I have a Honda Accord(2009). And the results are amazing. This is no easy work but the gentlemen in the back who repaired my car are Elite.I didn’t notice the repair.I want to exalt the team here at monument Chevrolet in Pasadena Texas.I would like to mention Kim in her customer service. I was waiting a while for a rental car. When I mentioned how long I was waiting for a rental she immediately got off the phone and the next call I received was “ your rental is ready”. I came to the shop and the gentlemen from enterprise was waiting for me at Kim’s lobby with the key to my rental. Then Jim took my car in and I got another outstanding gentlemen. He took care me like if I was his son. Kept me updated through out the week. Thank you guys very much!! You guys have my vote for the best collision department in Texas!I highly recommend you guys!

Replaced my bumper from an accident. Looks brand new and paint matches. Corina was great to deal with and a big help!

We bought our Tahoe from the monument dealership which was actually a great experience. My wife was t boned two weeks before my third daughter was born with only 92 mile on the vehicle from the the moment I call them to ask if they could help they rallied around us like family. From the mangers to Kim in collisions great advise honest answers and constant contact. We got the truck back looking brand new clean and no problems with any repairs. We have been treated wonderfully from start to finish and they check in to verify all is well. GREAT, PROFESSIONAL, HONEST

My car was given to me with damages on the roof that where not there before entering the shop. Once I told them, they denied it happening there. Even after the photos they took did not show the damages. Roof was scratched horribly and had a different color paint on it. Manager was a complete joke. Would laugh from time to time. Would not listen to was i had to say. Wasted my time leaving work early to get there before they close on 2 different days. Would give them I negative star rating if I could!

Monument Chevrolet is the best! This is my first time using the collision center. I bought my car here 5 years ago, all service is done here. My insurance wanted me to go to their repair shop but I choose Monument Chevrolet because I trust them. I just picked my car up today and again great service & Friendly staff.Hassle Free process. Enterprise rent a car has office on site which makes it super easy to schedule your rental. The collision center did all dealing with my insurance. I literally dropped my car off my rental was there for me to pick up. Jim Bartlett was awesome in the communication department. He kept me informed of every step and target date for completing the repairs. He was easy to contact with questions. My car looked great inside and out! Awesome detail job, Thank you

I had a great experience with Corina in the collision center. I had issues with my insurance company, and Corina helped me get through the process with them. I received my vehicle on time, and had updates during the whole process. I had a small issue when I picked up my vehicle, and Corina got it squared away quickly. I have dealt with many other places, and this by far was one of the best experiences. If I have the inconvenience of another collision, I will definitely return. I recommend highly.
