A bit high in prices for brakes. Took us right away but took over 3 hours to put front brakes and rotors on. Older men with more experience was the best thing ☺️

The staff at the Joppa Road location are awesome. They are always friendly and thorough, and depending on how busy they are and what you need done, theyre generally pretty fast.

Customer service is not great you bring your car to to get a oil change and you greet the techs they dont say hi they look at you like your getting on there nerves . Everyone that works there need to know how to greet customers when they spending there money at jiffy lube ....GET BETTER

Today me and my wife got her cars oil change. We were there around 1130. The service was amazing. The people treated us like family. My wife told them she felt as though she got the royal treatment. They were also their covid precautions were on point.. they found an issue with my wifes windshield wipers that she never knew about. Or rather no other place informed her. These guys are the are easy to talk to. I doubt Ill ever go to another jiffy lube.

Jiffy Lube on Joppa road is the best the staff is great and they look out for you by making good suggestions dealing with your car

Went in for a new tire. They dont have but will order it will be a day or so. Guy was very nice. I liked that he said we leave no one hanging. Ill get you taken care of.Update. Took 1 day. Came in called me said we have your tire come on in. Went in took care of me asap and everyone was very nice. Great crew 👏 very pleased with this facility

Once upon a time I was a dedicated customer there, my most recent visit I paid $90 for a regular oil change on a dodge charger, that is way too much not sure how the prices sky rocketed suddenly. I went to NTS and paid $29. Sorry Jiffy Lube but I had to switch.

This was my first time using this facility.I was the second customer in. The employees was friendly and working as a team to get the customers serviced and on there way. Overall I was satisfied with the service.

They save money by not topping off fluids. Ive been intermittently using them for five years. Every time I do use them I have to come back to have my fluids / windshield wiper fluid topped off. This never happens anywhere else.

Everyone was very helpful and professional. The personnel that questioned me was respectful as he gave me information and choices about the services and maintenance offered for my vehicle. As a woman, I really appreciate that. Most people try to tell you that your vehicle needs this or that right now or it will break down. This vehicle purchase number 16 and I look to keep it for a while. So, thank you fellas for all you do. I know there are some females out there that know about cars also. I think it would be nice to see some of them in there working also. Id do my own oil changes if I lived on a military base as, I am a veteran of the U.S. Army and nurse so we had to take care of our ambulances and other vehicles as well. Thank You All Again for being frontline workers. Keeping us rolling smooth.

I’ve given this jiffy lube too many chances. I left after multiple people who arrived after me got served first while my car remained outside waiting to be brought into a bay. I waited for over an hour before leaving and when I did I faced a rude employee who was unapologetic for the wait.

They were very friendly and helped to put air in my tires.

It is a first-come, first-served business so it makes it really easy to get your car looked at.It would help you to know what exactly you need to have completed because like any business you should expect a minor upsell. Great experience! Needed headlight replacement, I had my own bulb. Went to Jiffy Lube on Harford Rd and was quoted $60... $30 for labor and $30 for bulb They couldnt use my bulb, oh we stopped using customer bulbs years ago, because of the warranty. I said really? he says yeah. I rolled out and came to Joppa Rd and they used my own bulb and charged me $0 for replacement since its just a simple swap and you already have the bulb, happy holidays. 10/10 would go there again, shout out to my man DAN taking care of the people!

The guys at Jiffy Lube know their stuff. They did great with what they COULD do...even though they dont replace fuses. The rest of what I needed, oil change, headlight replacement, were handled quickly, professionally and with awareness around masks and social distancing.

I was overdue, came for oil change ended up getting cabin and air filters replaced after they showed me how clogged mine were (used car, should have known better) also opted for the coolant flush and replacement. Upped to synthetic blend oil and all for like $220. Done in less than an hour. Go early, great service, fast, professional. Thank you fellas!

I show up today at 10am to get my brakes done. There are no cars in the bay..no customers waiting for service.. There are 2 guys hanging out in the office and one was the manager. They asked me what service did I need done and I told them I needed the front brakes on my car replaced. The manager passed me off to the other mechanic who stepped out the office and asked me the same question and I gave him the same reply. He gives me an estimate of $140 I said thats fine. He then asked if I wanted the work done now. I said absolutely. Then he says oh well hes the one (pointing to the manager)that has to do the work and I think hes busy. I look and ask busy doing what hes just sitting there? The manager then responds hes working on his paperwork for his inventory so he cant change my brakes right now. Then the other mechanic said I could come back later if I wanted to. I said why would I come back when youre clearly not doing anything now. The only reason you have an inventory to count is because of customers coming in to get work done. You have no cars in the bays not even an oil change and youre telling me you wont do your job and put my brakes on because youre doing paperwork! This is the location I normally get my oil change done at..never again will Jiffy Lube get a dollar of my money!!

