Came here recently and was able to find a really cool decorative Cleveland Browns flag with the classic 64 Browns Brownie logo on it and it was high quality and brand new out of the package. The staff was very gracious and helpful in finding what I was looking for and they found it for me in 5 minutes. Definitely worth the taking the look- and just to let you folks know- they cater to the pro sports teams where their stores are located at. Not to upset anyone- just wanted to put that out there for reference.

Rally House has a tremendous selection of NFL, NBA and MLB teams. Especially Browns, Cavaliers and Indians merchandise. 🙂

Very large and well stocked specialty store for Ohio teams, focusing on Cleveland teams. It is very clean and well organized boy sizes, colors, teams, and types of merchandise. The staff is friendly and readily available. Prices can be a bit higher than what you are used to but for official gear it is to be expected. They are open 7 days a week and located in the Parma shopping complex so there is plenty of parking and plenty of other stores.

I was getting fitted for a tuxedo next door, and figured I’d stop in and get some Browns gear for the upcoming season. The store was very clean and lots to look at. I had the pleasure of being helped by Alex! She was extremely friendly and available for my questions and assistance. She made my experience here an awesome one! Will be back for sure!

I have shopped here several times and always had a positive experience. Until you have to return!!I purchased 2 shirts for my husbands birthday at the Parma, Ohio location. I was told because I was on the rewards program they could look up my receipt through my email or phone number if I did need to do a return. I was honestly surprised and impressed that they offered that. Well they did not fit. I went to return them and was told they would not return the shirts with out the paper receipt and they would never tell anyone that. I was shocked and stunned. They offered nothing. No store credit, no resolution, and frankly implied that I was never told that. Really disappointed in the way this was handled. No resolution came of this at all, shame on you for not honoring your word.

Store was very clean. The cashier was very friendly. It was my 1st time at the store and I plan on returning in the near future.

This place has it all! For your OH teams...all sizes great selections sales galore. Excellent customer service. First time shopper there. Loved it!!! Worth visit!!!

Was greeted as soon as I had entered the building. Great set up staff member Asia had helped me find everything I needed and another younger women helped also, I will definitely come back my grandkids will not be disappointed in this year Christmas

So many styles to choose from for all of our favorite sports teams. I was hoping they would carry a few apparel items for the local high schools. The amount of browns, Indians, cavs and Ohio state gear pretty much made up for it. The store definitely gave me there are no fans like Cleveland fans vibes

Rally House lives up to its name!! The place for apparel and other items for all your major Ohio sports team. I havent seen such a multitude of Indians, Browns, Ohio State etc. in one place or any other place other than their respective team stores. Dicks Sporting Goods doesnt hold a candle to Rally House.
