This store was clean, well stocked ( employees stocking during my time in the store) employees were pleasant and dressed appropriately (no sagging pants (males) no breast on display (females). I appreciate the professionalism of the employees and the very reasonable prices while I was there. Thank you TARGET

The staff at this store is very helpful! It was my first time in this location and it was very well stocked. Ryo even went in the back to find the ghost mugs I was looking for which are a hot commodity!! Very impressed!

I really havent had a bad experience here at this location. I realize that everyone is short staffed and with was has been happening with the pandemic- things are really strained. The last time I was in I was able to resolve an overcharge on a frame I had bought for a poster that I have. It was easily fixed- but I could sense a lot of tension in this location. And also customer service was average.

Great value on some items. Average food selections. Good place to shop in general. Not much crowding which is fantastic!

Huge store with groceries, clothes, toys, electronics, TVs, linens, bath products, baby items & baby furniture, cleaning products, Starbucks Cafe & pizza hut. You can get almost anything there and prices are low. Staff are polite. They have plenty of cash registers, so the check out usually does not take that long.

In and out trip. Had everything I wanted. A smooth return transaction and all friendly helpful staff especially the girl at self check out ( Parma, Ohio location 10/6/21 at approx. 6pm) she was EXTREMELY AND EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL AND AMAZING. I have always thrown away these surveys but what the hell, you dont appreciate a smooth and easy shopping trip to a department store until you have a bad one ( I was at steelyard Walmart earlier this week 😒🤢) and so this was like utopia and heaven compared to doom and hell lol. Actually disappointed in this location. I rarely get to go to target and was super excited to get inside and see great deals on end caps with red stickers (L👀K!) and clearance rack items. Instead I found there was very very VERY little markdowns. Bummer. Also, I wasn’t even tempted to overspend, which has never happened in the history of me visiting “targét”It was also sadly full of disgruntled shoppers. But, in there defense, I found myself feeling the same way. Such a strange experience 🤷🏻‍♀️I won’t be itching to go to target anytime soon, so the hubs is happy about that.The only thing I purchased was 2 power packs and some method window cleaner.Not. Fun. At. All.

Nice store, very nice staff but wont be visiting this location anymore. Rear side of our parked car got clipped by hit n skip AHo while we were inside. Did $1k damage n took off. Yes could happen anywhere and yes they found video but police couldnt read plate. Too many AHos ruined this store.

I really like this store. It is always well STOCKED..even THROUGH the COVID 19 CRISIS !! They must really have a great staff of people working there, they sure do their jobs effecientely. ...Recently something came over me in the store, I started to feel, hot, faint, and weak .. I was trying to check out at the register. The cashier Jodi was on the ball. She really Helped me thru it !! . She brought me some cold water and a chair to sit on for about 20 minutes to a half an hour, TILL.... I started to Regain my Strength. And another Lady Manager came to help me as well. They are very accommodating if need be. I commend them for there efforts. I had 3 knee replacements and open heart surgery. You need, FIRST RESPONDERS in a STORE .. like that . Especially, When someone needs Help. Jodi even put my groceries in my trunk of my car. And she also brought me a Riding Cart to go to my car. She is a quick thinker and compassionate to peoples needs. She could be a manager. She really knows what to do in a crisis. It is a Good Store.. TRY it sometime. . and.. not everyone gets there car hit in the parking lot at Target. That kind of thing happens every where and anywhere. Parma is always so well kept and organized, their employees are always so on top of everything, whether it be greeting guests, stocking shelfs, organizing, or helping guests shop! Their pick up service is so quick and always exactly accurate! Their starbucks and Pizza Hut/cafe is amazing as well!! Great food, drinks, and conversation!! Come here if you want to have a great shopping experience! I can always count on y’all, stay groovy!!

I shop at Target several times a week. This is the Target I frequent because it is the closest to me. The staff are always helpful, however it is frustrating that the shelves are so bare. It is not because people are purchasing what is being stocked. There are still Christmas items for sale at full price! Strongsville Target is always fully stocked. I dont understand why a lot of the shelves are so bare.

Im one of those lucky people. Things usually go pretty well for me. I had the ultimate best customer service experience here. Went for a specific vacuum. Tessa assisted me as I was about to leave when I asked if she might know when itll be in next or if I could order it. She, on the spot with her device checked first to see if there was one someplace in the store before ordering it from where we stood. I even paid on the spot in the vacuum isle with free shipping. It arrived in two days. She was very kind and super helpful. Its uncommon to experience this level of customer service. Thank you again!!

Decent size store with almost everything you need. I went there to shop baby products and had a great deal compared to other stores and online competitors. They have a very good selection of baby products in different categories. The only place I found vitamin D3 drops for babies among other stores. This store has a CVS pharmacy, photo center. They had best iPad deals period. Thanksgiving and Christmas times are great for shopping due to their awesome deals. The baby registry online is a very useful part of the web shopping experience where family and friends can purchase and contribute. The staff at the counters were quick, helpful. There is a pizza shop and Starbucks inside the store. Rest rooms are clean. Plenty of parking.

Those who stock the shelf’s in this location do an amazing job! Shelf’s are always well stocked and neat. However the cashiers are poorly trained and quite rude, the management in the front is not much better.

Instacart only lets you purchase items theyve scanned into the system. With Target pickup, everything at Target for is on the website which makes it so much easier!

Ordered 2 games only got one said they were out I paid for 2. Still says 8 online.

Reasonable prices, great atmosphere, friendly staff.

So I visit this location and search of a womans bike. instead there was one online but when I got there we found out it was already on hold for somebody else. Morgan the associate who we managed to find helped call at least six different locations in search of a store that would have the bike in stock. It took us over an hour and a half but we found one in Macedonia shes a wonderful associate and Im glad for the time that she took to make sure that not only myself but another lady looking for the same exact bike found somewhere to pick it up.

