Service, oil change was fast but the tech didn’t know how to reset the need oil change indicator. I had to do that my self. If it wasn’t for that I would have given them a higher rating.

Waited 15 min in lobby for someone to even acknowledge i was there, mind you it was two car in garage. Then once guy in garage looks up from texting on his phone, he takes his sweet time walking to front. All I wanted was a simple oil change and apparently they were so busy that I was told he couldnt get me in until later. So I went to Valvoline where the service was much better . I have taken my vehicles to Firestone in the past and the service has always been great. This location is horrible.

On 5/24/21 my 2007 camry was serviced for an alternator replacement. Next morning on way to work car overheats. Worker tell me to buy some coolant and he will reimburse me. No offee for $$$ off bill. No offer for free oil change nothing.will not be back

If I could give less then 1 star I would. Spent 1100 dollars for shocks struts brakes and oil change. Today check engine light came on coding for oil pressure. Never had this issue until I went there. Called today and they want me to bring it back in. Price changed 3 different times while I was there and felt like I was upsold with little choice because they knew I had a credit card there. Needed my car for work today but I cant drive it. They dont have anyone there to look at it today and asked me to bring it to them tomorrow. I dont trust them to touch my car again. In their office hangs some quote about trust from the founder but I doubt they follow the founders principles here. Going somewhere different even if I have to pay for it.

I was charged over 50 dollars for them to “look at my AC”to tell me my compressor was going bad. Went to someone rise and they said it needed freon. My ac now works and i was scammed.Oh, also they tried to charge me 50 bucks for a pressure check that they weren’t able to do. Never again with this firestone.

Took my 2012 Nissan Armada to fix the heat in the truck. They fixed it 5 months ago and told me that I have 12,000 miles or 12 months, if it stops working they will fix the issue. Took it to them today and they tell me that I have to take it to Nissan to fix the issue. Basically they couldnt honor theyre warranty and sent me to the Nissan dealership where I have to now come out of my pocket in order to fix what they told me they fixed. Complete scam artists. No wonder they dont even have a 4 star rating.

I had a great experience. Sam was friendly and she clearly explained everything. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and filters replaced. The service was fast and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back!

Worst place ever. Check engine light is on with a evap code and I need a engine mount and they recommend a oil change and a tire rotation. Scott the technician said there is nothing wrong with your car. Never take your car here. Amy and the whole staff will lie to you just to get all your money.

Sitting here at firestone in parma ohio.. Appointment is 1pm and have already been told its going to be a couple of hours before the car gets looked at. Whats the point of making an appointment if they arent going to see me when i get here.

Alignment on my vehicle was done by this location. As they website states:1) Inspect vehicle suspension and steering systems, including tire air pressure and tire condition. So If they perform steering components inspection, how they didnt notice loosen outer right tire rod on my vehicle. Looks like they even didnt touch this side.2) Print initial tire alignment readings. Even if they print something, they dint provide anything except receipt and recommendation for unneeded service.Also, some how they recommend to change antifreeze on my vehicle, while antifreeze was changed recently. For me its looks like they recommend what they want to do, but not your vehicle need.But even after not finding loosen tire rod and recommend unneeded service, they made it even worst: on the right rear of the vehicle one nut, on adjusting control arm was loosing after alignment.Im afraid even imagine how they treat people who have no idea in vehicles repairs.After alignment was done, vehicle lost stability on bumps at highway speed, figured out they adjust left rear wheel about 1 inch closer to the front than on the right side. To fix this problem I drove to Strongsville Firestone location. So save your time and vehicle and drive straight to Strongsville Firestone!

Visiting from out of state came into the shop here with a flat tire.I was just looking for tire patch job come to find out there was 5 nails in the tire. I was told that there where several appointments ahead of me and would try to get mine squeezed in when they could. Arrived at 7am was out the door by 740am with the new tire installed. Great service very glad of the fast turn around even though they where busy.

Sam and Brandon were friendly but the service high, the tire price they quoted on the phone was not available in the store, so we had to purchase more expensive tires. The price for the alignment was too high and questionable as to whether completed.

Ive been here a couple of times in the last few weeks, because my car is a little worse for ware. A+ customer service and timely repairs. Very good prices. Theyre honest about what you need and they wont give you the run around. I will definitely return in the future.

