Thank you Pasadena Yamaha for the “small town feel” customer service this morning! Opened doors a bit early for me, gave me a great deal (relative to the times we are in) and got me out of there all within 90min with walk through and all! A great experience when compared to a lot of the open 7-days a week dealers.I left with a 2020 XT250 Dual Sport. Great bike, comfortable, nimble, light, and good power to weight ratio. Great do it all weekend bike!Give them a chance to earn your business and ask for Kell or Josh! Patrick in parts was great too!Wheels down, ride safe! “Yamaha, Revs Your Heart!”
Great experience very knowledgeable, helpful professional and honest. I usually get burned because I always assume other people are like me. They run this place like I do my family business.. I took my Yamaha V-star in as it was a new bike for me. I let them know I am not sure what it needs and where the last owner left off and to please service it and go through it and let me know what it needs. They called me later to tell me it is ready for pickup. Wow! Same day! Was not expecting that as was excited to ride the new bike and was a title nervous I would be without it for a week. They serviced it and a little tuning and said the bike was well taken care of and didnt need much.I also was very happy to find out They work on other brand as well. My Suzuki Drz s currently in there now. So grateful for their great service and honesty.
You dont need a Yamaha to experience excellent service at Pasadena Yamaha. The service department has kept my 2011 N1K in tip top shape, corrected incomplete service from other shops and the sales department have demonstrated solid knowledge when answering questions and demonstrating their bikes. Ive brought my bike to many shops in the So Cal area until finding Pasadena Yamaha.Thx, Fellas!
I bought my V-Star here, and had the best experience I could have hoped for. Rich was really patient with me and answered all my beginner questions. I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase or make any decisions on the spot. Rather, they were honest, friendly, down-to-earth, and super helpful. I genuinely felt like they had my best interest at heart. Great mom-and-pop shop and would recommend to anyone. Even though there are places I could go to closer to where I live, I’ll happily be making the longer trek to them for the assurance of great service and a worry-free experience.
I took my bike here directly from a nightmare shop who said it would take 8 weeks to fix my bike for an issue I didnt even have when I dropped it off. Pasadena Yamaha took my bike right away and fixed it within days!!! Patrick was awesome and had great customer service. He made me feel comfortable and confident that they knew what they were doing. These guys are awesome and now my bike runs great. They even addressed the terrible job that Riders Choice did! So appreciate them and will bring my bike to them from now on.
Awesome experience! Fredrick helped me through the whole process from start and the way through to me riding off the lot. Definitely would be a place Id make sure to take my friends to once they are ready to get a bike. Thanks!
I definitely don’t recommend dealing with Fredrick at this shop. I was looking for an R3 so I gave this place a call and spoke with Fredrick, who seemed a nice guy at first. Today however, I went there to take a look at the bikes and ask for the price and some more information. Fredrick was there and when talking to me he was responding in a rude way. (When I asked him why the price on one of the R3’s is 6789.00 and not the MSRP price which is listed on Yamahas website as 5299.00 he responds back saying “says who.” I said that’s the price on the website and he said no you are getting things messed up it’s defiantly not the MSRP. I understand that the dealer has to make money but there is absolutely no need for him to respond in a rude way when the customer is not informed. But the thing that upset me the most, when asking him about the price tag, he wanted to point at the prices on the tag, he was standing with his hands in his pockets and points at the price with his foot. What a great customer service. I want to walk in to Yamaha and get Fredricks foot shoved into my face. This guy is defiantly not so professional. If I was thinking to buy a bike from there, now I defiantly know where NOT to go.
That had everything I needed and even did a last minute brake pad change. Everyone was very helpful
Do not hesitate to bring your bike here. Patrick was amazing to deal with and very patient (thanks Patrick!). I am a know it all hands on type of a person and they dealt with my numerous questions and allowed me to inspect my clutch basket while the service was going on (had them replace the clutch pack). Pasadena Yamaha might as well be Japanese themselves because the service and care was at a level only found in Japan! I mean it when I say they converted a customer who never goes to a dealership service to ONLY going here.
