Store Manager, Art, and staff were excellent to see I d two tires and explained throughly service maintenance matters with my vehicle.I felt like they dealt with me and my issues in a very timely manner. I firmly believe they are very thorough with diagnostics and inspections and offer great advice based upon the history records of the vehicle and the type of driver you are.They definitely know their stuff !

I highly recommend American Tire Depot in Pasadena for professional, high quality automotive service, including brake and engine services. Art, Daniel and the entire staff are very friendly and professional. My truck’s steering and suspension are old(183000 miles). I spoke of my sloppy steering and lack of response in my suspension. Art and Daniel wrote me up for an inspection. We all went out to my truck on the lift and the mechanic discussed what he discovered. I could not afford everything we discovered under my truck. I discussed my budget with Art and Daniel. The staff worked out a plan. Let’s replace the most necessary items and replace less important parts at a future appointment. They came up with a financial plan and future appointments of service. I ended up replacing my water pump and rear suspension. At my next appointment, we will approach the steering system and brake calipers. Thank you Art, Daniel and the entire professional staff at American Tire Depot in Pasadena. I went in late afternoon because I was driving to LAX the same evening, but my tires were worn down to the tread. They were very busy. But they were able to replace all four tires and align my car while I waiting less than 2 hours. They helped me to feel safe for the long drive on the freeway. The guys at the counter were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I love the smell of my new tires and my ride is so much better and secure. Check them out.

Poor service. Guy on the phone sounded like he was on speaker. Very unwilling to help. Called another location and wow got what I needed. Train your staff. If you are a dealer of a wheel you can get all the pieces to that wheel. I understand good help is hard to find but that guy was just plain lazy or not smart.

When I asked about mismatching tires the manager advised that mismatched tires wouldnt be a problem after they couldnt order the ones I had on my car the day I came in. Afterwards driving my car wouldnt break or handle as well with the newly installed tires which made the car uncomfortable and less safe. Also after the two tires were installed I noticed scratches on my rims due to carelessness of the mechanics. I shouldve already known not to get tires that dont match what I have, BUT its not right to take advantage and give customers bad advice just to make a sale that day especially since I showed I was concerned the tires are different and I said I recently bought my car. Its known that cars dont drive well with mismatched tires so the manager obviously knew better but didnt want to say and possibly lose a sale. Now I had to get all four new tires at Big O to fix this and my car runs much better now. Also big o did not leave my rims scratched up carelessly.

I needed new tires and I went in person to get a recommendation. I spoke with Carlos and he help me decide on Hankook 426 tires. I went the next day to get the tires replaced and the mechanic mentioned that both my lower control arms bushings needed replacing. Carlos gave me a fair price on the unexpected expense and we proceeded on the repairs. After receiving the repairs my car would drive much much more smoothly and with better control. This location was recommended by a family friend. He was thrilled with his purchase. I trusted him and even though I did price check at another location the price I was quoted here couldnt be beat. I was told the tire I needed was not available but that they would try to get it for me the same day. Within 3 hours they had 4 brand new tires for my SUV. I got installed, a warranty and alignment and I could not be more satisfied. A little bit of a wait because the shop was really busy. I called in yesterday after a horrible experience with the location close to my house in Rosemead. I was greeted by Carlos with an upbeat, enthusiastic greeting. Upon explaining my situation, he apologized for his colleagues at the Rosemead location and told me he was going to make things right for me. My tire is under warranty and he offered to take care of me that same day. I went in and was greeted by the friendly staff. Upon asking for Carlos, I was pointed to where he was stationed and I was in and out within an hour even with them being busy. Thank you guys now I understand why you have so many great reviews.

The only place I would go for tires or tire repair. Three times I’ve been in there this past year for little tire repair, tire pressure issue or nail in my tire. They always fix right the first time, they are always pleasant and very easy to work with. They get you in and out as quickly as possible. The guys are super nice, helpful and friendly and they keep the waiting area spotlessly and the seat down (if you know what I mean)! Thanks again guys.

This was a very bad experience. I got the tires I wanted at the agreed price but it took a long time of unnecessary waiting. They sold me an oil change which they charged me for but never actually performed. I was waiting an extra hour after my tires had been installed for the oil change. After an extra hour of waiting they told me the oil service was done. This was a total lie. When I confronted them with this issue requesting an immediate refund they were not at all surprised with this issue. The next day I again requested my refund for the charge for work that was never done and they informed me that the refund would take 2 - 3 weeks to process.

