I had a power outage at my shop and my computer lost all of its info. I couldnt look up parts, run credit cards or run quickbooks. I was pretty much out of business for the day. Called Mike at PC diagnostics and he told me to bring it in and he would have a look. Within minutes he had it restored and functioning like new. Mike really saved the day. Great service, Great people. Its not the first time he save me either. Would definitely recommend.

Dropped off a laptop for 2 keys that were not working and they told me it would be 160 because they had to replace the entire keyboard. Im not much of a computer person so i decided to trust the experts, even though the wonderful world of youtube told me it was just a simple key replacement. Several days later i recieved the laptop and noticed that several of the new keys were upside down, and some keys were foreign letters and symbols... possibly Russian? When i plugged in the adaptor i noticed it would not charge the laptop at all, which never happened before the repair. I called them and they took the laptop back to repair the issues. I should note that during the second repair they had to call and obtain my password for some odd reason, which they never asked for during the initial HARDWARE repair. When i went to pick it up, the old man behind the counter asked me, what did you do to short circuit the computer?? I refrained from response and left highly upset. The keyboard works now however the laptop is noticibly slow for some reason. I would complain again but to be honest im just going to cut my losses at this point.

Very happy with the repair. They saved me hundreds of hours of re-creating many, many files that I thought were forever lost by being able to revive laptop. Many thanks.

Wasted my time telling me a price..I got in my car and went there, guy said cant do job...Said he couldnt get the motherboard.Then told me a price double what I was told over phone even tho i gave exact model of laptop both times.But if he cant get the part, then how does he know how much the job costs.I dont trust them.

My laptop had gotten a bad virus so I brought it in to pc diagnostics. They were very helpful with fixing the problem and made my laptop work faster then ever. Fast and great service would recommend to anyone.

Dont trust this guy. First he overcharges for repairs. Second you go to sell a laptop or trade it in he will offer u 20 bucks for a 500 laptop. Third he doesnt keep his word at all. He will keep leading u on till it cost more in the end. I wish i could give zero stars . Dont trust them for anything.

I took my computer here because they offer free estimates and found out what was wrong with my PC within minutes and had it back in a day. very reliable and reasonable, I would recommend to anyone I know.

Dropped off to find out what was wrong. Wanted $130 to repair a power port and for a new charger. I decided against it as I already had a idea of what the the part cost. When I went to pick up, half MY charger cord was missing. He could not even give me the correct one back.I purchased the part for $5 and the new power charger for $10. My husband (who is not a computer repair person) watched a You Tube video and in 45 mins had the laptop working.When my husband went to repair my laptop he noticed screws missing from it. So in another words the repair place did not give me laptop back in any way they got it. Not happy with this place. I will never recommend it to anyone ESPECIALLY when they try to rip you off. Very dishonest. If I could put ZERO stars I would.