When I was pulling up in the line I didn’t know where to pull at. So I pulled up in a spot with no instructions. The guy I assume is the manager then tells me to go all the way to the back of the line which there was no one behind me. I ask where he said park and we will get you because you shouldn’t have pulled right there. He was really rude.

Staff was professional and fast. Did not try to sell me other stuff I did not need.

They were friendly. My service advisor got me what I needed without overselling and the service was quick and efficient.

This place is my go-to oil changer. They are fast and reliable. Ive been going to them for a while now, never had any problems and they always have coupons online! My only complaint is on how pushy the staff can be - its fine if you want to let me know what else my car needs I understand that it is your job but once I say no thank you, kindly move on and do what I have come here for. (It does make the customer uncomfortable and it isnt just one employee in particular.) Overall, I appreciate this place!

The whole experience was pleasant from the moment I was greeted to leaving. Manager was excellent and my technician was wonderful!

Developed an oil leak the day after my oil change. Took it back so they could simply correct it figuring it was the filter or the plug. They wiped it down then invited down into the pit to show me what THEY thought it was. So I reluctantly took THEIR word for it. The next day I crawled under my truck to find that it was in fact the plug that had a leak. Maybe a drop per minute.What a joke. It would have been so easy for them to just make it right and have a happy customer, but noooo!I just cut to the chase and called their main headquarters in Texas, where they took my complaint and said I would receive a call in about 24 to 72 hours. That was about 3 or 4 weeks ago.I just did what I should have done in the beginning and fixed it myself.I would take my vehicle to a nursing home for an oil change before ever setting foot in Jiffy Lube again.

I’ve been coming to the same jiffy lube location for two years and the staff is always very kind, polite and helpful. Bo helped me out on my visit, I appreciated his reccomendations and additional work he did on my car.

Really good place to get maintenance for your car. Was there a few weeks ago. The staff was courteous and sought all my needs. A really great place to get servicing done.

The staff was very knowledgeable about every question I had. A young man there I think his name was TJ. He had so much patience. I would definitely recommend and return for any oil changes. I showed the gentlemen a coupon on my phone and he said he would match it. When he brought me into the shop he told me it was double what we had agreed upon. I asked him how it could double and he said it was synthetic. I explained that was what we had talked about since the beginning and even showed him where the coupon specified synthetic. He said sorry Ill take $10 off. I feel like I was stolen from. You tell me $59 then you do the oil change and tire rotation and tell me $120? After you do the oil change I cant say undo it. We agreed on a price and you didnt honor it. First and last time at Jiffy lube. Dont trust them.

As far as the work that is done, I consider it to be fair. My reasoning for this review is totally apart from what it probably should be. I have a son that worked there, and from I can see, he has been given the run around as far as his employment there. Managers and more importantly, the owner is never available for work related issues. My son became a diesel mechanic during his junior year in high school, and since he has started college, this jiffy lubes location has not, nor have they shown any interest in working with him as far as his school schedule is concerned. He was just told today that he is no longer needed there. Without any explanation whatsoever! This place hires felons, but wont allow a young man who wants something out of life, the opportunity to work! Its ridiculous! He never gets through to anyone from corporate for answers etc.Is there anyone who can offer any contact information in order to help my son please?

Even if they were to offer everything for free its still not worth going to this place, they have no clue around a vehicle! On the plus side they will most likely leave tools like a screwdriver or wrench (sometimes both) under the hood and when it slides into your fan while you are getting onto and merging into traffic on the beltway well that just screams like a good time! Seriously dont trust them with any vehicle dont even let them put your chain back on your bicycle

I can’t trust any jeffy lube. I rather buy my own oil and the best quality, cheaper and get it done. I spend 45 on my oil including labor also, i use full synthetic oil, stop been lazy go to a walmart get your oil and find a a regular mechanic shop to get it done.