Was able to squeeze my bike in for a service first thing in the morning. The team is very helpful and friendly with tons of parking! 😁 No BS, quick and helpful dealer.
Honestly it was a really great experience. Rich has a great heart and a great mind, came in for a scooter, shared some laughs, didn’t feel pressured or buttered up to make a purchase. Felt like he was very transparent and honest and showed his personality which I can really appreciate. Great guy and great shop ! Got an awesome deal on a used Honda pcx 150. This review is coming from my heart, Come here to get your next bike/scooter .. you won’t be disappointed 👍
I made an offer online for one of their Side By sides they have for sale, i also mentioned that i was ready to buy cash today.A gentleman calls me to inform me that the unit has been sold and he proceeds to lecture me on how he was able to sell the unit at full MSRP and how i would not be able to get a unit at what i had put an offer for, instead of being a good sales man and showing me what else he would offer he made me feel like he just called to make fun of me and not taking me seriously. To bad for Pasadena Yamaha as i will take my cash elsewhere. BTW my offer was to pay MSRP but with fees included, i was not low balling them
Amazing Service by the one and only Rich Sesma. Bought my first bike here and had my eyes set on the Star 250. Rich made sure I got the bike I wanted, and expedited its delivery. He also gave me some of his recommendations of motorcycle insurance, coach, delivery recommendation and so much more. I cannot have chosen a better place, better motorcycle guru to sell me my first bike. You will not go wrong with this place! A++++. 5 Stars to Rich Sesma. I look forward to buying more bikes from this guy.
This is a long overdue review. Rich is the man. Im a returning rider and Rich was super patient with me and helped me get my R-3 earlier this year.. Unlike other dealerships, he didnt try to push the sale, or a bike that I was uncomfortable with, gave me plenty of advice. The owners pretty awesome too. And they appreciate your business. Shop here if you want great customer service.
The service was amazing. I had battery problems and I didnt know what to do. I googled motorycle shops around me and this popped up. I called, they had my battery, and I showed up. They installed it right away and got me on my way.
This was the best experience Ive ever had at an dealership!!! The wise sir named Rich was truly magnificent!! I cannot even find the words to describe! If youre looking for a beyond excellent customer service and honest dealership, this would be the one and only place to go!!!
Awesome place to get a bike. Staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
Good service and good People
Just bought a 2020 FJR1300es. The salesman Rich was very knowledgeable about the product and was totally upfront with costs, no games. He even moved the bike outside so I could see what the color was like in the sunlight. He personally reached out to me in a phone call a day later to see how I liked the bike and welcomed me and my family to the Pasadena Yamaha family of motorcycle riders. Overall its one of the best experiences Ive had on buying a new bike and the rest of the staff was very friendly while I waited on my paperwork. I will be referring them to my friends who ride on buying or servicing there motorcycles.
LOVE YAMAHA great motorcycles.
Called this shop over a year ago and placed an order over the phone for a unique, hard to find Yamaha sweatshirt they had in stock. Staff was friendly, customer service was perfect. Fast shipping and the sweatshirt is of superb quality holding up fanstastically from heavy use. Thanks much!
Would absolutely recommend to others and will return.Been in here a couple times for shop work. The guys are always helpful and get my work in, talk about riding and the good places to scope, and have a good selection of bikes. I like the shop, the smaller atmosphere and the personal nature of visiting.
Worked with Rich to purchase a new scooter, he was very easy to work with, came through on everything he promised, and really enjoyed the whole experience. Seems to be a great family-owned and operated business that wants to make their customers happy. Thanks Rich!
