Steve and his team from PYY provided top notch service for my Grady White/Yamaha 200 outboard. Always responsive by phone, flexible and accommodating for my schedule, and noticeable attention to detail. Their shrinkwrapping service kept the boat free of debris and out of the elements during the offseason. End of season maintenance gave me peace of mind that everything was ready to hit the water in the spring. Would definitely recommend PYY service!

I have had a couple of experiences with PYY service department for Yamaha service. Both Steve’s are very knowledgeable and helpful!

First review on the web. Just had to let everyone know Mike at PYY Marine was great to deal with. We were looking at a used boat he had and Mike went above and beyond on the deal. We had a lot of questions and Mike always answered my calls and text. Unfortunately the deal didnt happen but no fault of Mikes. Highly recommend PYY.Just wanted to give an update on my first review. We live in Florida so buying a boat in Maryland made me a little hesitant. Mike was so great to work with we decided to take the chance. The whole process went very smoothly, we even decided to have the seats reuphpolsted while it was there. We couldnt be happier, got a great boat at a great price. Would also like to thank Steve ( shop foreman) who did a great job getting the boat ready for us. Mike, Steve and Tina took very good care of us and always followed through with any questions. Thank all of you very much.

Mike and his team are top notch in every aspect... from the friendly ladies in the office to the guys that run the yard I have always been met with a smile! Their staff is knowledgeable and will to explain anytime you have a question! We not only kept our boat at PYY but had numerous upgrades put on our boat thanks to these guys. If your looking for a boat Mike is your guy! He loves what he does and it shows! Keeping our boat at PYY was a great choice for us and it will be for you too!

Killer Service! I just bought my first boat from a dealer out of Danville, Va (5 hours away) I live in Glen Burnie. Before purchasing the boat I reached out to PYYs service department to talk about their capabilities as a Yamaha Service Center. I talked with Steve S. and knew I had the right shop to keep my boat running at tip top shape and booked my 20 hour service.After spending 5 days on a brand new boat logging 22 hours a few things needed to be addressed beyond just the 20 hour service. When I arrived at the shop I pointed out some concerns (minor in nature) Steve offered up some great solutions and was able to complete the service and minor fixes in one day.My biggest concern buying a boat 5 hours away from home was what do I do if something should fail?? The answer bring my baby to Steve and the good folks at PYY!!THANKS!!!!
