I have had my kitchen floor and 2 bedrooms carpeted in the past by them. This time around I had bathroom floor done. The communication from office is not good. Scheduling a job is a problem. I never was informed that they would be coming the 17th. They just showed up! The workers were very professional so I let them complete the job. I love how my bathroom floor looks ! They explained everything and left everything cleaned up! I gave them a 4 because of the workers and the job they did. Office needs imprivement!

We had our basement waterproofed, they dug inside and out. We had a finished basement, note I said “had”. Circle Floors did a great job on our kitchen so we went back to Don. He knows a lot about Parma basements, we learned a lot. The time and care they took to turn our basement into a useable family room. They truly know their business.

Derrick and his crew were absolutely fantastic!! They covered the floor and when finished it didt even look like anyone was in my home. Derrick did a fantastic job! Very professional and very polite. Don and crews have done many jobs for me and Kolodiy-Lazuta Funeral Home (Which I work at). I sure would recommend them for any jobs I may need to complete. In fact I will be having them do new flooring in my kitchen in the near future!! Highly recommend.

Ive had a terrible time communicating with this company. After several phonecalls and emails back and forth, they completely disappeared. I didnt even know that they had shown up at the property until my tenant told me they had.I never received the measurements or an estimate for a carpet replacement. When they asked me what my price range for the carpeting was, I said $2/ sq ft, more or less, depending on which model had a better color match to whats in the other rooms. I based this price range on the options I saw available on the website. Their response was The labor alone would be the $2.00 per sq ft budget.. Sorry. Thanks for inquiring. Obviously, the price range I gave did not include labor or removal and disposal of the existing carpet. I expected the quote to be the sum of all these factors.Since then, Ive had no response to my email in over a week and when I called the office, the receptionist (who is very nice, granted) said she had no idea what had been measured if at all, and promised a response with a quote via email. 4 days later I called back and left a voicemail - 11 days since the measure and still no email. Disappointed.

Went out of their normal work area to accommodate us! Owner met with me on a Saturday to go over carpeting options. Install looks fantastic, highly recommended!

After dealing with this company, I cannot recommend working with them. I met with the owner, went over the project months ahead of time, sent emails, discussed it in person (even bringing samples from the existing flooring), and as the project got closer the communication worsened on their end. I was told along the way that they had the product ordered. Finally, on the day of the install they show up with a flooring that wasnt anywhere close to what wed talked about. When I brought up the issue, I was basically gaslighted and told thats the product we discussed. When in reality we had remnants they looked over, they visited the jobsite, and I even sent pictures of what we needed. Instead of working it through with me, the owner continued to lie and pulled off the jobsite.

Don and the team at Circle Floors is great to deal with. Prices are competitive and selection is plentiful. They installed our family room carpet and did a great job. They even vacuumed after they were done. Would definately recommend them for your carpet needs.

We went to A LOT of stores looking for the right flooring for our kitchen. We went to several big box stores and numerous flooring stores and struggled to find what we were looking floor. We are so glad we stumbled upon Don at the Circle Floor Company. He was very patient and personal, spent a lot of time with us, offered ideas, etc. He was also able to beat the other stores on pricing. He is exactly the type of person and this is exactly the type of company you want to be dealing with when you are making an investment like this.

I recently had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed by Circle Floor Company. During every step of the process from selection to job completion, everyone involved was wonderful. The installation went flawlessly and was completed on time and the floors are gorgeous. Huge thanks to Don, the owner, and Derek, his son who runs the installation crew. I could not be happier. I will use them for all my future flooring needs.

We stumbled upon this place after doing some shopping around, and what a great experience! The owner, Don, was incredibly helpful in working with us to figure out what type of carpet and flooring would be best for redoing the flooring in our master bedroom.Our project was done in two sections - first, replacing the carpeted bathroom floor (eww) with laminate. Two younger guys did the work - they were incredibly polite and did a beautiful job. Another man came to do the carpet in the bedroom and was just as good. I thought it would take all day but he finished it within about 5 hours. It all looks beautiful. Both times, they were great with my pets, also.To top it all off, Don quoted me and completed the work at $1000 less than Home Depot. We will definitely use them again.

Don and his crew did a FANTASTIC job! They were able to get to my floor ahead of schedule which was great since it was for my rental property. They had their work cut out for them with the patchwork stairs that they had to fix. I couldnt be more greatful thank you guys!!!!!

Absolutely magnificent from start to finish! Don and his crew were consistently courteous and highly professional. We had specific concerns about tripping hazards encountered by my father-in-law and his fall risk. Starting with the bathroom, Don made several suggestions that would help solve the problems and we very pleased with the selections. To top it off, their quote came in at less than half of that from C***** Brothers. The quote was even less than those of the big box home improvement stores.The next project was another tripping hazard for Dad, and Don brought it to our attention. Original flooring in several areas of the house were not transitioned and included a 3/4 drop. Don solved this by installing gradual transition strip that he even stained to match the existing floor.We have other plans in our future that will certainly include Circle Flooring. Love my kitchen floor!Found them online looking for a place close to work so I could stop in at lunchtime. Jan was so helpful and nice! I took some samples and stopped back in to drop them off and met Don the owner. He spent a lot of time explaining different flooring to me. After going back and forth several times, we decided on a product and he came out to measure. He sent a guy over to tear out my existing floor and subfloor. Unfortunately, it took him all day to do after leaving several times for long periods of time. I wasn’t happy since it should have only taken a few hours (per Don). After calling Don, he definitely rectified the problem, (the gentleman is no longer with the company!) Just before the installation date, Don called me to explain that his son would be installing my flooring and there would be no issues. Not only did he do a beautiful job, but he was very quick and meticulous. He finished and cleaned up at least 2 hours before the quoted finish time! He did do a little extra job for me as well with no hesitation. We are extremely happy with the craftsmanship and professionalism of the company as a whole. From going in that first day to shop around to the install and clean up. We will definitely be using them again this year for another project! Thank you Circle Floor!

Just had new flooring put in my second room done by Circle Floors. It is beautiful! It took a while to pick something and I went back and forth with samples. Don, the owner is very nice and knows a lot! They have tons of options and if they dont have it, they can get it. Derek, the owners son and crew are very skilled in the installation process. This makes all the difference in the final result and is reason alone to buy here . . from this longtime, local small business. You dont stay around this long without doing good work.

This is the only flooring company I will hire to do any flooring work for me. 5 years ago they installed 3/4 oak throughout my front room, living room, and 1 bedroom. They also tiled my bathroom floors doing a beautiful mosaic on the floor and full floor to ceiling tile in the shower. That has held up great so I called them a couple months ago about installing beautiful natural limestone for my kitchen, backsplash, walk in closet, and mudroom. Could not be happier with the results. Derek absolutely exceeded my expectations. The pricing was fair and upfront, but the quality is unmatched. I have renovated several homes and Circle Floor is the only phone call I make. I would highly recommend them for hardwood or any type of tile. Keep up the good work and I will be seeing you when we build our new house in a couple of years.

Very happy with this place . They were timely professional and took all the time I needed to talk about the floors I wanted I did not feel rushed or pressured . I recommend this place for all your flooring needs the owner Don is a real great guy and the staff is as wonderful also. I will be in need of some more flooring and this will be my place from now on . Nothing like supporting your local small business I stay away from big chains like Lowe’s and Home Depot .