As there isnt a dealership super close to where I live, I looked online and called around to many dealerships within 400 miles of me. I was asking for an honest out the door price for an XSR900 and many of the places I called either didnt seem that interested in talking to me or marked up the bike saying I could negotiate the price down. Rich, the sales manager at Pasadena Yamaha gave me an honest price and talked to me about riding in general for a good 20 minutes. He seemed more like a friend who was excited about riding than a salesman, and I appreciated that. He gave me his contact information and said I could text him with any more questions. This made me want to drive the 350 miles to his dealership. I went down the next weekend and found the dealership bigger than I thought it was. A clean layout and lots of friendly staff. Someone approached me after I was looking around for a minute and I asked for Rich. He came over and remembered our call from two weeks prior. I talked to him about the bike I wanted but I was also looking at the MT09. He talked to me about the subtle differences and there were even some regulars to the dealership that talked to me about the bikes and which ones they liked more. Once I decided on the XSR900, he helped me get the financing and explained all the many options I had for payment and he explained any add-ons that I could get with the bike. He wasnt pushy at all and explained the positives and negatives of everything. Alex, the resident expert on gear, helped me size my head for a helmet, and gave me advice on all the other gear I was looking at. I wanted to pick up the bike a few days later after spending some time with family in the area. They let me know the next day that the bike was all ready for pickup. When I came and got the bike, Patrick did the walk through on the bike and explained all the controls and everything on the display. He offered advice about taking care of my bike, when to service, what to look out for, how to break in the new engine, etc. He even helped me load up the bike on a trailer after I went for a ride. All in all, I couldnt be happier that I chose to buy the bike from Pasadena Yamaha. They made everything so easy and I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family looking for a new motorcycle. Thanks guys!!
I recently bought my first motorcycle here at Pasadena Yamaha. I had an excellent experience here. I walked in and an hour and a half later I was out with a brand new 2020 Yamaha R3 with ABS. I got a great deal on my new bike. Rich helped make the process smooth and he was very helpful as he guided me step by step through the purchase. Rich made sure I knew what I was being charged for and explained everything in detail. Being a new rider Rich made sure I selected a bike that I would be comfortable with and that would be best suited to me. He also gave me some riding tips for my bike.I am glad I came to Pasadena Yamaha for my first bike purchase. Kel, the owner made sure I knew everything I needed to know before riding out of the lot with my new bike. He explained all of the bikes features and provided tips on maintenance an operation. He also made sure to share his knowledge and experience on how to ride out safely.Overall, the customer experience at Pasadena Yamaha top tier. Rich and Kel care for their customers and are passionate about motorcycles. I felt that they took good care of me as a new customer and rider. Thanks!
I ordered a motorcycle repair manual and because of the pandemic it took 6 months for the book to be delivered to me, but I think that under normal circumstances it could have been faster.
The sales manager Rich was very helpful and spent over half an hour with me on the phone even though he knew I wouldnt be able to get a new bike for another year or so. He was patient and informative and I look forward to dealing with him in the future.
Brought my bike for service.Fast, honest, and affordable.Other shops quoted me 3x the price for service!Support the locals !ThanksKel, Pat, & Rich
Good service
Professional, courteous, and quality workmanship. Will definitely visit again!
Just like so many others on here, it was a pleasure to make a purchase there. The reviews for Rich and overall atmosphere are what brought me in after I had been given the run around at a larger dealership in the area. Rich asked me the right questions and gave supporting info to lead me to make the right purchase for me. No pressure, informative, friendly. Everyone else in the dealership was great as well. Thanks!
Great place to get a motorcycle!! If you guys are in the market definitely give this place a chance for your business ask for Rich . I personally just got my motorcycle yesterday from them.😎
This is the place to go if youre looking for a bike. I was greeted by Rich upon arriving and he was the best! Hes very honest and straightforward, unlike those other dealers that try to upsell you and lie about the final price. I felt very welcome and will definitely come back for servicing.
I called at 1005 on a Saturday, to find that the staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I needed a tube put in a tire pretty quickly. Took the wheel and tire in, shopped around for a bit, and I was out the door with a new tube installed, and the wheel balanced. While I was waiting, 70 vultures did not harass me trying to sell me everything in the store, but were available to answer any questions I had. I will most definitely be back.
