They have lots of holloween stuff plus party stuff. Staff is extremly helpfull and great with kids.

This place was very clean modern and updated employees are helpful but they did have a few things missing but I think that’s most places 🤔

Awesome service announcement. Yesterday I did curbside pick up at party city in Pasadena for a cousin get together I am having for my girls birthday today at my house. This morning I opened the bag and to my surprise my banners weren’t there. It is my fault for not checking yesterday but still irritated that they weren’t efficient and that I got charged for something I didn’t get. Called the store and the person that answered told me she got with the assistant manager and I needed to come up there to get a refund. I wasn’t happy with that because it’s an inconvenience for their mistake. The store manager got on the phone and saw right away that I didn’t get the banners because they were out of stock but I still got charged and I never got an email telling me the banners were out or a refund for them. She said she had some other banners that would match perfectly and that they had adequate staff today to personally bring me the banners since my party is starting soon.......WOW. This is from Pasadena to North Shore and I made sure she realized that and she said it was no problem. Kudos to Pasadena Party City. Way to turn an irritated customer into a very happy and grateful one. Service like this doesn’t exist anymore. Britney Gonzales(not sure about spelling) arrived at my house within 30 min and even brought balloons to make up for the inconvenience. This is amazing service.

Ordered 18box of sidewalk chalk. next day got a phone call from the store and the lady told me that they had inventory update error so I only can get 1box of it. i did not expect that they will deliver only 1 box of chalk . it was only $2 total. on top of that, they did free delivery for only $2 chalk and they also gave me many of other chalk since they did not have item that i ordered was not in stock.it gives me huge impression and they make my day. i guess manager lady left her hand writing note inside of shopping bag!!! they do care customers and their child as well.

Ive had so many party events the past year or two and this place has been so helpful. I picked out some ring trays that I really liked but unfortunately had been placed in the wrong rack so the price was different when rung. I would’ve been sad to put them back but I was not going to make a big deal about it (this kind of mistake happens).The cashier spoke to the manager on his own initiative and gave me the pricing... so I thought that was super sweet and helpful.

I went to the website and it showed they had several of the item I was looking for. When I showed up, the website actually did match their stock. That was a big plus for me, because Ive been to stores where the website and the in-store stock does not match.The people that work there are very helpful, they show good attitudes and are ready to answer questions.Overall, this is a great store.

Ordered 4 huge balloons. Staff was really helpful and friendly.

They have a huge sign outside their store that says they have helium! Upon entering, there were two store associates who saw me looking at balloons. They were not busy. They were not helping customers. They were just standing there. As soon as I go to the counter, I ask the cashier that I would like to purchase a couple of balloons. She immediately tells me that she is sorry but they do not have any helium. Why would you even advertise you have helium if you dont have any? This is ridiculous. I drove all the way over here for nothing!

Too expensive but still have alot of stuff. Thats y I give it 4 star.

Anthony was the clerk that really took the time to check if they carried a certain table cloth when I called the store and was very happy to let me know it was on sale. Now that made me happy he was interested in helping me out. So I not only got what I needed on sale and good service!

Place is pretty good. Never had an issue with the staff. The prices can be questionable at times. Maybe good if you a very small party but if its big your better off going to Sams

I had a pick up scheduled for balloons and all of the party supplies I would need for my son’s party and they decided they would close their store at 5 pm due to weather related conditions. I never received a courtesy call to let me know they would be closing and needed to pick up earlier than planned. I had no party supplies or balloons to take to my sons party. I call the next day to get my money back and they tell me I have to come in and get my ordered refunded in person. No one plans for bad weather but they stayed open during the storm and closed when it was over and the least they could’ve done was call to notify so I could make other arrangements.

My ballons were left outside my apartment, I was also missing some of my order the second driver at least he brought it back to my place & he knocked on the door. I feel like that gulf gate party city needs to get it together, this was my first time using party city online.

Went at one of your busiest time of the year. When I walked in the line was wrapped around, because its the day before Halloween. I expected to be in line for at least 30 minutes but your employees were on top of their game. Once I got in line, i was out within 5 minutes. Very impressed. Great service!

We ordered online and opted to use curbside pickup, we called in and they said they didn’t have our number. I called again after going through my emails to make sure it was the correct one, I called again we were still having issues finding it and he hung up on me. Went inside which I wanted to avoid, and he had an attitude. Fix your customer service.

The place is fine. Workers are Too clingy. Appreciate the effort though. Wide variety of costumes, definitely cheaper than spirit halloween

Love this place. Never had a issue at the old location and new. Previous comment.... no 12 and 14 year old should be tossing a ball in any store that isnt a toy store. They are old enough to know better. Glad I wont be bumping into them. My 6, 7, and 8 year old know better.

No one ever offers to help you find what your looking for. If by chance you find it and need more. They just say if its not out....then we dont have it. Ive been to other stores that offer to call a other store to see if they have whatever but this one wont.

The store has a good selection. You easily can find almost everything you need for your parties. I did not like that I could not place a especial order for the balloons just because I need them in another day that is not weekend. You only can place pre orders for weekends.

I love going to Party City for all my party needs. I just recently visited for Halloween needs and had an awesome customer service experience from a worker name Juana! I will definitely be making this store my first stop from now on.

I love this place. I’m a balloon fanatic and Izzy helped me choose a good scheme for what I envisioned.

