First time to visit here in Pasadena. I had a $10 off a purchase of $30 or more coupon offer I brought to the store. My visit is for cutlery, towels, and kitchen utensils like an ice cream spade. Their uncommon elsewhere and good if your serving several bowls of ice cream, at a birthday party!

Found what I needed quickly and also picked up some great clearance stuff. Great service and I love my Beyond+ membership.

I love going to this store. Not only do they have everything I need, they always have more. The place is always clean and the staff usually have a lot of knowledge if you have questions. Remember, if the store doesnt have what you are looking for, they can order it for you right there on the spot if available, not busy at the moment.

I hadnt been here in over a yr. But today was awesome I was shopping for a gift for my daughters moving out into her own apt gift. Theres so many things young people will need so I just got a gift card, a bowl and a small baking pan so she can make herself her own brownies 😁bed bath n beyond is great! Theyre pretty well stocked with everything youll need for home, staff is very helpful, cashier was patient cuz my unused gift card would not go through after, 3 trys so I asked her to key in numbers, then it went through. But Id go back again. Happy shopping 🛍️ God bless you all❤️

A great selection of home appliances and supplies. Very good quality and good prices. Using coupons is a way to safe and get best deals and goods. Lately, they changed their policy in way that you could use more than one coupon at a single transaction instead of using just one coupon at each transaction. Very helpful employees and great customer service.

I forgot about having to get this and was hoping they sold it! I bought the royal purple seat cushion for $60+tax after using the 20%off that they have with the 2 hr curbside pickup! I ordered it while in store and my item was ready before 2hrs. This was amazing bc I couldnt find any coupons or deals anywhere else (and they price match)...moreover, I had to leave out of town the next morning and couldnt really wait! Im super thankful!!!!

I was shopping at the Pasadena Texas store yesterday and after shopping I decided to go to the Starbucks inside the Barnes and Noble . There was a gentleman waiting for service . He said there a few minutes and I asked him why he hasn’t been waited on. He said he didn’t know and if he has been waiting there about 15 minutes. I told him I would go to the front and find out why there was no one there. The cashier told me the girl that worked there was on lunch and that she will be back in about 15 to 20 minutes. I couldn’t believe there was no one covering her lunch ...I was upset that a store like Barnes and Noble didn’t care about customer service! I doubt I will EVER step foot in any of their stores again ! This is unbelievable !Also tried to call this morning to talk to a person and was told I would have to wait 45 minutes. Do they even know what customer service means?

Not much here. Same ole same ole. Youre better off ordering online or curbside pick up, if you really want something from Bed Bath & Beyond on Fairmont.

Do not come here without a mask, they make you buy a 20 pack if you dont have one. We were followed around the store and watched the entire time we were here I just dont understand why they felt the need to make us uncomfortable and it was far from discrete I mean they would stand at the end of the isle and stare and this is not the first time either its Everytime we come in, I guess they dont expect people in there 20s??

Great place to start your wedding registry, but lacked variety in the dishes and glassware. I was impressed with the pricing. There regular prices matched or were lower than sale prices at Macys.

I enjoyed my time here. Girls were courteous. I purchased quite a few items including mirrored bath accessories, porcelain kitchen wear, acrylic makeup organizer, and hand held massager.

Ever have awkward card problems? Ever take an embarrassing family member into public? We had it all, and Sheila was the sweetest, most helpful angel ever fallen from the blue sky. Her patience and grace are unattainable to mere mortals. She calmly helped us with our issue while the Astro’s game edged on elsewhere, as she dawned their jersey with pride. God speed, good woman.

Jammed full. Sometimes hard to walk through the store. Good management. They will try to help you find what you want. Otherwise, hard to find store floor people. Burnt out from restocking no doubt.

This place is wonderful! Super clean and organized and there was a super polite lady that helped me find what I needed last time I went. I believe her name was Katy. She was so sweet and very knowledgeable about what I was looking for. I love this place for just about everything!

Prices on some stuff is out of this world when they break it up from a set. I get it from a worker who thinks it was funny. 49.00 for a 5 PC. Setting silverware (one person 2 forks,knife,2 spoons) 200.00 for 4 people on a clearance offer.

Best place to get kitchen necessities..

Went to store with a few min till closing and store manger said we couldn’t come in they were closing.With hard times during COVID and you turn away customers !!The way I see a business is if they are in serve them when they are who pays those bills. Why would you do that? Just means those employees are only there for a pay check and not loyalty.

I would give them 5 stars, but they are not good about putting the prices on things and it is too crowd with stuff. If you have issues with walking and are at risk for falling, then avoid going without a wheelchair. Also, a wheelchair probably would not even fit down the aisles; so just dont go!

Great place to shop for unusual (and usual) gifts for others or yourself.Has lots of Sports collectibles for the Sports fan in your life or for yourself. (The usual local teams mostly.)

I like the fact that although there are many items to choose from, the store keeps it together. Neatly organized and very bright. Staff are helpful when you can find them.

Too expensive for my liking. I can find the same items elsewhere at a fraction of the cost. Come in and wait in line for an order I reserved online, then was told to get back in line behind everyone again to pay for the item. Heres an idea, let costomers pay for the online order in the same line they pick it up at like every other retailer does.

The store was crowded, but plenty of associates to help and the check out time was very short. Their Wamsutta towels are soft, absorbent, and dry quickly. Ive tried hard to like towels from other stores, and there is no comparison!

We went to this location to register and they were so helpful! They even tried to entertain our 2 year old who was tired and crying. They helped find exactly what we wanted online as well and checked with us to see if we needed any help throughout the time we were there.

I think that Bed Bath and Beyond is a little over priced but the selection is good and so is the quality of most of the merchandise. The As Seen on TV section is a bit sketchy. The bedding is generally of good quality and the staff are always helpful. Make sure to bring your 20% off coupon.
