POOR WORK WITH SAFETY HAZARDS - BEWAREI had quite the bad experience. I called in for a quote and scheduled a time for them to come out and replace my windshield. The tech was rude when he first arrived and couldnt believe that he had to work on my car either in my driveway (nice weather) or in my empty single car garage. Once he was done, he charged me $100 more than the quoted price.I called in to the store to find out why I was a victim of the Bait and Switch, and they told me its because they had to get the windshield from another vendor that costs more. That was in no way communicated to me. I asked to speak to someone who could help me with this, and they never called me back as they said they would.Fast forward a month - the windshield started cracking from the edge inwards. I did not want to deal with this junky company again so I took it to another auto glass professional. They confirmed the glass was put in incorrectly AND also informed me that the safety radars and camera systems were never plugged back in. WOW.

Quick service and extremely professional.I had a windshield installed by another company and was getting a wind noise. I took it back to the same company and they said there was nothing they could do. I then decided to get a 2nd opinion from C-auto glass. They were confident that they could re-set the windshield properly and stop the wind noise.I had an appointment to get the work done the next day. The work was done quick and my windshield now has a far better seal with no wind noise!I highly recommend C-Auto Glass!

C-Auto glass was quick to finish the job of replacing my windshield, and they even put in an extra piece that I brought in to fix a leak in my car. The easiest way to put the extra part in was when the windshield was off. They had no problem helping me and when all was said and done they were better value than Safe Lite. Would recommend and will return should we need another windshield.

Friendly staff, and they do a great job. Took my wifes car in for a windshield replacement and it took an hour like they said plus/ minus minutes. The price beat other companies near by and I believe we got the best deal. Ive wouldve given 5 star, but I believe there is more that could been done. The outside windshield border could use some type of rubber sealant but its bear. Im sure they seal good from inside but, I feel it would been better weather protection. Now I would probably have to add it myself.

Windscreen replaced on my 2010 Forester with heated front glass. I was the first appointment on Saturday I got there on time at 8 was out by quarter after 9. He did a real nice job, they covered everything inside the vehicle and the price was 205 out the door. I look up the manufacturer of the glass and more than likely, the original equipment glass in your car is manufactured by them with just the auto manufacturers information on it. Glass is manufactured in the USA in multiple locations.

My rear windshield shattered and I had it replaced by C Auto Glass. It was covered under my insurance. They were able to get it replaced the next day, unlike safelite which were a few days out. Joe was very helpful and so was Lindsey the secretary. When I took it home, I noticed the glass was wavy and looked warped. I called back and they were more than willing to look at it and replace it. Once again they got me in the next day. When I dropped my car off they took it back right away. I had a friend pick me up while it was getting fixed. After an hour we went back to the shop to see if it was almost done. I am a healthcare worker and had to go to sleep to work the night shift. A technician came out and I asked this tech how much longer because of my work situation. He was extremely rude! He also explained that the glass that they put in the first time was junk and that the waves were very visible. So why would they install it the first time if it was visibly defective?The tech who replaced the glass was very nice. No charge for the replacement.I selected this place based on the good reviews. It was great that they were quick to get my car in but the quality of work and customer service is sub par based on my encounter.

They were very professional, clean and did not take long to fix. Very reasonable with pricing too. They can come to you to replace window as well or you can just schedule appt to take to them. Same price either way. Highly recommend!!

30 minute replacement took over 2 hours. I can hear them taking an hour long lunch and then he starts training someone. Training of new employees is done on dropped off vehicles not on those that the customer is waiting for. When asked about whats taking so long, his answer was wtake our time to do it right... Buddy you definitely took your time eating your lunch. Lastly, people call you to schedule them in, if you take an hour lunch, tell the people that if you come after 11:05 you will be sitting here for over two hours waiting for me to order and then eat my lunch and maybe then Ill replace your windshield. Dont make the customer sit there pointlessly... Ridiculous

I have called this place more six times already. I have yet to receive a quote. I need an RV window repaired. I have emailed them all of the information numerous times. The people answering the phones always say a supervisor will have to look at the information and give me a call back They never do! Today I got the phone run around again. I know RV window repair is more involved, but this is ridiculous! They said call tomorrow. I dont think I will. It shouldnt be this hard.Update: I decided to call again since I didnt find another place to repair the window. Again they said a supervisor had to look at it . This time I pressed it and said I need an answer. Finally the supervisor said they wouldnt be interested in doing the repair. Unbelievable. I finally called General RV. I got a quote in two days. Anybody but C-Auto Glass.

Best auto glass replacement shop in Cleveland. Their prices were incredibly affordable and fair, and my final price was exactly the same as the first quote I received on the phone. On the day of, I had a schedule change requiring me to work from the office instead of at home; they were able to accommodate my last-minute location switch with no problem. If I could give zero stars I would. My replace order was rescheduled twice. I received a call first thing in the morning confirming my appointment for 9-11. At 12 I called and asked for an update where they tell me they call and left a VM. Which NEVER happened, why because who ever put in my order swamped to digits thus making my address unable to locate. They never confirmed the address they put into their system, and told me well he doesnt have the right glass so this cant be done today. I will absolutely not reschedule for the third time. I would rather spend my money where they are responsible and accountable for their words and actions. Would have loved to support a local business but their lack of follow up and dismissal of my frustration will cause me to spend my money else where.