Excellent customer service. Patrick and the service department have always been extremely helpful with my motorcycle. Ive brought my bike in for small things like clutch cable adjustments, missing bolts, etc. Its good to know these guys have my back on everything, even the minor stuff. Theyre also very knowledgeable and honest. Definitely recommend going to Pasadena Yamaha.
It is a good Yamaha Dealer and they work on bikes there to.
Just bought a new scooter here. These guys are super professional and likeable, and they are happy to help with any questions.
People there are attentive and nice. However, I left my bike for storage during 3 months to keep it safe. Paid $300 just for the storage, plus about $200 for service. I was told the battery went bad in the three months I left it there, so I need to buy a new one (meaning, they probably never plugged it to a trickle charger). Later I discovered that some of the rubber attachments from my RAM mount where stolen. They didnt care about my complain. A couple of weeks later I found out that I was missing the bolt that attaches the exhaust can to the bike frame, and somehow my cigarette outlet doesnt work anymore. This is a fairly new bike (2012 Kawasaki concourse 14), with less than 10k miles. I feel I paid a bunch of money to left my bike be vandalized. No way to prove any of this, but too many coincidences in my opinion.
Went in a couple of months ago,, spoke to a Patrick about my 96 Virago 1100, he was very knowledgeable and courteous.. I’m getting ready to get some work done and will definitely be bringing it to Pasadena Yamaha! Thanks again! John
Dont buy a Yamaha they cant get replacement parts for the bikes that they currently have on the road. 2 months awaiting parts.Dont buy the extended warranty not worth it
I didnt quite buy a bike, in fact I know absolutely nothing about them, but I went just to look around with a friend and we were approached by an awesome sales rep named Rich. Man this guy was freaking cool. We chatted and chatted and chatted forever and he made me really comfortable. He was super knowledgeable, personable, experienced, and passionate about customer service. He really added to the overall pleasant vibe of the place (picture a small local shop). He was also very forthcoming and tried to get my friend the best price possible while letting him know about any hidden costs too. When Im ready to get a bike, I will most definitely go out of my way (I live like 45 min. away) to come here just because of how phenomenally likeable Richs personality is.
Awesome shop. We will definitely be coming back here for whatever we need. The guys we worked with were all super friendly and knowledgeable. The first person we spoke with, Alex, even helped me unload the bike from my truck. The owner, Kal, was cool and worked with me on the pricing of the repairs... He saved us a ton of money and was extremely patient with us. The mechanic, Chris, answered all my questions and concerns. I really trust these guys with my bike. Thanks so much Pasadena Yamaha. We will be back and definitely refer our friends!!
Love this place. Alex and Patrick are so helpful and owner Kel always so friendly.
This is possibly the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I dealt with multiple employees: Kel, Rich, and Patrick. All were absolutely stupendous. Rich was not pushy, and he was honest and straight forward. He worked with me to find the best bike in my budget. Kel was very personable, and started the paperwork for the sale of the bike himself. Patrick was great, very nice and accommodating when I was purchasing gear and parts. After I bought the bike, they welcomed me to the family, and that is truly how it feels. I know these guys have my back. Thanks so much Pasadena Yamaha!!
I will speak to their service department, but their sales folks were equally attentive. I brought my bike in with a loose dashboard and to get an estimate on a dent that my moving company had put in the fuel tank. They were able to take a quick look and fix the loose dashboard and wiring on the spot as well as give me a timely and fair estimate to repair the fuel tank. My interaction with their head of their service department was excellent. We got to talking and had a very friendly discussion. My strong impression is that I would trust him and his service center. Ill update this post as I get work done in the future, but they will be my go to place for my motorcycle needs. Strong positive endorsement.