Employees showed no effort to want to help. Needed cups in 3 different colors. Only could reach 1 color. Other 2 colors were practically to ceiling. Got to register and asked for cups. Girl seemed annoyed and radioed to another employee to get them and told her 16 oz. Welllll she brought 12 oz. So back she went, then radioed to check out that there were none in the blue color. Well thats funny cause I saw them with my own eyes on very top shelf. I left register and walked over to the cups myself and just as I got there she miraculously found the size I needed.

Worst customer experience ever. Brittany the manager was very rude and disrespectful. We walked in the store at 8:50, 10 minutes before closing and Brittany tells one of the cashiers that she just can not believe people wait to right before closing to come in. We just kept going not even knowing that was the manager. We made our selections and went to check out. Thats when I became aware that the woman with the attitude and rudeness was the manager. Part of my purchase was some balloons and I know Party City is supposed to fill the balloons with helium if you buy them at their store. So I asked Brittany to please fill up my balloons. She told me that she was not going to because they were now closed. I should have been there earlier. Around this time another worker that was hanging out in the store with her boyfriend that was anxious to go home put her 2 cents in and said that I was wrong for even asking to have my balloons filled up knowing that they were closed. Thats when my wife intervened and told her she needed to mind her own business and unless she was paying for our purchases she just needed to be quiet. Thats when the worker became very aggressive and belligerent and started closing the gap between herself and my wife. Her boyfriend held her back like that was even necessary. Brittany would not give us this employees name. Needless to say I just asked for a refund and vowed never to spend a single penny of my hard earned money in this store. Upper management needs to clean house at this store. Very unprofessional. Felt more like I was in the hood then in a place of business. I recommend some counseling and psych evals before these women end up in jail or getting themselves hurt.

The most terrible experience ever! They dont even deserve 1 star. I made an online order 2 days prior to when I needed it thinking I will be saving time. Earlier on the pick-up day I called to verify the order, I was put on hold for over 10 mins. I called back twice and was put on hold so they can verify my order and they never returned to the line. On the FOURTH phone call I finally had someone verify part of my order which consisted of balloons being filled with helium. When I got to the store it took them some time to find my order and once they did the balloons were not filled with the helium as instructed online AND verbally on the phone. I ended up being late to my nephews birthday party because of their incompetence. And to top it off one of the balloons I paid to have filled with helium was mostly deflated once I got to the party. This store is totally unorganized and the online orders are a joke. I will NEVER again go to this store even though it is the nearest location to me. They are in dire need of better management.

Party city is usually a pretty entertaining visit. Wide selection of costumes and party supplies. I was however, disappointed in the variety of Halloween decorations, which was my reason to visit. I was also disappointed to learn that its better to get fake cobweb from Amazon.

Always a great place to shop. Michael Jackson would love the assortment of various color masks if The Gloved One still moonwalking with us.

Paid for balloons to get inflated. I go over to the balloon section and there is only one girl inflating balloons. She starts inflating one of my balloons and then stops and starts taking care of other people that were in line after me. She was writing down their orders on paper one by one, customer after customer . I asked her if she was going to finish inflating my balloons and she said “I’m taking care of them first” Idk if that’s the process of inflating balloons to take care of other people before someone with balloons waiting. She could’ve just inflated the balloons first then took care of what takes longer. I know she didn’t like that I asked her that because after that she took even longer on purpose and started stalling and then another girl had to come over and inflate my balloons. Super slow service. It was packed and they have very little workers on a Saturday. I didn’t know it took 30 mins to just inflate 5 balloons. Not going back there.

I don’t even leave reviews, but I have time today. The manager here is trash she was literally standing in the corner on her phone laughing while only 2 registers were open and left her employees to drown. Having to wait 40 minutes for an order that was called in 2 days in advance isn’t acceptable.

Bad experience!!! My autistic 9 year girl ate a .19 c candy and a lady that works there was making a scandal about it. I understand I have to pay for it because she ate it but you don’t have to tell my girl anything and not even in a rough way. I went to the cashier to pay what I had and she made sure everyone heard to charge me a candy that my girl ate. There is way to tell people stuff, you work in customer service. My girl felt so uncomfortable that when we left she said she doesn’t want to come back here. I told her it wasn’t her fault. Never coming back here with this rude disgusting people!!

Not as helpful the staff. When checking out the cashier decided she had to leave and left us standing there.. And the online site. Said they had party stuff for 18 years old birthday.. Lied!! Not one item. Sad

They had a ton of left over Halloween merchandise and we got a buggy full at half off. I love their seasonal items and would drop by to see what they have for each season.

It isnt normally packed and they have a great and expansive range of anything and everything you could want for a party. They are a little higher price wise, you can get the same paper plates, napkins, cups etc. for a fraction of the price at the dollar store

If I could give zero stars, I would. Very disappointed in this place. Assistant Manager Scott is Very Rude and unprofessional. My 12 and 14 year olds were tossing a ball to each other as they were standing next to each other and he approached them and told them rudely to stop. He didnt have a name tag and was dressed looking like a homeless guy. He stood there for awhile staring until I told him to worry about kids opening packages. There were younger kids at the end of the isle that were opening candies and packages and he didnt tell them anything. I guess tossing a ball is worse than opening packages that havent been paid for inside a store. Will never go back to this store.
