Spoke with the store manager (Truth) about instrument rental. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and answered all of our questions.

I was here about a week ago with my Mom and little sister and I loved being here so much since I love music so much . The Guy there was super nice and friendly and he let me touch an Alto Saxophone which I am going to be playing in 5th grade. The guy there also has guitar lessons If I want to. There was so many instruments like guitars, bass guitars, drum sets,brass= trumpet trombone, woodwind = flute clarinet especially the HOLY SAXOPHONE 🎷 If I could rate it the biggest number I would.

I was probably an annoying customer because I came back twice with questions and concerns. However, the 3 staff members that assisted me were knowledgeable and solved my issues excellently. They were also nice and one gave me moongel damper pads out of his own pocket. That was mighty kind. I only came in to buy guitar strings for cleaning carb jets but Im glad I spent over $300 at this business.

I rented a violin from them, and they answered all of my questions.

This is a nice store. they have plenty of accessories of all instruments you can think of. There is also a nice selection of song books and method books as well. Customer service is friendly and works to the best of their ability to answer all questions and meet customers needs.

Truth gave me wonderful help with my daughters Drum Major chrome mace that needs repaired.For the Mustang Marching Band shes in. What a wonderful Store.

These guys are awesome! The manager was super helpful and was very informative and helped me to find the right electric acoustic for my playing. He did a great job at taking care of me and finding the best deal while also keeping up with the quality. I highly recommend this shop

I came in today just looking around for a future buy and I was so happy with my experience. Scott and Matt helped me look for the perfect guitar and amp. The selection there is really awesome and the guys really knew what they were talking about, which helped me out a bunch.

Waited 2 hours for this place to open so that I could ask for help identifying a sax neck I acquired. I was refused service for not wearing a mask despite having a breathing condition that falls under the exemption clearly stated by the state of Ohio within the guidelines of the mandate. I would have waited outside while the employee looked at what I brought in, but he was just rude about it and said he couldn’t help me until I put a mask on. Thank you for the medical advise but you are not my doctor and you don’t know what conditions I have. I’m glad the state made provisions for people like me but doesn’t help if the store doesn’t recognize the exemption. Will not be doing any business here again.

I would like to say this store is Awesome and so is Savanna, the girl that took care of me. She totally helped me out and when I was undecided on which item I wanted, she suggested something else which was exactly what I ended up buying. She was also a delight to talk to.

I could not be more pleased with this store. 10 years ago when renting an instrument for my older daughter, they wanted hours of your time and every cent in your wallet. This decision was made solely on distance and I won. Perfect perfect perfect experience. SCOTT!!!

Store has good variety and great customer service

Scott was great!!! Very very helpful and even explained to me about my experience at Rettig in Westlake that they should not run a credit report on me for childrens instruments for school programs. I highly recommend this location and Scott as well. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH SCOTT!!!