I needed a qtr window replacement for my car and the manufacturer made the windows but C Auto Glass was still able to get the window for me and do the replacement within 3 hours. Each and every employee was polite, helpful and professional. I would definitely use their services again and recommend.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THEY LEFT BROKEN GLASS ALL OVER MY YARD, DRIVEWAY AND VEHICLE. They also have no organization within their telephone lines and over the 8 different phone calls we conducted (I know right) they still didnt know who they were taking to. Also, they DID NOT CALL ME ON THE DATE OF SERVICE or prior to let me know when someone was coming... I had to call and ask multiple times, they didnt know when, then I get a call at 3pm saying a guy will be there in 10 minutes... NAH BRAH... I NEVER leave reviews but my God this was the most unprofessional experience Ive ever had.

Buyer beware!! This place does not guarantee their service at all.My daughter got her back windshield replaced here and they didnt put the back wiper on correctly. The first time she used it her window shattered.They refused to honor their warranty and she had to pay again to have it fixed. For the price she paid she couldve had the work done right at the dealership.I love supporting local businesses but in the case they perform faulty work, dont guarantee a anything and are quite rude and condescending.

This my first time doing business with this establishment after I was referred from the dealer where I bought my Jeep a year ago. Had to get one of my passenger windows replaced after some thugs decided to bust it out.From the initial phone call speaking with John; who listened to my concerns, answer all my questions and scheduled a time that was convenient for me.To the day that, I went to actually get my window replaced both Janet(receptionist) and Justin(glass technician) who kept me updated even with the minor/smallest details. Both were very professional, great listeners with a high level professionalism.Hopefully, I will never have to do business with these folks again; if any one needs to get a car window repaired or fixed definitely go to C-Auto Glass!

If you need your windshield replaced, you need to call them. No need to price shop, call them 1st. They have a warehouse stocked with glass. They have the best prices in town. They do excellent work. They will come to you if you request it. Their team is always very courteous and professional.

Had them replace my windshield they came to my job and that was nice a couple months later there was a crack on the inside of the glass at the bottom edge. They came out to me to check it out. They told me it was covered under warranty but i would have to bring it in since the temperature was to cold to repair it at my job. So I drove from Akron to Parma 40 minutes to get it fixed when i get there they tell me it is not covered and that my windshield wiper ( which is made of rubber) cracked my glass and they would give me a discount for another new one. Dont go here poor customer service and they will find any reason to deny your warranty

A window in my husbands vehicle was broken in our driveway and he elected to work with this company to replace it based on their published rates. When the technician came to replace the window, it was during business hours so he had to go to the garage downtown while my husband was at work. First, he could not get the truck in to the garage. Then, he had failed to give my husband adequate information regarding preparation, so they had to reschedule for the following day. Next day, glass was replaced, but the technician left glass fragments all over the inside of the car, and the ground around the tires, in addition to damaging the weather stripping around the window. Consequently, there was significant wind noise while driving. when my husband called and requested to have the work repaired, the dispatcher sent the same tech out, who, again, could not fit his truck in the garage. He then could not repair the work, b/c he couldnt understand what was wrong with it. the next day, a different tech was sent out. this guy (you guessed it) could not fit his truck in the garage, but was then able to identify the damaged weather stripping, but insisted that it was not causing a problem, and informed my husband that if he didnt pay RIGHT NOW, he was going to remove the glass. when he attempted to talk with a manager, Joe refused to provide his last name, was extremely rude and disrespectful, and insisted that the tech remove the window, leaving my husbands car unsecured in a public parking lot.I guess you get what you pay for.

Very affordable and convenient :) After reading the reviews about C-Auto Glass I was a bit spectacle but I applied for an online quote anyways. I needed my front passenger window replaced, and the price was about 100$ cheaper than any other place so I gave them a call and booked an appointment. They came out to my house, installed the window, and left! No hassle, and no trouble at all Im so glad I followed my gut and had them do it, it saved me a bunch!The only thing is they cant give you a set time, you call, ask them to come out, and theyll give you a day, but no time (you kinda just have to sit and wait.) Still an amazing service though they did a great job.

Had a 10am appointment and was asked if Id like to wait it would be an hour to an hour and a half. It is currently 2:19pm and i am still waiting. They had the wrong size glass twice and told me they didnt know when the next delivery would be could be 5 minutes could be an hour. Im not saying i wont come back, but Im saying I know theirs 7 other window repair shops in the area. Just my honesty factual experience.

Be Ware! Technician cut my seat, and then wrote it up as if it was there before he began working on my windshield. It wasnt there! He did not survey my car in my presence. Their tactic was unprofessional! I guess the old saying is true - you get what you pay for! Will never go to this place again!
