Today me and my husband homer stopped in to get my wedding band cleaned and expected and to look at some gold chains ! Brandon helped take care of us and my was he such a pleasure he helped me pick out what chain he felt was best for me and made sure I was getting a great quality chain. I felt like he genuinely cared about how great my experience was he was nice, fast, efficient, effective and super friendly. I will come back to that location and always ask for him !! He also let us know about trading in our diamonds for diamons which we didnt know about thanks again Brandon you were awsome

Went to the Parma store and asked to see the Pandora charms for my daughters bracelet. Young man said “we don’t have those here” in a matter fact tone that struck me as very condescending. He was not willing to attempt to show me anything else either
I love the sales people here. We always look for Rick or Jess when we are there. They have always been very helpful and kind to my husband and I. We do not shop at any other jewelry store!
Marge is THE BEST! She had gone above and beyond to help me and answer all of my questions! She wasnt even making a sale that day but showed me everything I inquired about. I really appreciate it and will be coming back! Thank you!

Terrible place to buy any kind of jewelry. Ive had nothing but problems with my bill, with the jewelry pieces, and with the unhelpful associates. $7,000 ring and Ive had to send it back 6 times due to diamonds falling out. Real gold yet it fades out. Smh Ive had jewelry from walmart last longer and the people were more helpful. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT BUY JEWELRY FROM HERE.

I never went to a Kays Jeweler where they would ignore you and just have you looking around while their “busy” I understand when you have a customer you deal with that customer, but if others walk in you should be able to excuse yourself for a moment to come welcome us instead of just sitting waiting on the sidelines for someone who never came to offer and assistance, I would not be returning it was a waste of my time
My fiance already purchased my engagement ring at the strongsville location and I just went in looking for my wedding band. The employee helping me was so extremely rude I could not even belive it! She would tell me one thing then 5 min later say another thing. I found a band I liked and was trying to purchase it and when doing that she litterally talked to me like I was stupid. I ended up leaving and will be doing back to the strongsville location and NEVER AGAIN THIS ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I dont know what the name of the male employee that works here is, but he was incredibly rude. I just wanted some information about purchasing something from Kay that isnt available at the store with my kay credit card that i havent received in the mail yet and he flew off about he cant give me any information about my card before I even finished asking my question. This was the second time I had gotten an attitude from an employee so I responded by asking if I could just talk to someone thats polite. He went on to tell me that the attitude was coming from my end and said I dont know how else to explain to you that you need to come into the store. I just wanted to know how it worked when I did come to the store, but forget it.
If i could give them a lower score i most certainly would. This is the worst Kay Jewelers I’ve ever dealt with. All they care about is trying to get new customers and nothing of current ones. Always a drag coming in to make a payment. I realize that I could just pay online but sometimes it’s convenient to just come in if you’re in the neighborhood. Every time I think it will be different and it’s always the same. Would not recommend them to anyone and and definitely will not be giving them any further business.
They would not let me exchange my earing that I bought someone for christmas and a birthday present. They told me I could bring them back and exchange them if there was a problem and I will never in my life go there again.
The store manager and associate there were great to work with! They took the time to explain everything to me and we ended up having a friendly chat about retail in general. If you want a low pressure sales store, visit this store!

Very rude to my fiance who went in by herself to inquire about a wedding band. I had already purchased the engagement ring from North Olmsted Kay store and they were very friendly, the lady who dealt with my fiance was very rude and pushy and told her that she was uncomfortable to sell a wedding band to her without and extended warranty. Started to sign my fiance up for a credit card even after her telling her no several times ( I already have the Kay card which my fiance had in her hand, but they said she should just go ahead and have her own), and also told her that the money shouldnt matter since shes marrying me, so its her money anyway. Completely unacceptable for any type of customer service and trying to take advantage of her on a one day sale and that prices were going up in a few days on everything, and there wouldnt be another sale like this again. I get sales tactics, i do (i work in sales) but this is on a level of un-professionalism and completely unacceptable. Avoid this store and if you do use Kay, use the North Olmsted branch in the mall. Stay away from this one!!!
I took an engagement ring there to be resized and I arrived a half hour before close with my mom. She always works late and it was the only time we could go together. They were still so very polite, informative, and helpful! The new store looks very nice.
The store manager, Doug, was great with service and making sure it was exactly what we wanted. We only use this location because him and his staff!

Very shady store.Right now due to all the renovating they are doing this Kay location is very desperate for sales. They will admit that which is very unprofessional. The two times we had gone there (within a week) the guy working there told us the same story. That they were allowed to mark down items and blah blah blah and that guy (a customer that was there before us) was his best customer and he just walked out with this and that for this much. Just very unprofessional and obvious thats a line he uses often. The older woman there admitted they almost didnt pass an audit they had earlier in the day. Who says that to customers? I will not be going back to this location. I only went to see some rings I saw online in person, and when I couldnt find one I liked, I ordered online and had it delivered to that store. Which I got an attitude about why I didnt purchase in store, well, they didnt have that specific ring. They said they could have ordered it for me, and get commission. Also, when I had purchased online, my Kay card was still in my maiden name. After a long discussion they told me the only option I have is to bring my marriage license in with me to pick it up or to cancel my order. When I went to go pick it up, they didnt even ask for my marriage license. Irritating haha.

Had to have ring size several times. Mary told me I was wrong about my ring size. Said ok whatever. Did the size she suggested. Ring came in a size smaller than her suggestion. She suggested to my fiance that I just shove it on my finger. Took many tries to just get a ring that fit. Finally did get it after several months.Mary gave us alot of attitude throughout the whole process. Was rude and mislead us on santa cash.Everyone else in the store was amazing and are the only reasons this place/location got any stars.
Worst customer service, deceptive practices, and they will push you until you sign on the dotted line to sign up for a credit card that you never wanted or were informed that you were receiving in the first place. Douglass, the store manager, leads by example in all of these categories. Your best bet is to go to a local jewerly store that works on finding your the best engagement ring without the haggle and coerced signing. The quality you get is waaay below the price you pay for. There are much better local jewerly stores around here and for a way cheaper price. I will be filing a complaint with corporate to report the misconduct.
