Some what high end. Not many bargains

I absolutely love the store but have been twice and both times was followed around. 100% I believe that my daughter and I were being racially profiled.

Me and my mom were antique hunting. And found Royal Antiques. They have very nice beautiful bronze candelabras and mantel clocks. But we had a Lady (not sure if she was the owner or owners wife) But she followed us everywhere she was behind our backs the whole time. Now I have been dealing with antiques for years I wasnt going to break anything or touch without asking. We wont be returning its a shame why have beautiful stuff and act that way to customers,

Royal Antiques is high quality antiques store with great prices and outstanding service . An interesting place to visit given the amazing things on sale here. Im not sure if bidders realize it but we are much better-off buying through eBay. These online auction houses limit the flexibility of bidding exactly when we want to place bids. And, there is an added complication/scam of declaring that the buyer must either drive to California to pick up his items or submit to whatever enormous shipping fees the one or two shipping associates wish to charge.

Always great customer service whenever I visit Royal Antiques. I love the unique collection of product and it doesnt seem overpriced at all. These guys are great. I bought a vase from Royal Antiques. They have a beautiful selection of antiques in their shop. Their owner Anthony knows a lot about antiques and gave me an excellent price for the vase. I anticipate to go back and buy more items from them.

I bought a centerpiece from Royal Antiques for my friends wedding and she loves it. This is a very nice place. The staff are very friendly. The owner is informative and offered a great price.

What a great place. We deal with them all of the time and they have the best merchandise. There is absolutely no concern from them. There are always disgruntled people at any business. There is NEVER a concern about integrity or issues. He runs a large operation and has MANY large customers. This is an above the water operation, you can check them out yourself.

I was interested in several Meissen items that were offered in their auctions. My impression was that they have absolutely no knowledge about porcelain and cant tell you anything about the condition of their objects. Finally, they didnt answer at all to my requests. I can therefore not believe any of the positive reviews and it seems to me that they are not real.

I was in Pasadena, California for business and I saw the sign for Royal Antiques. When I walked in, I couldnt believe my eyes!. This place looks like a museum. They have variety of high quality 19th Century French antiques. Even though I was traveling, I couldnt resist and bought an antique vase for a fraction of its value. Highly recommend.

I have participated in many of their auctions. Every time I have purchased an item, I have been amazed about the quality of what I have bought. The item is always even better than the picture. This auction house charges you a “Buyer’s Premium”, as if it is somehow a great privilege that you are allowed to buy from them. Just think about it. Would you go into any other business and pay this. Go into any major or minor retailer. Pick say $1000.00 in merchandise. You get your sales slip and they want $1250.00 plus any applicable taxes. You show them the mistake and they tell you it is a “Buyer’s Premium”. Would you pay it? Why pay it here? The hammer price is the same as the price in a retail shop. Why are you paying more?Just something to think about.

I have known Anthony for years and I cant recommend any better business owner to deal with,since hes knowledgeable and deals with professional experts. We purchased from him several times and we got even free aprasial from very reputable Art appraiser. Theyre friendly and approachable, took care of us very nicely Everytime we had questions . Highly recommended.

Musem quality pieces, one the antique pieces I purchased there, is the identical at Louver museum. It has been several great experiences and excellent customer support. People are working there are so friendly.

My husband and I have been buying many of our antiques from them. Their shop is breath taking and beautiful. They have a large selection of antiques mostly 19th century french items. We just bought a KPM and we absolutely love it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Owner is extremely rude. I would not give this place my business if they were the last antique store on the planet. Brought a 18 to early 19 century French piece of Art, and he was extremely dismissive, stating that he only deals with 19th century pieces, which mine was. He couldnt even wait until he was off his phone call to completely dismiss us. Terrible place.

I normally dont write reviews but I am giving Royal Antiques a 5 STAR. My wife and I bought a beautiful chandelier from them at a great price.

They have friendly treat with customers because I had some good buying experience with them.

Lots to choose from. Restrooms on site. Good location. Plenty of street parking. Friendly staff.
