Overall: Due to a particularly inept associate, I had to seek services elsewhere. I would avoid by all means.The Good: Due to Herbert (more below), I had to order my home appliance via Best Buy with Francine and Katie. Both of them were professional and of great help home appliance purchase experience.The Bad: Unfortunately, Herbert (of Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home) was entirely uncooperative and his demeanor particularly rude. Almost to the point where it was racially motivated or of sexual prejudice. When he opened his mouth, the lack of education and/or experience became evident. After a brief few moments, I decided that I had suffered enough and was fortunate enough to be helped by Francine and Katie. Herberts (lack of) skills would be best suited in an environment where he does not have to interact with others.
The ineptitude of the personel is mind-blowing. The warehouse/delivery group should be featured in a reality TV series, bumbling shenanigans, angry calls...it would be great.
The absolute worst customer service ever! Placed an order and fridge was defective, called about 10 times and finally got a sale person named Dezrum or some funky name like that placed an order for an exchange. Apparently he claimed to escalate the order and gave me a date and time frame on the delivery and best buy was a no show. Called best buy and another sales associate said that the order was never processed. Now I have to wait another 8 days til the next available exchange. Will be calling corporate with this situation! Never buy from this Pacific Sales!!!
Horrible place and workers.. Never shop here they treated me like a peasant or rodent..
This is not Pacific Sales, it is Best buy. There are no sinks and no faucets. Thanks for wasting my time.
