My husband and I purchased a car from this dealer, the process took a very long time because there are literally only 3 guys there. The owner does all the financial paperwork and has the manager running back and forth with a printed paper of the deal details for the loan, which did not include the term length nor the interest rate. They seemed really indifferent as far as customer service, the manager told my husband I was pushy while I was standing there! (I was telling him I can not commit to a loan without all the details...and I was not moving forward without all the details, had I not they would have signed the loan with a 24% interest rate!) So because it was so late on a Friday and Easter weekend we had to get the insurance cards on Monday morning and go back for the car, which was fine. I get there to pick up the car about 4:30 pm and he asked for an additional document of lien holder on the insurance, my insurance closes at 5pm, so luckily I was able to get that done but I was so mad because if I had showed up later they wouldnt have let me drive the new car home, and I live an hour and 15 minutes away. They made this whole experience so difficult it felt like pulling teeth to get the information in small bits from them. So, now I have the car and I figured I could get my account registered online for making payments...think again. There is no way to see your account balance, manage your payments or anything! its literally just a tab on their website that you can make a check payment, and dont be fooled, it shows 3 steps, where step 2 says you move on to confirm before submitting but even that is misleading as well, step 3 is your receipt! I suggest having your own financing ready to take with you before purchasing from them if you decide they have a car you want to buy.

As with every used car there were a couple of things it needed to have done, but nothing major and its just over all a fun to drive reliable car.Thank you Chuck and Ray for helping us out I highly recommend you guys to anyone any day of the week!

Terrible service, there is a guy there his name is Ray make sure you don’t go to him. He is prejudice against anyone who is not the same ethnic background or religion as him. Also will constantly bug you about your payments on your vehicle. He is not good at getting back at someone when asked. Very rude and unwelcoming when you walk in I would just avoid him or even going to this place it’s better to go to a big brand owned dealership.

BEWARE! Purchased a USED truck- with significant mechanical issues. Attempted on numerous occasions to speak with Ray (owner) not reasonable at all. Basically will NOT stand behind the vehicle sold. AWFUL experience! Bad BUSINESS morals with no protection for the buyer.... just terribleUPDATE AFTER RAY’ S BOGUS REPLY-This truck was a BAD DEAL PERIOD! In less than 1500 miles the starter, alternator and transmission are all OUT. It has not been over driven or any such scenario as Ray Shafie states. Ray lies, cheats and steals- that is his specialized business model. Also, he NEVER offered to repair this truck at ANYTIME- total lie. Bottom line- he says Crown City Motors throughly inspects their cars- that is laughable! This truck was purchased at an auction and RESOLD at over a 500% mark up-guaranteed. He is a very dishonest, raging tempered person who has proven to be a total scam! Small claims court here we come- will post outcome.... TBC

I leased a vehicle at Crown City Motors and then purchased it. As of todayI still have not received my Pink Slip for my car I purchased. By law of the State of California I should have received my Pink Slip with-in 30 days Imsenior citizen and on a fixed income. Ive called and E-mailed about my pink slip and still I have not gotten it. Recently I received a call from an employee saying my PinkSlip was at the office and needed to pick it up. I would not do business with this company ever again.

Worst experience ever.Coming from FT. IRWI bought a car from them, The car was great untill I had to drive back to base just to find out I had all sorts of problems.Top it off it passed Warranty just coming back home.So I’m left with A unusable car.No efforts at all.Would I go back? Nope!At least most of the workers there are cool. Just some.Most would just walk up to you asking to give them a 5 star review even if they didn’t helped you at all?So I’ll be cautious on some of the five stars.

I came in to purchase tires for my 2016 Honda SI. I found the posting online so I decided to call . I spoke to Ray and he quoted the price $30 cheaper per tire than I had received elsewhere.
