three items I chose were within inches of the signs. Then, a very rude employee, actually turned over the 25% off of entire stock of yarn signs and said they were no longer effective. The backs of the signs said buy 2, get 1 free. Seriously. . . .I watched the lady turn over a row of signs and she told me that Red Heart was not part of the entire stock of yarn. Go figure. Its been a while since I have seen such poor customer service. Dont waste your time with this kind of abuse. Go to Hobby Lobby!

Julia provided great service in the Parkersburg store this afternoon! The customer in front of me put her toddler on the counter during checkout. The kid was eating a snack and licking her fingers. As soon as they left Julia went straight for the disinfectant to clean the counter. Thank you!

Had what I needed, and a very helpful staff to make sure it would work.

They tricked people in with a coupon, then lowered prices on the item by a dollar, then would not honor bogus 40% off coupon. Clerk informed us they do it all the time. Most people dont catch them! Pretty low down!!

Store employees were no help. They didnt even try very hard.Argued with me over prices on the app. Told me me they didnt understand. It was easy to read and understand, i had no trouble with it. Im having trouble staying loyal,with the other options to shop popping up around town that will help out with a question.

They usually have great deals. And I have a couple favorite employees who assist me, and who are very helpful. A couple of them just annoy the heck out of me.

The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable. They are so helpful. I can honestly say it is a pleasure to shop there. The only complaint i have is they need more staff at the cutting table and register. It gets very busy.

Friendly, helpful clerks .. really helpful to non sewers like me.love to browse there, lots of cute items and ideas. they do have a small bell that you ding. I think it is a easy way to get clerks attention that may be busy in another area of store.

Your employees and costumers shouldnt be cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The margins on your products is high enough to heat and air condition the store. All your stores are this way and you talk to the employees and they tell you its controled at corporate.