Just bought a used bike here. Sales manager was super helpful but not pushy and took the time to go over all my questions. Showed me all the features on the bike I bought and even delivered it to my place with a full tank of gas. Will definitely go back in the future
These guys are great. Totaled my old bike and needed a new ride... They were very helpful and didnt try to upsell on stuff I didnt need. Highly recommend.
Dropped by for the first time to get some oil for by bike. Very clean and simple store. They had the oil I needed at a great price and chatted with the cashier about their upcoming demo day. You can hear the passion in his voice. He called over to another guy sitting at a desk, hey Dad, we need some more demo day flyers printed out. This statement really drove home what I was feeling as I walked in. A warm and welcoming family run business with nice and passionate people. See you on the next demo day! Thanks for the oil.
This is the place you want to come to with a staff who is knowledgeable and will address all your questions.I came by looking to see if they had a particular bike I might like to get as my first. Indeed, they did and I was sold.Prior to visiting, I had done my homework and gone to other shops, as well as visiting online shops reading up on the reviews. This shop was by far the most ideal and had competitive prices that worked well within my budget.Rich S. is the man you want to go to for your first time needs. Hes a calm, cool, and very respectable person who will help you out if youre just there to browse or do business.I myself ended up walking in and walking out the owner of a brand new 2013 Yamaha FZ6R at a price I was able afford as to other places I have seen and visited.Rich took care of me and everything went smoothly with the purchase. I was set with my paperwork and my keys before I knew it!If you guys are looking for a place that looks after riders, then this is the place for you.I rate their service and professionalism 5/5.Regardless of my review you should remember, look around, do your homework, and youll make the right choice. This might be your place and it might not.The experience I had and the customer service dealt was top notch in my opinion. Thanks Pasadena Yamaha!
Bought my brand new Yamaha here and love it. Family-run business, great people, more than willing to help. I felt like I had great personalized service.
Best motorcycles for everyone yamaha is the best
Good customer service. Went to shop for a helmet and the salesman was helpful w/o being pushy. Walked out w/o buying and salesman was still courteous and personable. Will probably go back and buy there when Im ready.
All the people there are friendly, they greet you with a handshake and make it known that this places treats everyone like family. just went in there for look n see whats new and almost bought a bike but couldnt cuz I was working at the time.(lunch break) I will be going back very soon. Keep up the great work.
Chain service. They got the job done. Nice people, willing to talk about bikes or if you have a general question. Anytime im in rhe neighborhood and i need service i plan on going here. Alex is a cool guy.
Great local spot for service and possibly a new bike. Parking in rear is much easier! Thanks Patrick for the help today.
Basically tricked me into opening a credit account when I told Rich I wanted to do a credit check and i was only interested in looking at what a new bike would cost, not ready to buy one that day. Rich was pushy the whole time and pretty much told me I was an idiot for not buying a bike. I should have read the paper I signed more closely but he flat out said it was a credit check, not opening a line of credit. Went with a Honda, better bike and dealer.
Getting nothing but praise from me, I dont know too many dealerships that I can walk into, drop my bike off and have like a half hour conversation about Star Wars! Haha These guys are great and I would recommend them to anybody. Do great work, at a great price and they will never push you to buy something. Just going to give you their honest opinion and I completely respect that.
Great Service! The employees are honest and I have had many services done there, large and small. I would recommend this location.
Best customer service ever, family owned and they take their time with you, Rich is awesome he takes the time to get to know you, and is very patience with an awesome knowledge of his job and the bikes in the shop. Cant wait to get our bike from here. Thank you for the experience.
