Nice selection of new albums, a little lacking in the used section, but the staff is friendly and helpful, prices are reasonable. Not as cheap as, say, buying on Amazon, but any vinyl lover knows how important it is to support your local record store. Nice atmosphere in the shop as well, I always like the music hes got playing

The Sound Exchange has been part of my local community for a little more than 2 decades. In that time, I have stopped by off and on to check out the latest selection of new releases as well as their used titles (CDs and vinyl). The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about what they sell. If theres something they dont know or if they dont have something you want, theyll look it up for you. Lately, I have been getting back to vinyl and have yet to be disappointed when I go. While I do a lot of online shopping, including for my vinyl needs, there is nothing like the personal touch you get from The Sound Exchange.

Excellent record store. The only problem I have encountered is the location-- it can be difficult to turn in to and out of due to the amount of traffic on Grand Central/Murdoch.

The only store in the Marietta/Parkersburg area to get new records. Large selection of new and used CDs and an ever-growing selection of new LPs as well as used LPs. Staff is very knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you find an item, even special ordering if necessary.
