Everyone was super nice and helpful. I went in because I had a screw in my tire. They got me right in and it turns out that this screw hadnt actually penetrated my tire was just kind of stuck in the tread. No charge to me. Very honest people. Will definitely go back when I need new tires.

The place is reliable, responsive, and generally quick to turn your car back over to you. I can’t say I’ve taken my car here for particularly extensive work, but I’ve had many an oil change, tire replacement, and suspension maintenance performed here. They are both close to me and reliable so I will continue to patronize the place until that changes.

Replacement of tire was pretty fast as promised. Left grease on my driver’s seat when I got car back. The cleaned up as best they could for me, but shouldn’t have had the issue.

When I called and asked what services they provided and how long it would take, they gave me an answer that was consistent with what actually happened.I had a tire blow unexpectedly and my tires needed replacing anyway. Brian recommended Goodyear eagle sports, which I enjoy thoroughly on my X3.The price was reasonable and the time it took to install and align my car was reasonable as well.Thank you!

Well I knew going in that this was not going to be an easy job and probably fairly expensive. I have a 20 year old car and not much has ever been replaced on it evidently the water pump went up on me and they were able to install that water pump and test every other things associated with that in the same day. Very impressive. Most of the work involved a lot of Labor a lot of disassembling parts just to get to the water pump. I have had no problems since the work was done its been a couple weeks and actually it feels like it runs better than it did before good job guys!

Worked with Kat over the phone to order four new tires for my wife and she was great. She answered all of my questions each time I called and helped schedule us an appointment the next day.On the day my wife dropped the car off they quoted us a time of two hours for the work, with an extra hour if an alignment was needed. Unfortunately the time they estimated for completing the job was not accurate and my wife missed some time off of work waiting for the car. But the shop was very polite and apologized for the inconvenience, and Dan made sure we were all squared away at the end of the day.Great customer service and we will be returning here again for future vehicle work.

This was my first time going to Bay Area Tire & Service. I went to them after my regular tire place told me they couldnt fit me in for 3 days to patch my tire after they had open appointment online (whatsthe point of the online appointment if they dont honor them?). I went online and found Bay Area Tire, made a appointment for the next day. I walked in and my tire was patched up in less then an hour. It sucks when you get a nail in your tire but I am glad Bay Area was able to take my car and patch it up!

If you go to a auto repair shop and its not busy turn around and walk away because theyre not worth your time or money. And in Pasadena, if the shop isnt busy theres a reason.I have been a mechanic since 1976. Granted the only time Ive been to Bay Tire is to have vehicles that I was buying or selling to get inspected. And I appreciate the fact that they only tell me what is wrong with my car to pass inspection and not try to upsell me on the slightest oil leaks, or bend the rules of the inspection to get there flat rate hours up.And as John Connors model 101 cyborg buddy would say Ill be back

Kat was great. She explained to me what I needed. She quoted a price. They did the work I needed and I was home. I chose to go from Catonsville to Pasadena because Bay Area Tire knows how to do customer service.

Called.to setup a MD State Safety inspection. Asked if an appointment was needed; told nope, just show up in the morning. When I did show up the next morning, they said an appointment was needed. So I made an appointment. When I show up for the appointment, the guy had called out. They called all his appointments, but, they didnt assign my inspection to the only guy that does them, so I didnt get a call. They offered me another appointment. I declined their offer 1 opportunity to make a good fiirst impression and missed it. They are 2 for 2 and thankfully II had scheduled an appointment elsewhere for the next day.if the gatekeepers are not all aware, that is one thy, but to compound it by not assigning it to the technician just leaves a bad taste in my mouth and to take my business elsewhere.

Had a van inspected, throughly explained what failed and how to reinspect it after repairs were made. Very professional.

Up front and honest. I had brake issues, balancing of all four tires required, brake fluid flushed and front end was aligned. All done to my 4x4 within 3 hours. I will go no where else to take care of my vehicles. The diagnosis of what to do and competent mechanics are the best around here.

The manager, Dan, was efficient and courteous. Rick, the shop manager called before any work was done with no hidden or last minute surprises on the work needed to be done. He also called when my car was ready for pick up with the same price he quoted beforehand. I bought my tires here earlier this year and the service here is outstanding. Took my car in for a state inspection.Total charge was $250.00 because I needed a serpentine belt and wiper blades. $100 labor (above the inspection fee) for two relatively inexpensive parts I could have installed myself. Wipers = 2 minutes....I have great respect for this shop and take my vehicles there to get things done Im not able to do, but I feel like there was a bit of fat on this.I expected some of this, so Im not really mad; but it keeps me from giving 5 stars, which they SHOULD deserve otherwise.

The people who work there were very nice. I had an appointment at 8 am and they had me in and out. I was told 1 hour but they had my tires on and balanced and everything in about 45 minutes. When I need tires again I will definitely go to them again.

Prices fair, service fast. We have purchased numerous tires from here in the past and been happy overall. The only downside this purchase was we were quoted a price, when it was rung up, it was rung up incorrectly I questioned the $100 difference and was told oops, I forgot to apply the coupon... I felt like asking if I had stupid written on my forehead. I hope it was just a mistake.

Ive been going to Bay area for years, never been over charged once. They made a believer out of me when my wife hit a curb and blew a tire out. I told her to get two new front tires. They actually told her the tread on the other tire was so good she could get away with only one tire. Now thats putting the customer before the almighty dollar. Will always deal here. AAAAAA++++++++.

The service was great. The only odd thing was that I only went in for an ac issue and apparently an alignment was added on. Not saying it was randomly added. It was mentioned and i heard the word. But not the sentence cause of the masks we still have to wear. Im positive that it was needed so I didnt say anything then in there but it was an extra I didnt plan. The ac problem turned out the be a blown fuse. A self fix job for less the $10
