I picked up my truck from Diaz Auto Collision yesterday evening and I’m extremely satisfied with the work they performed! I have used Diaz Auto collision twice now and Ive alwayshad a great and positive experience with their customer service and craftsmanship. Everyone involved here has always been honest with me and told me exactly what is going on. They are also very flexible with insurance claims and help guide clients through the process of having their cars repaired. I recently bought my dream truck in August of 2020. My first brand new vehicle. In January of 2021 my dream vehicle was hit by a drunk driver. Since it was still a brand new vehicle, I wanted all dealer parts to replace the damaged parts on my truck. I had a hard time with the insurance in the beginning trying to get the parts I wanted. I looked up Diaz and talked to Israel about what happened to my truck and what I was wanting and he understood and knew how much I valued my truck. He fought with the insurance to get what I wanted and did an awesome job making it look brand new, the way I bought it. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Thank you so much.

Diaz auto collision has always taken great care of my vehicles, all the way from dealing with the insurance companys to making sure I was updated with everything that was happening...they are very professional and have a great facility and proper paint booth...they had my mustang looking better then when it came from the dealer.

I must admit I was a bit Leary at first. I am the type that thinks the Dealership is the only place to take a vehicle for proper services. Israel Diaz greeted me inspected my vehicle deemed it unsafe to drive and took it in for repairs immediately. He made sure I got home that day (Uber). Laura assisted with getting me a rental vehicle and kept me up to date of when my repairs would be complete. I haven’t been involved in a accident since the 80’s and Diaz Auto Collision made it smooth sailing. I recommend them for safe, friendly, reliable collision repairs. Thanks again.

After a hit and run that left damage to the back of my car i randomly picked this place because i went on google and went for the auto collision place that had most best reviews first thing i noticed when i walked in the receptionist greeted me nicely was helpful and offered an ice cold water or soda which makes you feel like a valued customer then as i came to pick up my car today i was VERY impressed it was nice shiny cleaned from inside and out and the back part they worked on looked like new im very happy with the results the detail and outcome is amazing Diaz Auto Collision did a great job glad i picked this place and if ever needed i will be back thank you guys so much! When I got into my accident I was in search for a great place, and a lot of other placed wanted to charge just to look at my car not this place. I worked with a lot Sadie due to my insurance not wanting to pay the claim, instead of them turning me away she helped in every way she could, between keeping me updated, staying on top of my insurance company eventually getting them to release it and getting the car completed. We took our Chevy Truck to get repaired after being side swiped. The insurance wanted to write us off with a $500 check. I called our dealership and after hearing of the awful insurance the other driver had, they said we should be prepared to leave our truck a few months and that supplemental damages would probably not get approved and we would have to pay. Decided to look around and after seeing all the great reviews for Diaz Auto Collision we took our truck there. 2 weeks later, supplemental damages approved, we have our truck back in perfect condition. We are extremely happy with the great customer service provided by Israel and Sady. Definitely recommend their services. Thank you!!

The guys at Diaz matched the paint on my car to the tee. Israel worked with me on getting a different hood for my car and was still with in the budget. Also, Israel managed to get me new headlights instead of the used one the insurance wanted to pay for.