Wont let me shop because Im on my motorcycle and they dont have motorcycle parking. Walmart has secured motorcycle parking so im just gonna head over there I guess.

Great store with great selections

Everything is always fine when Im there, but I didnt appreciate when I went this morning to try on two pairs of jeans and was stopped at the dressing room to leave everything (which consisted of a few shirts) at the desk just because I had a mini backpack. The dressing room attendants approach and discriminating attitude towards me only going in there to steal what I had in my shopping basket was unacceptable. She did not inform others to do the same with their baskets. Needless to say, I tried on my two items quickly and left very uncomfortable. Target, if this is a new procedure, it should be done with everyone. Ive been going here for years and I never once had this issue.

My store in Parma Ohio is always clean...freshly stocked...team mbrs all over to help or cleaning or stocking. I love going there. They care about you. Even before the virus situation. The store was awesome keep up the great work

I dont give 10 out of 10 for anything. I mean, what we purchased was the right product at the right price at the right time. Would I recommend Target to every friend or family member? No. Where I would direct them would be based on their wants and needs. The online ordering and store pick up process was a breeze. The associate was personable and efficient... it was a 5-star transaction. Oh, we will definitely be back!!!

Completely unacceptable customer service! I was walking past food and looking at the lawn and garden displays. I was talking about taking inventory at my store and how it sucked. The Target worker that was scanning product in that area was not only listening to what i was talking about, he felt the need to respond with You dont have to shop here! your workers need to mind their own business and learn to control their attitude toward customers. I will not be shopping here again. The self checkout girl was very nice though.

When I walked in I was greeted by associate. I was only there for a return, but the lady who did the return was friendly.

I would like to commend Shay that works in pharmacy at the Target in Parma - she went above and beyond for my grandmother, even has gone to pick up my grandmother’s brand from other stores when needed, has called us personally to better understand the medications my grandmother needs. She is amazing and we are so grateful for her!

I was in desperate need of an item in the electronics department that the location closer to me didn’t have. So I called Target in Parma and the young lady on the phone was extremely helpful! She took my name and put the item on hold for me. I didn’t catch her name but I wanted to thank her again and tell her how great she was. She said she’s a seasonal worker but she went above and beyond for me on the phone. So thank you for your excellent customer service! Also thank you to Alex for being a friendly cashier to myself and the people behind me in the checkout line. You guys are awesome!

Poorly informed people at the cash registers.I had came in to buy 2 boxes of diapers, and a candle for my wife. I forgot my 10$ gift card at home so my wife sent me a picture of the card, with the security label scratched off to expose the code.“For security purposes we can’t do that”How is this different from me ordering these items online and entering the gift card info?Very ill-informed employees. If you don’t know, don’t lie, find someone that does actually know.

Possibly the best Target Ive been to. Its clean, organized and the staff are great! I ordered a Switch for in store pickup and spent 5 minutes tops at the counter. Keep in mind this is the Friday before Christmas! Thats what I call good service!

My go to place for my general shopping needs. Nothing beats this place, and probably never will. They always have fair prices on a lot of things. Everytime I have come here for a video game it is always in stock, and the staff is super nice and helpful. So helpful, fair prices, good employees, good selection. That screams 5 stars.

This is a good place to shop at. They have a large amount of selection, usually quality products, decent prices, what you would expect from a Target. However, some prices are a little too high, waits and be a little too long, things can not be the greatest, and they could not have the widest selection. Also, at this location, one of the fitting rooms doors seemed like the handle was about to fall off-- not the best thing for a fitting room. However, this is still a good place to shop at for a decent price.

My experience was pretty bad and i usually have a good experience with the store. i order food from their and the service was horrible. i was there waiting for 5 minutes and nobody came to ask my order. i ordered icees and pretzels and cheese and she turned around and acted like she was getting the stuff ready and she said 3 even. and i have her my money and they never gave me my pretzels and cheese. my dad asked if they were getting it and they said they were out but didn’t bother to tell me they were out. if they were out i would have changed my order. and i was never smiled at or even approached. very rude. and i know that they might be short handed but still it was rude.

I was there the other day looking for summer clothes. I ask a lady name Julie to help me find something and she couldnt even help me. Im sorry if this is your job then do it. She was so rude like it was my fault she couldnt help me.

All in all a good target. Not a super target. Grocery isnt that big. Sometimes not the best in picked up [particularly womens clothes area] but all in all not bad. Shop here likely at least once a month.

Would be five stars if cashiers werent forced to sell me on their Red Card every time I visit. Target messed up keeping secure info safe several years ago...seriously suppose to trust them now? Let me pay and leave without telling me I could have saved $0.50 on my paper towels.

Things in this store never improve. Shelves are bare or a mess, items are not available, help is scarce or of no help. Every month or so I return, hoping things will improve. They do not.

The store is bright and clean and easy to see items its not overstocked and narrow aisles like some department stores. Only issue I see are your prices unless it is on clearance I cant afford your store.

Dont have enough pizza for everyone very disappointed if you offer somthing you should have enough for everyone to order if you say your open for sales

While I love shopping at this Parma Target, they have major improvements to do on staffing their returns/pickup/registry counter. The two times I have ordered items for pickup, there has been such a long line at the returns counter that I could have shopped for my items and checked out by myself. No one mans the online pickup counter, only the returns counter. Today, there was someone ahead of me in the returns line returning 8 bags of baby items.

The Target is very well kept. The aisles are clean, merchandise is easy to find and the staff is very friendly.