Friendly staff. Got me an appointment quickly and same day. Finished the work 30-40 minutes so I could enjoy the rest of my Saturday!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this amazing crew, starting with Art. They are super professional and FAST! In just 90 minutes they had new tires on my car, did an alignment and put on new wiper blades. This is a great location from which to walk a couple blocks for lunch and/or shopping which I did while they put on the new tires. So, considering that, there was NO WAITING around wasting time. I have been to this tire shop many times now. I got new tires for my 2007 VW GTI and new tires for my 2016 Shelby GT350 here. The customer service is very good, and they are very efficient at doing their work.Last week I needed some new tires for my Shelby, so I went to the shop and ordered a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires (They had to be special ordered from their warehouse because they were special performance tires). The tires came after 2 days, and they did a good job mounting and balancing the wheels and tires for me.Today, I found a really bad cut on the sidewall of the tire on my Shelby (only a week after I got them). The tire needed to be replaced immediately. So I went to the shop to get it replaced. And luckily, they had a set of the same tires laying around the shop, so I didnt have to wait a few days to get it replaced.I was worried that I had to pay for a new tire, but since I got road hazard warranty from American Tire Depot, I didnt have to pay for the replacement tire. All I needed to pay for was the labor and the road hazard warranty for the new tire. That saved me about $400!!!I highly recommend this shop if you need to get new tires. Also, it is VERY VERY worth it to get the road hazard warranty for your new tires.

Arrived on Monday afternoon for a tire rotation and alignment. I was greeted with a professional smile and salutation. This is the ATD where I had purchased the tires that I am using on my truck. The facility is clean and modern. The employees are clean and professional in regard to how they treated me and my vehicle. My truck was done in 30 minutes. We ran into a nail and we go there to fix it, they gave us a defect tire, lucky no one was hurt.Just got the tire changed and the techician said the tire is serious deformed and can cause bad accident.

I first shopped for tires and created my appointment online. The website automatically applied a discount which was great and emailed me my quote. In store, every staff member was easy to talk to and kind. They installed and balanced two tires within 30 min. They gave me a good price for the road hazard protection. I couldnt have asked for more. It was an excellent experience. I will be back.

I just bought a 2010 Honda Pilot from the Car Depot in Pasadena, and Car Depot helped me get a great deal on Goodyear tires at American Tire Depot. They made sure it was done right, and that thet the tires matched the one old tire that was good, and it was placed on the rear.They checked the alignment, and it was out slightly causing it to pull to the right. They fixed the alignment at a fair price.

Armin took good care of me.I really enjoyed my experience here - never thought I would say that about a tire shop, haha!Staff were very helpful and friendly. They put spacers that I brought in for free and gave my Subaru a much needed alignment.

The customer service was great. I called after getting a flat and Jonathan was very helpful. I would have given 5 starts but I was disappointed that not all the employees were masked properly. One came to the lobby from the garage without a mask at all and stayed behind the desk for about 5 minutes and on a different day another employee was wearing his mask under his nose. During this time of COVID everyone must keep in mind safety. When you go to a place of business and masks are mandated for customers (which I really appreciate) but when you see employees walking around without masks it made me uncomfortable.

Great service! great deals! Selected tires online and reserved appt online for installation two days later. Many brand options beyond the first few listed in web search — think I clicked something like “more tires” or “see all” — don’t remember exactly, but poke around a bit if the brand you want doesn’t show initially. Received confirmation for installation appt the night before. All completed and installed to plan. Nice to be able to make arrangements in off hours. I don’t have the kind of job where I can step away to make phone calls during working hours. Appreciate how well it went and new tires are fantastic. Seeing new tread depth highlighted how much I had worn the old tires.

Highly unorganized and arrogant. 01/02/2021I received a call from their District Manager on 01/03/2021 whom arranged the service and ensured that the store meets the term of the tire insurance I contracted.I was serviced by the Store Manager on Monday 01/04/2021.I hope no one else have similar triggering experience.But overall my issues was fixed.

I call the shop and the sale rep. is very helpful. He reversed the tires for me and when I got there he actually setup an appointment for my tire installation already! I have a very positive experience with American Tire Depot at Pasadena location.

The person on the counter was very good in helping with my needs. But it was at the end when I noticed smoke coming from my hood. When I opened my hood the mechanic forgot to but the oil fill cap back on. Not sure why he took it off in the first place since it was a job for new tires and suspension work. My Engine was full of oil and I had to clean and change my oil. That’s the only problem I had with the device at this location.
