Nice selection. Friendly staff.

I love this place! They have nearly everything. Vintage style kids toys, tons of acrylic paint, a bunch of wooden things that you can paint, tons of yarn, and much more. They also do floral arrangements. Whats even more awesome is they pretty much always have coupons on the website that you can pull up on your phone and get scanned.

Pretty cool store. They have darn near anything you can think of for arts and crafts. The store is brand new. Its very clean and organized on the inside. Every employee I cant in contact with either greeted me or asked if I needed help.I will definitely return again, even if its too just look around. I would recommend this store to everyone.

The selection of items seems nice, though I mostly buy yarn. I love the mill ends bin, i feel like I get a good deal. The store looks well maintained, which is great. However, the staff does not seem super attentive to customers.I was in the other day maybe around 5:30 to 6:00. While I was browsing, I saw at least 2 or 3 employees milling around doing tasks. When I went to check out, there was 1 cashier and 1 customer in front of me. She was very chatty with the customer in front of me. And the line kept getting longer. And longer.I get that you want to have a relationship with the customers, but she paid no attention to the line and kept chatting. There were 4 or 5 people in line behind me by the time she called for help. Whats worse, is that there was an employee literally moseying around the queue scanning items and stocking, trying to move through the growing line and work around them instead of stopping to check people out. Customer service needs some work

All the normal basics are there, staff is very kind and fun. I found prices quite high, but its always clean and well organized.I wish is that they had Lowell Cornell paint brushes and maybe the weekend crafts, but its a nice shop.

So very disappointed in my first experience shopping at AJ Moore. I had gift cards totaling $60 and spent a total of $96. Some of the products ended up not working for me. I returned a total of $28 in items. The store refused to refund my debit card even though my refund was less than the total amount I paid in cash. They said I was only allowed to have my gift card refunded. I asked for a manager and was pretty much told too bad. I tried to call the customer service line with no response.As a single mother to a child with special needs who works 80+ hours a week, I want the cash back that I spent. I don’t need another gift card. It’s the 21st-century and making a return should not be so difficult. This will be the absolute last time I ever shop in this store simply on principle.

Love this store, the employees are so nice and helpful. The prices are decent and the quality is definitely on the higher side! Well stocked and maybe because theyre new at this location but everything is so neat and orderly.

My new favorite local arts and craft store. So happy that they carry Golden paints. They are still more geared towards crafts then fine arts but I will take it. Saves me a further drive to Blick or waiting for an online order when I need something for a project. And the store is always clean and the employees helpful.

Clean & well organized. A variety of choices in all areas. Friendly, knowledgable employees. They have good sale prices on items I enjoy.

Ive never been here before, never heard of this place before todays visit. Was pleasantly surprised mostly. On par with all other craft stores in prices. They had a lot of sales going within the store, and a lot of different items that you dont see at other stores. Sign up for their VIP card, its free. They have a deluxe VIP card, but that costs you. If your a real crafter, teacher etc., it would probably be worth it.

Great Looking Store, has great selection in each art/craft category, a true crafters craft store! The pricing of everything is lower than what I am used to seeing. Very nice staff, this will be my choice for Arts and Crafts going forward!

Do not go in to shop after 8pm and expect to get good service. I went it to get a few frames and I saw that they had a deal on b1g1 I was like wow that’s awesome. So I pick up a few frames apparently one was on clearance so it would not work for b1g1 even though I was buying 1 frame at 29.99 full price. The other frame was originally 29.99 but was on clearance for 14.99 I asked if I would be able to get the clearance one free instead of finding one for 29.99 she said no. I said can you please ask a manager. She rolled her eyes and said I can call for a price check. So I said please do. They were closing it was a few mins past 9 and I know the cashier was just irritated that I was still in the store. I originally made a mistake thinking they were open until 9:30 but when they pages they were closed I went up front to check out to not hold them up. The cashier said there wasn’t anyone so I have to go do it since the other girl left I said ok thank you. She comes back and says green means clearance I stated I know I just want to know if I could get it at normal price so it would ring on sale. She then with an attitude says they aren’t even they same brand and points at them really belittling. I said please call a manager the manager walks in and says hi what can I help you with. At this point I’m so annoyed with the customer service At that location I said I just want to be able to get this and leave and I explained to her it does not state that on the sign. She said oh but it does. It wasn’t like I was trying to get two at the clearance price. I just wanted the clearance item to be the free item since it was not clearly written. I was spending over $80 and they did not even want to try to resolve my issue of $14.when the manager let me out she said you enjoy yourself-what kind of service is that? I will not be visiting any ac Moore’s in the future.

Nice store and friendly staff! Today was my first time here. I wanted to check out the jewelry making section to see what they have. I also inquire if they need an instructor because I teach jewelry classes!

They had a lot of cute stuff but their prices were outrageous. Take the drive to Medina and go to Hobby Lobby instead.

A little far out of the way if youre coming from Cleveland but had a very large selection of what I would consider well priced art supplies (paints, canvases, markers, etc)

I would rate this store higher, as they have good bridal items, but the associates are rude. I was looking for additional charger plates for my centerpieces because I have more tables than expected. There was an associate working on a floral arrangements (that didn’t look good by the way) so I asked her for help. I described what I was looking for and told her I had both the item number and the product UPC. She stared at me, laughed, and said okay...? I was so taken back by her reaction. She must have saw my expression, because she just up and said oh they’re over here. She took me to some chargers but they were the wrong ones. So I just left. I’ll find chargers somewhere else.

I went to buy some acrylic stamps. A good thing is they were on sale the bad thing is I was asking questions about a misti tool. They had an item in the store that would be comparable to the misti tool and they had no idea what I was talking about. The employee asked other workers about the item I was making reference to and none of them knew anything either. I would think if you are hiring people to work in your store they should have at least a basic knowledge about the products that they are selling.

I called yesterday and asked if they had an item I was looking for and the woman on the phone said that they did. But when I went there to get it, the sales clerk said that they didnt have the item. So I was lied to over the phone. The sales clerk also showed that she wasnt interested in helping me find the item I was looking for. She also acted like she couldnt wait for me to leave. Dont call looking for something, they will LIE to you.

They have pretty much everything you need for making your own crafts. It is no Hobby Lobby, but it is much closer.

Pricing is no different than Pat Catans, if not even higher. They definitely need to revamp their rewards system for a better customer kickback. Ill stick to Micheals, they atleast offer coupons, discounts, closeluts and clearance sections.

It had a wide variety of crafts tools for my daughter ro choose drom.

My mom went on their opening day and got me an easle as an early Christmas present. Its nice. I finally went with her and checked it out. They have the color shift folkart paints Ive been looking for. Michaels, Pat Catans, and Joannes didnt have them when I was looking. Super satisfied.