Ive been going to Firestone for roughly 9 to 10 years since Ive been in this area. Theyve done lots of work for my wife and I. Mainly tires and oil changes. The techs at the shop seem to be real good at their job. Weve had some issues with things being broke or not installed correctly, no big deal. Now, Ive had two real bad issues with this location. One, a rim problem that in my opinion was overlooked or the tech really didnt care. Two, I just recently had major work done to my vehicle. The sales representative called me and told me what was going on. We discussed it and I told this person exactly what I wanted done. I added one more item to it and that come to find out was not done after I picked my vehicle up. Roughly $1800 in work in which Im satisfied with. I would have waited to get some of the other things fixed in order to get what I wanted done. Now, I was on a budget and I was under the impression the price included the extra item I wanted fixed because I had discussed it thoroughly with my sales rep. So I went ahead and approved it to go. Well, I looked at my invoice to see that the item i wanted fixed was not done. Now Im angry. I called my rep and they proceeded to tell me that they had heard differently. In order to resolve the problem, my rep would do the work minus labor. I pay for parts they will install it. Ok, now they tell me parts will be around 450 to 460, but my invoice says 361 for the one side that was done. I guess they thought I was stupid at this point. So in the mean time I will be looking for other options and looking for a new place to have work done. I will NOT be returning to location because they are not for keeping the customer happy. Larry is a total jerk and will not do anything to satisfy his employees mistakes. Thanks to all the techs that have done work on our vehicles throughout the past decade or so.

Took my vehicle in for vibration over 60mph. I was informed I needed a wheel alignment. They did a wheel alignment and sent me on my way. The issue was not resolved. I took it to another Firestone location who fixed the issue that Parma missed, for free.

They was fast and convenient and the best part other then every one that worked there was friendly they where so affordable!

Went inside and asked for the most basic and cheapest oil change they offer. The guy wanted to charge me almost 50 bucks. Couldnt believe it. Decided to go behind them to Walmart. Sure I had to wait a bit, but not a problem when you can just get your shopping out of the way as well. Also my brother in law works at a firestone and when I told him about my experience there with the insane price he told me that didnt sound right and it sounds like someone isnt doing their job correctly over there.

They got there when promised. The gentleman was very nice and had the tire changed in no time. Im thankful the car was in a good place to work on and not in the middle of rush hour traffic. Thanks again.

I’ve took my Ford Taurus here several times within a couple months and each time was because of the same problem. And they lied about what was wrong with my car just so they could get money out of me. They charged me $80 to just look at my car and still didn’t find the real reason my car was leaking. One of the times I took it they said they didn’t find anything wrong with it but it was leaking continuously but it was not problem. Then they called back and said they found the problem and fixed it for $740. Which was still not the problem because my car was still leaking. I than took my car to Ford who found the problem and now my engine ruined because the leak was not stopped when I took my car to Firestone in Parma MONTHS AGO!

Great service, friendly staff, correct the first time everytime. Ive been coming to this location for a few years and theyve always done things perfectly. Sometimes the wait is a little long but worth for the quality of service done.

I was happy my tire was replaced. Not so happy when I returned home and my wife showed me the large amounts of greese all over the hood and side. Its like the mechanic went out of his way to leave it. Add on $20 for car wash. Not so happy with that.

I just slipped and fell into this store by happen stance because of the unprofessionalism of another store chain. Due to the bad night I had that caused me to be there, John made the experience very worth while being there. You can go to a number of these shops on any given day and they will attempt to take advantage of the consumer, but John was great and I really appreciate that. I cant say thank you enough.

The staff have terrible personalities. Very expensive and they never found out what is wrong with my car. I spent 400.00 on work that other mechanics told me was probably a 150.00 repair. Place is a total RIP off.

Last minute request to have them check my wifes Outlook for a check engine light that came on right before a long trip she was taking. At 3:00PM they took her in and stayed late until the repairs were done. Cost was reasonable and we felt a whole lot better about taking that trip. Have been back since for my other cars.

Went in all I wanted was brake pads. They insisted that I needed rotors also. If I needed rotors there would be pulsating in my brake pedal----no pulsing. No gouging in the rotors. They insisted and quoted me 800 dollars. After telling them repeatedly that I dont want rotors the guy states Ok we will just slap some pads on it and the quote was now 400 dollars. I watched a youtube video and it was so simple I did all 4 wheels with new pads for 43 dollars in parts! One hour labor done by me and 43 dollars in pads.

