He was also super helpful, friendly, funny and I will definitely be going back to upgrade my portfolio. Also he gave a detailed description of how to get to the location and where to park.

Ive had business headshots taken by Charles twice now, once a few years ago and again today after opening my own law firm. A great experience both times! Charles does excellent work. He knows exactly how to cue you to take great portraits and then touches them up while you provide feedback so you know exactly what you are getting. He is also very friendly, personable, and makes you feel comfortable which is important when most of us arent used to having our pictures taken professionally. He also has good business sense to help advise you how to appear in your photos or how to place them on your website. Amazing!!! Charles was super friendly and professional and he is familiar with all different types of business head shot. He explained to me each single step through the whole process and the end result left me speechless. Last summer, I was thinking about getting professional photos done by Charles at Time on Film Photography because I read the Yelp reviews, and I was very impressed by what so many of his customers said. I was also really impressed by the photos that I saw uploaded because it showcased his extremely exquisite work.However, that all changed after I reached out to him. At first, when I emailed him, I received an email right back with a number to text him at, and he also asked what would be my dream location for a photo shoot. He said that he was out of town at the moment. But that he would get back to me.Initially, he seemed like a very quality photographer in terms of his customer service. I had already gone to a bad photographer who did a really poor job of my professional photos. So when I came across Time on Film, I felt that I might be able to find someone who would be able to critique the photos from my bad experience, and see if he could help me with possibly producing better photos in his studio.He asked me to download the We app on my phone, and send him copies of those photos taken by the first photographer so that he could take a look at them.I guess Charles was already not impressed with the fact that I was requesting photos to be done for a matchmaking company because I suppose its not a milestone like an engagement or a wedding.After I told him what my photos would be for, and I sent him my photos through the We app, I felt like I was dropped like a hot potato! He took a while to respond back to me through email or by phone. And finally, when he did respond, he said that the photos that were taken by the first photographer would not be impressive at all for matchmaking purposes.So I asked him if he would be able to help me produce some very quality photos. But after I sent that last email to him, I never heard back again from him.I was really turned off by his attitude!! I felt completely snubbed!!If I need professional photos done in the future, I would definitely not even recommend him to anyone! His work is amazing. But his attitude certainly is not!!