Didnt take long to feel like family at this place. Rich Sesma is a great Representative of Pasadena Yamaha--I would say Salesman because thats technically what he functions as--but, he doesnt operate that way. I stumbled by this place on accident late one night, then I came in the next day.It was freaking 90+ degrees the day I came and they offered water AND bottles of Black Tea. Plus they have couches you can chill on. I was able to take my gear off and relax,Rich greeted me as I came in and we started talking about bikes and his experiences riding, and even other stories about his life. It was a personable experience I enjoyed. I told him I was looking for a used 2019 R3 and he gave me straightforward information about that bike. Then he showed me this used 2018 Ninja 400 the shop recently acquired that wasnt even on the floor yet because it needed cosmetic repairs. The thing is, we didnt even go back to look at it just so he could sell it to me, he just told me how blown away he was how crazy modified it was; the original owner modified nearly every single replaceable component of the bike and he wanted to show me all the work that had been done to it.I ended up buying it that day, because it was a really good, fair price--and a steal for me. With all of the modifications done to it Yamaha could have charged $3,000, but instead they charged the fair market price, and it saved me a lot money in the long run. Plus, the bike had stupid low miles!AND the original owner of the bike gave Yamaha all of the stock parts along with the bike. Now, Yamaha could have kept those parts and sold them separately, or charged me extra for them, but they didnt. They gave them to me along with the purchase. The bike was ready for me the next day like they said it would be.Another thing I appreciate about Rich is this: when he was working and talking with me a colleague came and asked him to reach out to another customer through phone but Rich refused to because he was working with me.ALSO, I already had a pre-approved auto loan through my credit union and when I told Rich I had one, he stopped the financing process through Yamaha so that their credit checks wouldnt hurt my credit score--thank you. Honda screwed my wifes score bad with that. Rich didnt press on financing through Yamaha. This store is dope. Imma be back--with weapons (kidding). Ill be back for maintenance for my bike.
From my first phone call to picking up my bike after service, they were wonderful to interact with. I did not buy my bike there, but they treated me as if I had. They helped me to coordinate with Yamaha corporate on a known issue that wasnt a formal recall. They went to bat for me and got my part and labor covered at no cost to me! I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. Pasadena Yamaha will be my dealer from now on!
Its a small dealer but they seems to have all the latest models. Staff were knowledgeable and courteous .
This shop is great! We bought a scooter there about a year ago and I liked the atmosphere. A few days ago, I got interested in a used Yamaha from on their website. I asked them for more info/stats/pics about the bike and they sent me everything at once. When I went there to have a closer look, they let me do a test drive without any problems. Nobody was pushing me to buy, they were just super friendly, told me about the service records of the bike and gave me a great price. I am not good in haggling and talking, so this was just the place I was looking for. Needless to say, I bought the bike and dont regret any minute on it. Feel almost guilty, that I dont think about my old Kawasaki anymore ...
Had a very good experience buying my new FJR from Rich. Was easy to deal with & negotiate with.
Excellent customer service and quality work. Went in to find out what exactly was wrong and they diagnosed exactly what was wrong. Serviced my bike right then and there and I left a very satisfied customer. This is now my store for any of my motorcycle needs.
I just bought a FZ-09 and I have to say the people that work here are stand up guys. I got a good deal, and are they are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place before any other Yamaha store.
Purchased my bike here in October of 2011 V-Star 950. The staff is great and supportive. I have had the bike rebuilt after it went down and the service was fantastic. Ill buy my next bike here.
Good independent Yamaha powersports dealer with service support. Family owned and supported by a excellent staff. Do say hi to Ruffus their canine greeter.
Great customer service! They value the customers and help how it is possible. I suggest reaching out to Richard there, if you are looking for a motorcycle.
Great service. Very professional and honest. Patrick is a very nice guy with solid work integrity .
Sorry guys but every time I purchase something, I feel like Im being taken advantage of. The most recent being a battery (you stock) that I had to purchase for the holiday weekend. I bought it for almost $100 when amazon has the same make/model battery for $46 delivered. My fault for waiting till the last minute but shame on you!Last time I was pricing leak jets and the kid behind the counter didnt even know what I was taking about.I wont be back - Ill drive the extra distance.
