Excellent service! I recently purchased a used boat off a private owner and reverse was not engaging properly. Joel and Ryan looked at it, diagnosed the issue right away, and fixed it. They looked the rest of the boat over, found two other issues I wasnt aware of and fixed those in a matter of hours. They are very knowledgeable about boats and trailers. Parts dpt is okay. If you go to sales or service you are about to get ripped off. I bought a boat that they had put a new floor on. They didnt use all weather plywood and they sprayed foam between the floor and hull. The foam held water!!!! Water that never dried. The next spring the entire floor had rotted. I am retired and on a fixed income. This is how they do the community. Dont you EVER do business with them!!!!

They have a great team. Ryan and Hart spent ton of time helping me. Post sale their service was phenomenal. My boat was ready to go in just a few days which was mostly parts shipping time. Their work rigging the boat was top notch. Joel seems like a very accomplished mechanic with high levels of factory training. I will definitely be back for any service or repair needs. I also really loved that they do not have their boats pre rigged with low end trolling motor and fish finder combos. My new boat came rigged exactly as I wanted. I was super impressed with how responsive they all were getting my boat out the door so quickly. Thanks Parma Marine!

I met and talked to Joel at the boat show and was very impressed with him. I have a 21 year old Johnson 50HP motor. They suggested that I replace some of the original parts. I spent the money and went with their recommendations. When I got it back it wasnt quite right. I called and talked to Joel and he had me bring it back. Now they are in their busy season and I thought it would be awhile before I would get it back. They made it a priority and had it back in a couple of days. Joel made time to make sure that I was not having any more issues. The motor ran better than it had in years. Idled was perfect no stalling, and got a better top end speed than it had in years. When I need work done on the boat I will always go back to them.

Joel really knows everything about boats, motors and trailers. Great and easy to deal with. They do great work at a fair price. I take my boat to them every winter, so it will start right up for spring fishing. Great customer service.

Big kudos to the guys at Parma Marine yesterday. Had an issue with our Evinrude 9.9 hp motor. The guys were able to solve the problem quickly and get my son and I back out on the water.

Top notch people and service. I’m usually to picky to let anyone work on my boat. After purchasing a boat and having it rigged here I won’t work on it myself.

Spent a lot of money. They did not stand behind there work. They are to busy to do a good job.I had my carb rebuilt,the mechanic told me if it needed adjusted they would come out and do a load adjust, when I called I was #45 on a list of boats before me, even though I already paid.I would not recommend a inland boat mechanic, the owner is rude and needs to retire or not answer the phones

Stopped in was inquiring about Bimini top for my Alumacraft 175. Everything seemed good till I told them I bought it from Cabelas, talk about an additude, they lost my business.

I had a problem with a older Yamaha V6 outboard and he pointed me in the right direction to repair my motor over the phone, he took about 10 of his time to help me. He was very pleasant and very knowledgable and was happy to help me out. On another occasion I ordered a Handel for an Evenrude 9.9 outboard and when I picked up the part they explained to me how to put it on. There was a trick to it and I am glad they helped me once again. The most resent time I needed a part they let me pay for it at their shop and I was able to go pick it up at their supplier. I was really happy the let me do that because I was desperate to get the boat on the water. This is a family owned shop and the father and son work together to help me out every time I go there. They dont deserve the negative feed back they have received . You will not be disappointed if you go there. Thanks guys for all your help. joe

Recently stopped in to look at one of the boats in the showroom. I asked to take a closer look inside and the guy behind the counter said Id rather you didnt, thats an expensive boat. No, my Nautique was an expensive boat. I was in the area and figured Id take a look around. Whatever I decide to get I can assure you it will not be from here.

Staff really knows their stuff

Ive been in this place 3 times now and its the same every time. 3rd time is the charm for me to not come back though. Once they had what I needed but they are none too happy to answer questions or help. Im in my early 30s and work with business owners every day and you can always tell the ones that wont win against the Internet. Im newer to boating and need help with parts and have questions sometimes. Its easier to go to google and dig though the forums than be talked down to or deal with a local business who seems put off you would dare take up their time. Sadly this shop probably knows what they are doing when it comes to the technical stuff too. Thats usually the case with the ones without personality. Hire a bubbly college kid or something for Petes sake.