Droped off my 99 s10 at the parma location on sunday afternoon to replace a brakeline was called Tues morning and spoke with John and Gary they lied about what was wrong with the truck trying to sell me parts the truck didnt need when i challenged what they were saying their story and estimate changed multiple times. Their final story was they had to replace the caliper as well as the brake line and completely flush and fill the entire brake system with new fluid. first i was told the caliper had to be replaced because the piston was locked up. I challenged this letting them know the caliper was replaced about 1 1/2 years ago. I was put on hold. Then i was told that the bleeder was rotted off and they would not be able to bled it after new line was installed. This was also a lie. I also challenged their lie that the entire brake system had to be cleaned/flushed and refilled after replacing a brake line. After hearing all their lies and the price kept changing I knew i had to leave work and get my truck out of there. I demanded the area managers name and contact and started the complaint process. Prior to arrival to pick up my truck i spoke with area manager Michael mortensen and described what was happening. I was given my key and decided to prove they were lying I opened the bleeder in their parking lot with out ever leaving. After I did this I called Michael and told him I would wait there and he could come wittness the truth that John and Gary had lied and tried to rip me off. Michael declined stating he was 45 min away and did not want to waste anymore of my time and that he believed me. I then went back into the store and told John and Gary i had open the bleeder right their in their parking lot without leaving. They refused to come look and continued to lie and tell me the bleeder was rotted off and could not be opened. I would like to think not all firestone locations are like this but please do not go to this parma location as long as John and Gary are working their if they lied to me to rip me off i dont see why they would give the truth about your vehicle to you.

Wasnt good I went in for a alignment cause my car was pulling to the left and they aligned it still pulled to the left afterwards then told me my struts were bad on a 2014 Chevy spark like no way so I went to the fire stone by my house in Middleburg heights and they told me my casters were off so I think the other Firestone tried to scam me to buy new struts and didnt align my car right! Ill. Never be back these people at this location will scam you go to the Middleburg heights location by southland!

Rip off artists! They tried to charge me double what other places were going charge. And here I thought Firestone was a reputable company. A mistake I wont make twice!

Went in to have my suspension checked, because other shop told me that I had a problem with suspension. Firestone quoted me over $900 for repair, and when I asked to show whats wrong they only offered explanation on a picture, I could not see the parts that they claimed are failing.The other shop quoted $200 on a completely separate issue.Take your business elsewhere, people here are scammers.

I have been going here for years and it’s by far the best firestone in the parma area. I’ve tried the middleburg firestone and got 4 tires and they only put 2 new ones on so stopped going there. Took my Jeep to the Strongsville firestone where they fixed it incorrectly and ruined my engine and I had to get a new car after having them reimburse me for it so stopped going there but this firestone is awesome. They are extremely nice and my oil changes get done quickly. Even this last visit after forgetting to put windshield washer fluid in my car they put some in for me when I didn’t even ask. They truly are the best!

Scammers. I had lifetime alignment and balancing. I do a lot of the work myself. They don’t like that; because, “lifetime” is how they get you in For other work on your car. After putting performance rotors and pads on my car, I took it in for balancing of wheels. After about a week I had pulsing brakes. I had my concerns from past experiences. When I tried to loosen 1 of the lug nuts on the front tires I could not brake it with a breaker bar. Not following the pattern and overtightening of just one lug nut will warp the rotor. When I took it back, it took the Tech a full minute with an air gun to loosen it. I called all of firestone and they would not replace the rotors. Also, I can not prove it, but when I dropped my tranny pan I had never seen so much metal shavings in a car with only 40k miles. I was original owner.This is the store at Parmatown. If you need service take it to any of the other ones. I have had all good experiences at the other firestone stores.

They destroyed the tires on my car!It has been brought to my attention by another national auto care chain that the alignment that was done by this shop and was checked several times by the same shop was done back asswards!Dont trust these clowns!

Took my car for an oil change tire rotation. As a former employee and know the what to expect from them. I was very disappointed. Even after informing the technition of my prior employment with the company he was rude and didnt perform all the expected services. Didnt properly rotate my tires, didnt use proper tire instalation procedure. Did not check and top off fluids except for washer fluid. Never checked tire pressure which is why i originally went there. Then wouldnt aknowledge me when i had asked if any tire was low. If you are in Elryia stop by my store at Abby rd and ask for Jim him and his guys are top notch.