Amazing customer service and quality work. Took my bike to berts on a Monday to get my tire replaced and it busted 2 months later.I had been calling to let them know its been leaning and they said it was the new grips on the bike as they are adjusting. Took it to this place they replaced my tire and decided to get full service along with an exhaust upgrade because their service yd amazing at an affordable price.
Its comforting to have a place close by that I can swing by and ask questions. Pasadena Yamaha makes my bike life a little less anxious.
My experiance was awesome. Right when I walked in just felt a great vibe. Everyone was super helpful and very friendly and personable. Great knowledge and answered every question I had. Never felt presured once while I was there. I will be going back and recommend to others.THANK YOU !! Rich, Patrick and Alex for making my first time buy a great experiance!!!!
Amazing customer service. The throttle on my v star had a lot of play in it and they fixed it right away. I was even offered free food.
Knowledgeable, helpful staff. Very painless experience buying my new bike.
This place is top notch, just had some warranty work done on my bike. Patrick in the front was very professional and helpful.
This place is awesome! Went in to get my brand new 2017 yz450f! Rich and Kel helped me out and the knowledge they have and the customer service that was received was A1. I wouldnt go anywhere else to buy blue and will definitely be sending any Yamaha buyers I know, to Pasadena Yamaha!
Just putting out there my recent experience with the Service Department. I brought in my Yamaha R3 on a recall service. I was told it wasnt a problem and it would be ready the next day, since I called in a month previous to get my kit ordered in time. But most importantly, I was told I would receive a phone call when the service was completed. That phone call never came. This was on a Friday, so my bike would have been ready on Saturday. Since the business is closed Sunday and Monday, and because I didnt receive the call, I had to wait three extra days to get my bike back. There is no value in customer service, and it seems no practice in it either here at this dealership.
Great bikes. Only place I shop at!
Got my first bike thanks to richard and alex really great people and great customer service. I recommend you going there for a bike they would really help you out for everything you would need in order to get a bike not just but they would help you out with maintance and services and they would really treat you as a part of a family .
Could be much better if they pay a little more attention to customers
Great customer service from all the staff.
Family owned and run. This is the place to buy, service, or get accessories for your motorcycle.
Demo day, MT09, MT10, XFR900
Nice customer service
Trust. Its incredibly important for a motorcycle rider. Most of all trust between mechanic and rider. I can sum up our experience at Pasadena Yamaha with a few sew simple words...loyal customers from now on.We spoke with Alex to begin with and he was so helpful with getting the bike off our truck and took his time talking to us about what the issue could be and etc. he was super nice and friendly. Some people have that warmth in their heart that you can just feel right off the bat. Well, the whole staff here was like that. The owner, Kal, is a patient and kind man. I lost my phone and he lent me his to find it. It was an ordeal and they were so nice to help out. Our mechanics name was Chris, he answered all our questions and explained what the problem was. All of the people we dealt with here we patient and warm. They treated us like friends/family more than customers. :)They adjusted a few things and their pricing was fair and definitely made sense to us. Kal even worked with us to give us an incredible price for the service and we couldnt be happier. Whenever anything needs to be done...we will be at Pasadena Yamaha!!!Thank you so much guys!!!
I have had multiple bikes, I first started out with an R3 and of course the first place I went to was my local Yamaha dealer.I will have to say the very first time I ever walked into this place, I was blown away, its an awesome family owned business everyone caters to your needs and you will always leave a happy customer.I now have a Panigale 899 and moved far away from pasadena, northridge to be exact and I still come to here for the maintenance.I love the guys, and the service.
Im an occasional customer; always got good service and good advice; folks know what theyre doing, do it, dont over change or upsell.
Grabbed a battery for my motorcycle here. Great atmosphere and awesome customer service.
These guys are taking a lot of money from me. They are very reasonable and personable, I dont even ride s bike they sale, yet they are still willing to help out with whatever I need.
Always a great experience.
Great service and very reasonable
Dont come here they charge a huge price for parts. More than the actual Yamaha. They upcharge everything so just stay away and buy online.
