Walked in was met by a salesman, talked about what I was looking for a shrink er stretcher. The model that I wanted wasnt out so he went and got one I told him I was going to wander around and look at stuff at the store. Found a couple of the things that I wanted a pedal for the Tig and a tungsten grinder this wonderful woman helped us out with that when I got back to the counter the shrinker and stretcher was on the counter waiting. Plus my son found a deal for 10% off very happy Good staff. 😎

Great company! Have had nothing but good experience shopping in their store. Had an issue with a L600 WELDING HOOD I had purchased with them 8 months prior, and they addressed the issue at the store. They basically gave me another hood!!!

I drove in from the Detroit area to visit this shop and was pleasantly surprised! They had excellent customer service and a helpful staff that answered all my detailed questions. The store was clean, well stocked, and the staff was very knowledgeable. They have a lot of products that you cant buy at your usual auto parts store. I will be back!

Awesome place for quality tools. They have a shop with lessons and classes in the store. They also have a majority of the tools out and on display so you can get a hands on feel for them before you buy.

Very interesting tools and products. relatively good prices. Although 80% of inventory looks like it came from China, but thats the new American Way. They have very good classes about their products and ways to do things.

Didnt have tool in stock I drove 2 hrs for. What store sells the floor model as their stocked merchandise and then when gone requires 2 weeks to replace? Very nice store, however service was less than poor.

Ordered 5 items online from these people(all required to finish the job), I got 4 in the mail in a few days after the order. Im missing a piece of equipment necessary to finish the job. I called and was told it had trouble leaving the warehouse, despite all 5 items being in stock before and after my order. They would not refund my shipping fees even though its about to be more than a week late, because of sheer incompetence. Instead, they said they might be able to give me $20 off shipping on my NEXT order. This is pathetic. This company doesnt keep its promises of 100% satisfaction at all, and it seems to me that most of these reviews are fake, with very little detail in EVERY positive comment.

They usually have reasonably priced solutions that make projects a lot more simple.

I was in recently and purchased basecoat destroyer grey, clear, and all other needs I began to spray my car and it came out almost white completely different color then labeled and showed in the store but it looked good while mixing and now I have to re do a whole paint job
